Warmth. Love. Learning. Fun. In no particular order, these are first words that come to mind when I think of Scottsdale KinderCare. I can’t recommend this place enough. From the very first meeting with the director, Michelle, you can tell this place is different. The environment is pristine and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly professional. Certainly, professionalism and cleanliness (in theory, at least) should be a given, but this center exceeds expectations in a variety of ways.To date, I haven’t encountered a single person who isn’t warm and friendly. They seem to make it a point to remember who you are and very quickly recognize you and your family. My darling girl, who fusses even at home if I just leave the room, happily waves goodbye to me every morning when she knows it’s time to go to “school.” Her teachers are creative, gentle, and kind. Their desire to help kids learn and develop strikes me as genuine. Plus, they seem to understand how learning through play can create healthy, happy, curious, kids with a passion for discovery.In short, the care at Scottsdale KinderCare is far superior to my experiences elsewhere. We even drive a little out of our way to attend there. And though the price was a little higher than some, it isn’t significantly so – and certainly worth every penny. I imagine my little one will be there for years to come!

Our daughter was at Scottsdale Kindercare in the threes program and she just loved the place. There was not even one day where she wasnt excited to go to school and she was always happy at the drop off and pick up.The teachers are amazing - Ms. Michelle the director, and her teachers Ms.Ana, Ms.Maribel and Ms.Ivy always went above and beyond to ensure my daughter is well cared for. The app updates are frequent with plenty of photos and additional notes on naps and potty training when needed. Even though we hardly got to meet the teachers due to the Covid situation, the communication was always clear via emails and we also had phone conversations when needed.The food offered is healthy and nutritious with lots of vegetables and fruits in the daily menu. Overall I would recommend this kindercare center to any parent who is seeking a daycare for their child.

Our 18 month old spent about 9 months at this kindercare and they served us well! Never once, did we question or think he was unsafe or not taken care of. The faculty and staff at this location truly do have compassion and care for their kids. During Covid, parents were not allowed to enter the facility, but I appreciated that we were regularly updated with pictures, videos, notes, and detailed information about my childs day in the app. As a new mom, this really eased my heart when leaving my child somewhere all day. Along those lines, my family also follows a vegan diet. They were always able to accommodate his dietary needs and we were given weekly menus so I could know when I felt it was more appropriate to pack his lunch (there are some days when the menu doesnt naturally meet the nutritional needs on a vegan diet, for example mac and cheese day, he would be given noodles and veggies so I would pack something with more protein), and that was never an issue. A few notable shout outs!! Ms. Michelle, the director was amazing! She regularly checked in with us and was so easy to communicate with. And Ms. Hannah, the infant room teacher, was so reassuring that my child was in good hands, when I first handed off to my baby to go back to work full time. It is a bit pricey, but in my opinion it was worth it.

It’s hard for me to explain the fears bringing your infant to a center during Covid and without this kindercare and the teacher/directors I don’t know what I would have done. Will was taken care of so kindly and supportively. Michelle the director sat with me while I cried and expressed my worries and she was a constant support for us. The picture updates and spirit weeks were such a treat. We had to pull Will out because we are pregnant with our second and want to save for baby and I have never been so sad. I will miss them dearly and can’t wait to bring our kiddos back! If another kindercare is closer to your home consider the extra drive to this location- you will not regret it- the employees are fantastic.

My daughter seems to enjoy attending, and has learned a lot.There is very little communication other than the minor daily report which basically just says how long her nap was and the meals offered. I have no idea how my daughter is doing, only what she is able to communicate, which at 19months isnt much.The ladies are friendly and recognize you at pick up and drop off.Zero opportunity to meet the teachers or see the classroom, presumably due to covid-19. Its also sad that the children only ever see the teachers in masks, especially for those just learning to talk where seeing mouth movements for forming words is so important.

This daycare, let me tell you.. it’s absolutely amazing! I have been to one other daycare center in Phoenix and was treated so unfair compared to all the other parents. They never communicated with us about our child and they were never polite. I was never greeted when walking up and after 9 months of picking up and dropping off my daughter, they still asked which kid was mine when I would pick up/drop off. Kindercare has been outstanding. From an amazing tour done by our director Ms. Michelle, all the way to each teacher in the building. This staff is the best! They communicate with us about our daughters and they are constantly updating us on how their day goes. The facility is clean and creative! They are kind, caring and give the girls the best second family they could ask for! I’m so fortunate to be able to have my daughters attend here. These women are super hero’s! They teach my kids something new every single day and I love watching my kids grow. If you want your worries gone, and your kids well taken care of, Scottsdale Kindercare is the place to be! Love these guys!

As a first time mom leaving my new baby was hard to do, albeit necessary. So I am thrilled with how comfortable I feel when leaving my son with the team at Scottsdale KinderCare. Every one of his caregivers in the infant room has made a point to introduce themselves and give me updates and positive feedback on my son. I love that he is smiling in every update picture I get and when I pick him up he is always calm and smiley, this brings so much relief to my heart to know hes safe and happy. They are attentive to his needs, even offering to clip his nails for me ( I was admittedly struggling with this as a new mom :) ). If at anytime my opinion changes, I will update my review, but we are very happy with his care and the level of service so far.

There are not enough words to express how wonderful this child care facility is, especially since the onset of COVID-19. I have been working from home and driving a total of 92 miles a day just to ensure that my children can stay with the people we know, trust, and love. The facility director has always been incredibly supportive and all of the teachers have made me feel completely safe during this scary time. To top it off, they are going to be bringing in additional help to assist school age children with their online learning at the facility. This to me is above and beyond and such an incredible relief as I had no idea how I was going to work full time and educate my kindergartner simultaneously. The group of women at this facility have been my parenting partners in raising my 3 children (ages 5 months, 4 years and 5 years) for the last 5 years and I could not imagine taking my children anywhere else.

This is the most wonderful daycare I have come across so far. My 2.5 yo loves it to pieces and Ms Michelle and her teachers are the only ones I can trust with my LO. My kid learned so much in past few months and has developed so much in communication and cognitive skills.They are very professional and treat you not as a customer but as their own family. Their app is very advanced and keeps me updated throughout the day with my kids activities. It makes my day go so much smoother. They have gone above and beyond taking all the precautions during COVID. I cant recommend them enough. Theyre a blessing to our family.

The infant classroom is fantastic! Classroom teachers have long tenure and great experience. I can tell they truly care about the well being of the children, which is critical in my opinion. Im very comfortable leaving my child in their care. The centers administrative staff is also very communicative, personable and responsive. The center itself is very clean. The infant classroom is sanitized daily. Im a super happy parent!

Kindercare has the best staff ever. My daughter loves it over there and it is all because of the staff. My daughter started in Miss Heathers class and she has done wonders with our little one including potty training. Currently my daughter is in Miss Annas class and learning so much. She loves her teacher and talks about her all day long at home. She is also enrolled in music class with Miss Susana, and loves it. Everyone is extremely helpful and feels like a family. I would highly recommend this place mainly because of the staff.

Both of my children have been attending Kindercare since they were infants and we consider the team here part of our extended family. For reference, my youngest son will soon be 4, and my other son is 8, he is able to attend the school age summer program and now with the school year about to begin, his school days will be spent here and receive can help and guidance with his distance learning. I have been grateful to have a trusted place to send my children during the pandemic and they are taking several necessary precautions to keep my little ones safe- temperature checks before entering, proper sanitzing, face masks being worn, etc. I highly recommend reaching out to the team at Scottsdale KIndercare, whether you need a wonderful palce for your children to be while you work, or if you simply would like them to attend a center that will prepare them for school, I promise youll be happy you did!

This is the place that helped my son feel home, when he came to this country for the first time. Staff here is great and helps children feel very comfortable. Special mention of Ms. Ivette whose energy is contiguous :) and oh yes, my son loves the food here as well :)

My children have been with Kindercare for 4 years now and there is honestly no other place that I would take them. The teachers have always given me a sense of something more than just a childcare professional. I often refer to them as my “other mothers”. My children adore them and they take a genuine interest in their growth and development. They really do go above and beyond and my children are so much better for it.

Im so grateful to have found Kindercare. We absolutely love it. The teachers in the baby room are kind, loving and caring. They hold my son, sing to him and play with him. It is organically social. My son holds hands with other babies!! The room is clean, organized and peaceful. He is happy during the day and comes home happy. Im so grateful to the women who show him so much attention and love.

My kid started in the infant room and has now transitioned to the toddler room. I highly recommend this day care. I especially love Priya in the infant room . She is wonderful.

I am very happy with this location. The infant room is always clean and the caregivers are very friendly. Mrs. Priya is so loving towards my daughter and she takes great pride in making the infant room warm and inviting with pictures and decorations. She also works with me to make sure my daughter is on a good schedule and hitting important milestones. Mrs. Carolyn and Mrs. Rupa are also great at working my the baby’s schedule and communicating how her day went. It is great to have this trust.

Its the best child care in Scottsdale. This is the only daycare where you dont see cell towers in the premises, so your child is free of high and powerful radiation.

Our son has been going to this school for the last 1 year ..Ms. Jill, Ms. Amy, Ms. Katie are awesome teachers. I love how they complement each other and it has worked out well for our son. Ms. Archana, the Director is always up and about checking into classrooms and talking to the teachers. Sometimes parking is bit of an issue because of space constraints. Overall pretty happy with the center, especially the teachers.

Wonderful place for kids. Children acquire good interactive ability here. Suitable place for those residing in and around Desert Horizon apts.

The infant room caregivers have been very professional and kind.Priya pays attention to the specific needs of kids and makes me feel comfortable that I leave my baby in safe motherly hands.

My son(2 years old) has been attending Scottsdale kinder care for 3 months now (toddler section). I never seen this type of negligence towards kids. My son was bitten by others kids ( 3 times till now). Every time they are simply saying that they will take care about these type of issues. They are not teaching any discipline to the kids. Here, they will charge and not care about kids. I never recommend this school. So parents be careful while choosing this kindercare.I saw very inappropriate things during the short time.Id give this place 0 stars if that were an option. I would not trust this kindercare.

My husband and I visited several daycares for our 10 week old before we found Scottsdale KinderCare. Michelle, the director, is amazing and works with us when our son is unable to attend school and offers us alternate days. Ms. Priya, Ms. Rupa and Ms. Caroline are the most amazing caregivers and offer more support than a first-time mother could ever ask for. They are all so caring for all of the infants in their room. They work with feeding schedules and our son has progressed so well, hitting all of his milestones. Our son is now 7 months old and couldnt imagine putting him anywhere else. We are greeted every morning by name by the director and could not ask for a more caring, loving group of teachers. This place is amazing and I highly recommend enrolling your infant in this school.

Rupa, Priya and Carolyn do a great job with our little one. Hes always happy to see them in the morning.

We are blessed beyond words to have found a safe, loving place to bring our 4 month old son everyday!! We had a very unfortunate incident happen at an in home day care we had our son at which made trusting him with someone else we do not know very difficult, but unfortunately necessary. I had visited numerous facilities in 85254 and surrounding areas and the one thing that stuck out to me was how unhappy the teachers looked in their roles at the other centers. Susanna Battersby is clearly doing her job as Center Director of the Kindercare in Scottsdale as she has not only hired an outstanding staff but is able to hold on to them and keep them happy. Consistency in the infant room seems to be a top priority for Susanna and is also very important to us.Mrs. Priya, Mrs. Carolyn and Mrs. Rupa are all angels in our eyes. They are always happy, welcoming and patient with the children as well as with myself and our family. Due to what we went through with the previous daycare not only do I go check in on my lunch break, almost daily, but members of our whole family stop by from time to time and they never seem to be bothered or annoyed. Anytime we stop by they teachers are always on the floor engaging with the babies, singing to them, holding them and loving on them. They also have recent pictures of the kids all around the room as well as family collages for the babies to see throughout the day. My son always comes home clean, happy and exhausted from playing all day. I truly feel like each of the infant teachers care for these babies as if they were their own. I did not think I would ever be able to trust anyone else with my son but after seeing how amazing these women are with not only my son but all of the children in there, I am positive that we have chosen the right place for our son.

My mother took me here for a day as as child and the staff were extremely unfair and yelled at the kids.
