This place is the real deal. Dr. Groves and team are absolutely wonderful, professional, helpful and they get results. My children have been going here for a couple of months and have been making measurable progress in their language arts. My daughter, whom has been struggling with reading/writing, is making fantastic progress. I am so proud of them and I have Kumon of Schertz to thank for everything they are doing to help them succeed. I highly recommend this place and you should have no hesitation sending your children here.

Kumon is a learning enhancement program that has worked extremely well for my daughter. She was struggling with math and in a matter of months turned it around. She can approach complex equations without being intimidated. This has boosted her confidence and is reflected in her school work. Her teachers have been amazed at the changes in her progress!I marvel at the way in which Kumon is taught because the staff take the time to assess the child in order to ascertain the appropriate level for their ability. The program is tailor-made for them and they learn at their own pace. The staff are patient, understanding, and encouraging. My daughter completes the work sheets each day, which takes no longer than 20 minutes. Very little parental input is necessary beyond creating an environment for her to do the work.From my observations at the center, children are happy and keen to learn. The recognition in the form of prizes and certificates that they can earn help to motivate them as well.The lock down has changed very little as the center is now open and the staff is fastidious in taking precautions for safety and the weekly lesson can also be conducted via zoom.I would highly recommend Kumon to any parent who has a desire for their child to achieve more.

The building is very nicely kept and is a very professional environment. It is perfect for children of all ages. The staff is extremely flexible and helpful, with constant communication and updates. Not only do they care deeply about each child but the family as well. They create a community in their classroom.I have seen a lot of progress in each child going through the program. The Kumon of Schertz team works very hard to individualize and work with the student, but sticks to the Kumon Method. Very informational and constantly moving forward. Their classroom is very well kept and cleaned daily! I highly recommend this center!

When classrooms closed because of the COVID emergency, I was concerned about how this would impact my daughter. The Schertz center has been flexible with Zoom sessions when in-person teaching was not an option. It gave my daughter some continuity in her learning experiences and has been a great supplement to the abbreviated school year.

I am an employee of the Kumon of Schertz. I love working here and instructing the kids everyday! Each one brings a set of skills and I enjoy learning how to best help each child develop and refine those skill sets.

Theyve honestly have been life changing for us. Dr. Groves, Riley, and the team have helped my son so much in his reading, writing, and math and he has so much fun working with them. Its been fun seeing my kiddo actively striving to reach his potential and were thankful for the team here in being a guiding hand.

Great place and staff/owner. They care about their students and help them achieve their goals as well as improve in their areas in both math and reading. My childs experience here has been positive and were happy to be working here with the staff kumon schertz.
