We had our child in BH at Schaumburg from 4 mo to 3.5 yo. We absolutely love the center and have no regrets about sending our child. The staff and teachers are so caring and always do more than expected. The curriculum is also great and we were able to see our little one grow and meet milestones.Also the safety protocols during the pandemic was great! Cannot recommend this place enough.

Bright Horizons has been such a wonderful day care experience. Having had a child at Creme De La Creme in Winfield, I can say that Bright horizons has been a much better experience. For me it comes down to the staff: they are consistent, kind, professional and genuinely seem to love what they do. In 2 1/2 years I’ve only seen one staff member leave. Everyone from the moment you walk in the door seems genuinely excited to see your child. They know the kids well and seem to work amazingly as a team covering for one another. As a front line worker, I remember feeling terror about having our child in daycare during the pandemic. Bright horizons was on the forefront of covid response. They put into place procedures and approaches that even our school district haven’t figured out yet. We genuinely feel lucky to have them and I cannot say enough good things about them. We drive about 15 minutes out of the way passing numerous day cares because of the care that our son has received. It is well worth the drive and the cost to have the peace of mind that he’s in the hands of a good and quality educators.

BH Schaumburg is amazing! It was hard sending our kids to daycare but I feel great about it every day because the staff is amazing, the programming is amazing, and my kids come home happy! Its so clear that the staff here love their jobs and sincerely care about my kids! Couldnt recommend this center more highly!

This daycare/school go above and beyond our expectations. Its such a wonderful place for our daughters to go 3x/week and interact with other adults and children, learn SOOOOO MUCH, play outside and simply advance themselves physically, mentally and emotionally. Our daughters will be at Bright Horizons until they start full day school and we couldnt be more excited. The teachers and all the staff are friendly, welcoming and deserve so much credit for everything they do. Thanks BH Family!

We moved to Schaumburg in Sep 2019 and we were new to this area. My daughter started here and she starts loving every day she spends in Bright Horizon at Schaumburg started from week 1. There was no looking back. Teachers are amazing. They personally take care of kids food requirements etc. staff is really awesome. Just to inform we had a prior not at all good experience at Bright Horizon in Glen Allen VA. So we were doubtful. But Schaumburg- we just love it. There isn’t anything at all upsetting or goes wrong. If I can give them 11/10 scores they absolutely deserve it.

Bright Horizons at Schaumburg is such a welcoming center to join. The teachers and management team are very helpful and friendly. All of the teachers and staff say hello as you walk through the building. The physical space is very inviting and clean. The curriculum is very well-rounded and the nurturing care she gets is amazing. She is always excited to come home and shared what she did at school for the day. We highly recommend this center for anyone looking for quality childcare!

My little one has been going here since infant stage. Very clean and well-maintained. My daughter enjoys going to her teachers; Ms.Bessy (since toddler class), Ms.Sarah and all the teachers have done fantastic job in my daughters development. The management is excellent; thanks to Ms.Tracy and Ms.Karen. I would recommend this center anytime.

Ive been very happy with Bright Horizons in Schaumburg! The kids are always so happy when I pick up my child that I know they are being taken care of in a loving environment. I love the app updates throughout the day and appreciate the daily curriculum/learning objectives. He gets to experience so many different activities and is given opportunities to try new things. I would recommend to anyone whos looking for a true learning experience in their childcare.

Bright Horizons Schaumburg is terrific. The staff, teachers and admin, are kind, informative and helpful. We appreciate the personal connection they create with each family. Every child has an adjustment period to get used to a new environment. Our 1 year old daughter warmed up to Bright Horizons very quickly. She only attends 2 days per week and stopped crying when we dropped her off by week 3. I think that says a lot about the welcoming disposition of her teachers. Her comfort level is almost as important to them as it is to us! We are reassured of her daily progress and happiness on the mobile app with updates and pictures.

This is how daycare should be! Bright Horizons Schaumburg completely changed my perspective of childcare and my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the facility for my first visit, I knew that no matter the cost my daughter was going there. Aside from the entire place being spotless, the staff seemed really engaged and happy to be there. They immediately got to know my daughter on a personal level and they did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. They were so accommodating whenever my little one needed special accommodations when she was teething or had a bad diaper rash. My daughter attended from about 9 months until 18 months. She loved the programs and learned so much in her time there. Plus, I loved watching her grow and learn via the constant updates and pictures they provide on their My Bright Day app. The only problem is now nothing can compare. I had to take my daughter out because my office relocated and we miss them so much! After having her at another facility for a few months we enrolled her back in another Bright Horizons location thats about 20 minutes out of our way, but its worth it! I recommend Bright Horizons to everyone I know looking for daycare.

We are so happy with Bright Horizons in Schaumburg. Our son is currently in the infant classroom & we are very impressed with all of his teachers, aids, & directors! Everyone is very welcoming & attentive which made it an easier transition when I had to return to work. We know our son is in good hands, learning, & having fun! We could not be happier with Bright Horizons in Schaumburg. Our son gets so much energy expelled and has so much love for his teachers there. Ms. Bessy and Ms. Megan are amazing in Toddler 3! My husband and I have no worries when we drop him off and know he is in excellent hands. He actually takes better naps with them then he does at home. We cannot thank them enough for all their hard work. They are truly incredible!

My daughter has been going there for over a year now and she could not be happier, she feels like home, and that could not make me any happier, she is actually excited to go to school, she even plays at home pretend to be her teacher.Everyone at the center is nice, they have an excellent program, I love that they even teach her to play chess, but also dance.The center facilities are amazing, highly recommended

My daughter has been going to this center since she was 3 months old, now she is 2. This place is a hidden gem!! Everyone there loves children and loves being there. It feels more like dropping her off at a family member than a daycare. They go above and beyond everyday in every way. Everyone in the whole center knows me and my daughter by name. Sometimes she doesn’t even want to come home with me because she loves being there so much. The center is very clean and well maintained. The staff is top notch and administrators are amazing. Don’t look any further, come join the family!!

We had our son here from the time he was 1-year for over a year. I could honestly not be happier with the care we received. The people at Bright Horizons Schaumburg really care about the kids. We decided to switch our son to a different daycare that was closer to our home, but ended up sending him back to Bright Horizons Schaumburg after a few months because we were so much happier with them. They did such an amazing job constantly keeping us informed and telling us, not just when an issue arose, but also the great milestones that our son was achieving daily. Our son truly loved being there and I never had to worry when I dropped him off. I recommend this location to everyone I know with little ones.

Our daughter gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. We can tell she really loves it here. The teachers are caring and motivated. Ms. Bessy and Ms. Megan are wonderful!

Our daughter attended Bright Horizons pre-school and kindergarten prep program. The center is professionally managed, always clean, has very low teacher turn over and they provide daily digital updates via mobile app.Most important all the teachers are knowledgeable, passioned and know how to keep kids excited throughout the day. After kindergarten prep, our daughter can read/write the alphabet, count to hundred, paints beautiful pictures, does basic math, communicates in sign language, counts in Mandarin, plays chess, dances the roar dance… Had a lot of fun!The food is amazing. Their chef also teaches culinary classes to the kids. Restaurants in Schaumburg should be allowed to attend to learn how to prepare a kids meal other than Mac & Cheese.I would highly recommend this Bright Horizons to anyone willing to invest in quality childcare!

What an amazing center run by 2 amazing women. My girls attended summer school age camp here and were happy to go every day. My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased. We are excited to be going back this summer.

My family and I LOVE this daycare! As a first-time mom, putting a 5-month-old in daycare, I was petrified and racked with guilt about leaving my child. But I can say that this center has done more than simply allay my fears -- they have shown extreme kindness, compassion, attention to detail, and most importantly, they truly care for my child. My child is now in the toddler room, and she couldnt be happier. I absolutely love the updates and photos I get of their activities via the app, but even more, I enjoy talking to the staff/teachers at the beginning and end of the day. Its clear that they have taken the time to get to know my child. They do an amazing job of organizing fun & educational activities. Lots of art, reading, music, pretend play, outdoor play, indoor water play -- so many wonderful ways to nurture and help them grow. And whenever I have had a concern, it has been immediately addressed without issue.I cant say enough kind words about how amazing the staff is -- from the director and assistant director level to the teachers. I have loved every single one of my childs teachers and enjoy talking to the staff each day. They pay attention to the details and create connections with each family that make you feel comforted that your child is in their care.Childcare in general is too pricey in this country, and this is no bargain; however, the value is there. The decision of who watches my child five-days-a-week is an important one -- and this facility has met and exceeded my expectations. My child happily runs into her room and into any one of her teachers arms. Theres no better feeling than leaving your child with a group of caring professionals who excel at what they do.

Our child has been at this facility for a year and a half. He absolutely loves his teachers. The daycare is always clean. The staff is extremely friendly. They provide a wide varieties of healthy food choices. Our child is constantly being introduced to new things. The daily updates and communication provide a transparent experience for the parents.

This place is a blessing! So clean - walk in and you dont smell anything! Walk into other daycares and the smell is horrendous like the one down the street. We have had our daughter there for 1 year and each of the teachers is amazing. Photos and videos all throughout the day - too many for me to go through on some days! Direct lines to connect to the teachers in each classroom! Mandarin classes, music classes, dance and many other activities include STEM incorporated into their curriculum rather than an additional fee. They even did a mandarin and dance recital!! If you are looking for a great place for your child to be at while you are away, pick this place!

My daughter has been coming here since she was 13 weeks old (shes now 2). I cant say enough great things about the center and the teachers! Every teacher that she has had has been caring and wonderful. She is excited to go to daycare, which is a relief as a parent. Not only is she well cared for but I am always amazed at what she has learned (colors, counting to 10, ABC song, shapes, all before she turned 2)!

I wouldn’t change them for the world. The whole staff lead by the director are so kind and carrying. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a piece of mind that their child is in great hands!

My school age boys LOVE going to Bright Horizons at Schaumburg for days off from school and summer camp. They always look forward to spending the day at the center. At pick up they are always excited to tell me about their day.

This center is absolutely wonderful! Tracy, the Center Director, is an incredible leader who works well with the parents and teachers to create the best possibly environment for your child.My son was in the KPrep 1 classroom and will be in kindergarten in this fall. He is already reading Level A books, and knows so many kindergarten sight words. They do really fun math/STEM projects in class, he knows basic addition, sorting, graphing. They emphasize learning but in a very fun and creative way!We also really enjoyed all the Enrichments classes they offer. My son was in ZUMBA, Mandarin class, and learned about music!And the most important aspect, are the caring and thoughtful teachers. They were so amazing to work with, always smiling, always there to lend a hand when drop-offs were challenging, and overall just a great partner!We had an incredible experience, and definitely worth scheduling a tour and learning more about their center!

Lets just say, I cried tears of joy when I toured this daycare and again when I got the first few pictures during the day of my daughters first day in the infant room back in March 2017. It is everything I could have asked for in a daycare and more. First, the teachers and staff are incredible. I can truly see that they sincerely care about my daughter. And by the way she smiles and gets excited when I drop her off, I know they treat her very well and she loves them. Second, they truly are curriculum based and my daughter has been doing art projects since 4 months old when she started there. The previous daycare she was in (for only a month) sold me that they were curriculum based, but they never did these types of activities with the babies, and I had to ASK them to work on tummy time with her. Third, the facility itself is newer and is very clean. Fourth, the menu of food they serve to the kids is very impressive. They get such a variety and always fruits and veggies, and ORGANIC milk. Fifth, they always try and get the babies outside of the room. The infants get stroller rides in or outside depending on the weather, and the older kids go to the gym area or outside. Sixth, the teach sign language. I wanted to teach her anyhow, so I teach her at home... and having them reinforce it is SO helpful. Seventh, they have a weekly music class! I love that they have a variety of activities to look forward to and learn from. Eighth - they have an app where you can see photos and videos of your kids throughout the day (as well as all her feedings and changes and naps). This is HUGE for me. Having to be away from her all day, 5 days a week is tough. But being able to log in and see her throughout my workday makes me feel close to her and gives me peace knowing what shes up to and how shes having so much fun. Basically, I could go on and on and on. I absolutely love this place and am so thankful I found it. I truly believe she is in even better hands there than if I were a stay at home mom.

This is the best daycare ever! I strongly recommand this place. We really had a hard time finding a day care for our son, we ve changed daycares 4 or 5 times but when we started here we really loved it. The teachers were patient and loving.. I really feel that my son is in a very good hands. They care about his food and they worked with us to pick up some of the dishes he likes, they are amazing 💓

We joined this center June 2016, our son was 18 months old. He is in the toddler room and I must say this place is amazing! The toddler room teachers, Ms. Smitha, Ms. Sayeeda and Ms. Joanna are kind, sweet, loving and friendly! My little one still cries a little occasionally in the mornings, but thats just a bit of separation anxiety from his momma. Otherwise throughout the day we are provided updates via MyBrightDay that contain videos, pictures and a daily report as well as various activities, this also lets me know he is doing great. When I go to pick up my son he is all SMILES so this also lets me know he is loving it! The toddler room teachers here are truly amazing! Great job ladies! If youre looking for a center for your toddler, this is the place!
