Plum Oaks is amazing! My son started there when he was almost two, with no prior daycare experience. Jody and Gail are so nurturing, they eased him in with no problem and they immediately made us feel like part of the family. They worked with us through new experiences, like getting him to nap away from home, and they do an excellent job communicating to parents. We love seeing photos of the kids doing all of their creative activities, including lots of time outdoors. We are so honored to be part of the Plum Oaks Family!

Plum Oaks is amazing! My son recently graduated to kindergarten and was ready thanks to Jody and Gail. My daughter has been at Plum Oaks for two years. I feel so lucky to have found a loving home away from home for my kids. They do circle time, music, art, gardening, help with chickens, visit the horse, and learn about new subjects every week. I never could have given them all this myself. There isn’t a better place for them.

We had such a lovely experience at Plum Oaks. The level of thought and dedication Jody and Gail put into the curriculum and environment is unparalleled. They create a loving and nurturing space while also pushing the kids to learn and explore. Our daughter especially loved making smoothies and bread at school every week, exploring the garden, doing jobs with the animals, and playing in the carefully crafted playscape. We especially loved the clear communication and structure. We plan for our second child to attend as well when she is old enough.

I am so sad that our son had to leave here to go on to Kindergarten this summer! Jody and Gail are so caring, giving and all around wonderful. I was very nervous about finding the right fit for my spirited, fun and bright 3.5 year old and was lucky enough to land a spot here. He learned so much at Plum Oaks, started kindergarten ahead of many of his classmates but also had the room to play, get dirty, bake and learn about nature. You can trust that your children will be looked after like one of their own and met with patient, gentle guidance, along with learning how to navigate big emotions and social situations. Jody is very communicative and very open to two-way dialogue about what works and what doesnt for your child. They use a great app that lets you see what your kids are doing throughout the day, including photos, so you can see how much fun theyre having and what theyre learning. Plum Oaks will always be a very special place for us.
