Ive attended the classes at this gym off and on spanning over 5 years back, however have recently become more dillegent in my attendance with much benefit to my health in mind, body and spirit alike. The team members at this gym are humble and friendly across the wide spectrum of their talents. Of course when I first attended the gym, having no martial arts experience whatsoever, I found myself to be quite nervous enroute to class. This all faded away though as soon as the lesson began, however, for the reasons I listed above. The team and instructors are friendly and encouraging. Its like a type of family that will welcome you in, if that is your wish. The coach, Ben Brown, is a seasoned muy thai practitioner with a strong spiritual foundation in the realm of the sport, and this reflects onto his lessons and further still onto the students. The classes were exhausting for me, especially in the beginning, but I found myself intrigued on how much fun one could have while pushing the body to the limit. I leave every class with a new depth of inner strength. It is a steadfast process to overall improvement.Overall its well worth the monetary rate for training and access to the gym, and more importantly well worth the time to set aside. There arent many things in life I can lay the same claim to. Had I have explored this practice at another gym, Im not so sure the experience would have been so fruitful. Grateful for the outcome and luck of the draw, so to speak.Come train with us!

Went in today for a trial class and was not disappointed! Instructor was very attentive, friendly, and approachable. Even the other students were friendly and willing to give pointers. The place was clean and orderly. Will definitely go again!

Best Muay Thai gym in CA. I love this place. I have trained in Muay Thai back in my native NJ, even though I loved my experience at that gym, it pales in comparison to the awesomeness of this place. I am left-handed which usually adds a wrinkle to coaching since you know you right-handers are weird. But this place made me feel super welcomed and now I own the fact I am left-handed more than I ever have before. If you are beginner and have never done any martial arts I highly suggest you come here. The community here is super welcoming to new comers. I have been going here for about 2 and 1/2 months and never have been happier. If you are thinking and dont know if you want to take the plunge. One piece of advice, it is life changing. Just go to a class you will not regret it.

I trained here for about six months and loved it! I had a lot of prior martial art experience at different schools around Sonoma County and other parts of the world, but the atmosphere here, the people, and especially the instructor, Ben Brown, made this place feel like home.

Long story short: Phas3 is the best Kickboxing/Muay Thai school in the area. Before we get started I weighed roughly 210 lbs when I started training here and now walk around at 160-170lbs and fight at a lower weight.Long story: I have been coming to Phas3 for a little over a year now and from the minute I walked in I knew this was different. My story is different then most as i walked in looking for fights and looking to actively compete. I didnt hide that one bit. It was probably the first thing I said when I met my coach Ben Brown. I was very well atrended when I walked in and had a great authentic conversation with Coach Ben about my goals. Once I started training i felt right at home. I didnt know anyone I am not from this area but once I stepped on the mat I felt like I belonged already and was hooked before I even threw a punch on the mat.At Phas3 whether youre looking to get a great workout or train with top notch competitors and Champions it is the right gym for you. You see the diversity of goals once you walk in and see everyone doing class. Another special thing about phas3 is that everyone trains together. Male, female, Young, Old, competitors, Champions etc. There is no ego of Im better than anyone else. High level competitors will pair up with new people and give you the attention you need. The coaches are amazing. Head Coach Ben Brown has changed my life. I was a sloppy unsuccessful MMA fighter when I walked in and coach turned me into the fighter I am now and am still becoming. Coach Ben produces Winners and Champions this a great camp to fight out of.The other coaches are very helpful and teach amazing classes as well. All of them also teach kids classes which makes the kids classes top notch as well.If you take one class Im sure you will share the love that I have for Phas3. Try it it could change your life.

Ive been going to PHAS3 Martial Arts since January 2010. I absolutely love this place! It was my first time trying martial arts (Im in my 40s) and I feel like I got so lucky that I ended up here. Youll find everyone here from beginners to hardcore -even pro - fighters and yet everyone is completely nice and supportive. No lame attitudes. They have a great kids program as well which makes it really convenient for my kids to attend after school (PHAS3 picks them up at their schools) and then they are there when I get to my classes after work.In addition to getting in incredible shape (Im in the best shape since I raced Category 2 road cycling in my teens and early 20s) and learning the amazing sport of Muay Thai, PHAS3 strives to add a special added component of learning lessons of life that you learn through training and pushing yourself beyond what you believe your limits are. PHAS3 has improved my entire life. And nothing beats ending a rough work week like an evening of sparring on Fridays. They have very cool gear and apparel too.I highly recommend checking out PHAS3.---2019 update: Im still going here. Awesome Muay Thai school.
