... . if you happen to come by the tiny temple garden with a contemplative cup of tea be prepared for unhappy greetings from a homeless man who claimed this space and another one from a very angry, yelling janitor sweeping the parking lot.... ... .otherwise this is a very friendly Buddhist community, and a cozy Japanese temple/center where wonder of Lotus Flower symbolizes the Mystic Law which is our Mind, and teaches its applications in life... . . I personally did not find this beautiful Lotus Sutra taught here in an orderly *academic fashion* but more of faith based chanting and sharing and some wonderful interactions and videos from Japan and with Japanese community.

Dont ever attend this place it is not about spirituality and growth. It is about members who promote racism and are narcissistic. The people I came in contact with had no common sense or rational. It would be advised to not place your consciousness in a group think so dull of understanding.

Amazing place.. Amazing philosophy.. Hands down best ever:)

You will not find a more wonderful, generous and loving group of people anywhere outside of the Dalai Lamas compound. Im so grateful I reconnected with SGI.
