Travelled here from Austin to buy a chair that wasnt in stock anywhere else. An employee named Josh helped me to ensure everything was in order before I came to grab the chair. Very clear and helpful over the phone. Josh was the one who actually assembled my chair and did so very quickly. The other employees were helpful immediately after I walked in the door. A+

I’ve been to this Office Depot a few times and they are great. The management actually cares about their reputation and making sure things are right. They also are very quick on their print jobs. Two times I’ve had print job (manuals) done within a couple of hours of my online order. Great location..

Came in on 6/6/21 to make a copy of an old black and white photo as well as print a picture I had on my phone. The latter was easy. All you have to do is send the photo as an attachment to an email address with Office Depot and they will print it for you.When I was there they had a free offer of printing and laminating your Covid vaccine card. I bought a clear, plastic name badge holder for mine.The employee that waited on me was nice. She complimented me on the photo I had printed of my newly deceased, beloved black cat. Turns out her and her mom are cat lovers too. 😻I was pleased with my visit and will return in the future.

Marc killed it in customer service. Printed, and cut all my documents, and made sure I was happy before leaving. They have paper, pens, ink, rulers, protractors, printers, stickers, index cards, poster board, hole punches, computers, scanners, memory cards, office chairs, desks, floor mats, and much more to keep your business going.

I drove in from Wimberley to exchange a chair. I bough a chair that felt comfortable in the store but after I got it home and sat in it a while, I decided it wasnt that comfortable at all. I couldnt find the receipt but, luckily, I had the box the chair came in. I exchanged it for another chair. I was worried that I would have problems putting it together but it was really pretty easy. The people were really friendly and didnt have a problem exchanging it for me. The place is located about a block from IH 35. Now that I know where the place is, Im sure Ill go back.

Purchased a HP envy photo 7800 series printer which is definitely worthy of the price. I purchased an extra black ink cartridge at the time of the purchase and I assumed the staff knew the correct ink cartridge. After having my printer for a few weeks now, I finally went to install the new cartridge only to find that the staff was incorrect. I have no receipt now, the cartridge is opened and cant return it. left unsatisfied since ink is not cheap and cant use it. Ill stick with Best Buy or Sams Club next time.

Terry V is very rude and disrespectful. Went here to purchase a computer and office chair. While we were looking terry had the nerve to walk past my daughter and dramatically cough in her face. When I confronted him he said that we were taking to long and he couldnt hold it in any longer. As if that makes any sense. When I asked to speak to a manager that is when he stated he was the manager and told my daughter and I to leave and go to best buy. Never have I been treated so badly by a worker. I could only imagine how rude he is to the employees. Hopefully someone from higher up can find a better replacement then Mr terry

Looking for desk and chair for home office. Had specific idea of what wanted and had not found. Time to make purchase visited Office Depot because of display items to see porportions and comfort. Selected a desk...on sale...and an accompanying chair that was able to try out on site. Assembled one person total 2.5 hours desk and chair all parts included and holes drilled appropriately. This task checked off list ready to move forward using the desk and chair. Thank you Staff who patiently and courteously helped in the selection process, speedily checked out and helped load in vehicle.Decided to stop at another Office Depot on the way home look for future desk accessories and other items. Met and greeted courteously with speedy checkout.Thank you Office Depot for helping me to accomplish tasks set and moving forward.See you again,

Its OK. Not a lot of staff and no one really that eager to be friendly, not unfriendly though. A lot of the electronic demos dont work. Good prices for office furniture. Prefer Best Buy, Frys and Conns for electronics and PC. Or amazon.

Needed help to find a printout of eviction notice. She suggested that if I had an example they might be able to do it at which point I had seen some on the internet choose a vlog on downloaded and print them out for me. Now that is great Service. They where able to let me choose the paper color as well. They also have the best prices for their copy services.

Ive bought all of my laptops here. I decide what I want and watch prices. They always have a good price on what Im looking for, better than on-line prices for comparable item. Usually I wait to find a discontinued computer but their sale prices were below what I could find elsewhere so I bought my latest computer for under $300. The staff IS helpful in finding me the best price. I found one I wanted but they were sold out at the San Marcos store but held the last one at the New Braunfels location and it was worth the drive to pick it up from there.

They wouldnt print a school assignment for me because there were copyrighted images in it. It was a design project. You would think they would be flexible about that sort of thing during finals in a college town! I submitted the order online, and they called the next day to say they couldnt print it. They didnt even bother to refund my payment. I had to call back and ask for it.

DO NOT ORDER ANY FURNITURE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! In late May, San Marcos Texas was flooded on our side of the town. That included the main office on-site. We were told to go get new furniture from a couple of other stores, but since we had been a customer of Office Depot for over 20 years, I knew I could get everything we wanted in one place. We went there the following Saturday and met with a very nice young man that helped us, and made sure that the items we were purchasing were available. One problem..they would not accept the owner of the companys credit card unless he was present. I do understand the security issue, but again we had been customers forever. Had to wait til the owner was back from his weekend away to start the process, which meant that every item we had ordered was erased from the computer. WEEK 1...furniture was delivered. Half of it was right, and the other half was the wrong merchandise and in the wrong color. I called the 800 go depoit and got a lady I could not understand. After half and hour of trying to explain to her what was missing or wrong, she said she emailed me the correct info and hung up. GUESS WHAT...she didnt! I went to the store in person and spoke with a manager. He was VERY defensive, said I needed to talk to the 800 go depot people. OMG, I got another person that spoke the same as the first person. She hung up on me after ten minutes of trying to explain what had transpired. WEEK 2. Wrong items were picked up, and taken back to wherever the warehouse is. PLEASE keep in mind that every piece in every color that I needed was on their showroom floor. I talked to the assistant manager at Office Depot, and he said he understood my frustration. Again, another phone call to 800 go depot number; same accent; different person. I finally asked where they were located. She said THE PHILlPPINES. THAT EXPLAINS A LOT!! OK...here we go again.I had ordered 2, 2drawer file cabinets. I was told by 4 people that I had ordered only one!!! Can you say, I know what I ordered standing in the showroom I dont believe this!! While I was ready to go to the store and not leave until I had everything straightened out, WEEK 4, ANOTHER desk arrived, WRONG DESK RIGHT COLOR. Also through all of this craziness I am trying to get credits for the items I was OVERCHARGED for. Total due back to us was over $300.00!!! We are still without a desk, and file cabinet. I am beyond upset! UPDATE 6/22/2015We went to the store again, and got the manager on duty. ALLEN worked with us and made sure that the information was correct and any credits due were processed. Our fingers are crossed that we get the right order, the 5th time!!
