I make sure to get my sweat on at this amazing studio whenever Im in town. The workouts hurt so good! Great team of coaches, too!

I love this place! It’s not a 24 hour gym, which is the only down side, but overall, the equipment is cleaned all the time, the sauna is cleaned and the pool doesn’t smell that bad like most gym. It’s a perfect place to get your work our going!
