I started very motivated at NUC. The majority of classes and professors are very understanding and support students in any way they can. I am studying Business Administration and I am repeating a class (Accounting). I got an F on my first try (I’m not very god at numbers ). NUC, for a Masters Degree, has a policy that if you get a C in a class you don’t pass the class, you need an A or a B. Right now, I started the course with an A in the first module. The professor gives so much penalty for wrong answers that after module 4 of 7 I have 82%, and I presented my concern. The professor seemed really mad and said that he is fair and that if we as students are not satisfied with him he’ll evaluate the tasks in another way that will be more detrimental. Well it seems I’m going to have to take the class again. This is very frustrating. The other problem is when you enroll in a class the professor’s name is not available. This makes the matters worse. This and for other reasons my rating is 1 star. If the situation changes I will be modifying the rating.

I had a very good experience here. True about long phone delays and getting through was not easy. However, the courses were quality courses. I worked hard and dedicated pretty much every weekend to fulfilling assignments. I learned a lot in the process. Professors were very helpful. Of course, there is a lot of work and sometimes it was stressful, but doable. I think if you are really determined you can do this.

Worst University. Low quality education. Terrible customer service. High costs per credit. If youre looking for greater education and want to be treated with respect, look somewhere else.

They never pick up the phone, will leave you on hold for 2 hours for no reason, the staff don’t know what they’re doing, some professors are rude and unreasonable, wish I went elsewhere when I could.

Very irresponsible and anti-profesional due to numerous employees who lie and invent stuff on certain personal information towards students. Very unorganized in administration departments.

If I could give you less than one star, I would give them, the most incompetent people in the world are in the financial aid department, inept, each one tells you something different, do your job, mediocre !!!!!!! I do not recommend this university to anyone, avoid problems and entanglements, these people do not know what they are doing
