These people rock! They are on top of their appointments and will call you if something comes up. Likewise, they will work with you to reschedule if anything comes up with you; provided you get them plenty of notice, of course.My instructor Jarrett was patient, asked questions to gauge your experience level and general knowledge, and welcomed any questions you may have. Throughout every lesson, he would simultaneously guide me through various driving scenarios (common and uncommon) while making me feel relaxed. I believe Jarrett gave the most comprehensive driving instruction possible through the structure of the lessons and with how thoroughly and clearly he presented his extensive knowledge.Im confident I received everything I need to know to pass the driving test. We have had a great experience with Olsons Silicon Valley Driving School! They have been very responsive to phone calls, easy to schedule appointments, and easy to make changes when I had to change an appointment. They even came up with a very creative solution to my scheduling problem! My son had a class at San Jose State that ended at 4 PM on the day of his second lesson. They picked him up from SJSU and did his downtown driving, and freeway driving, then they drove home!They have been EXCELLENT to work with, and I highly recommend them!Ask for Jared if you can get him!
