Devin Shoop is an amazing teacher. He is highly qualified and very professional at the same time friendly and makes things look easier than it is. This is much required for Teens in high school. Devin is an outstanding tutor when it comes to his subjects. I would whole heatedly recommend Devin and you will not be disappointed. Worth every minute of his class.

It was great working with Sheena! She helped me prepare and be confident for the SAT and ACT tests. Im usually the type of person that gets nervous before tests, but through practice problems and mock tests, I was able to go into the tests with confidence. Karen is an amazing tutor. She explains material in a clear, concise manner and always provides easy to understand ways for figuring out problems. She is always open to answer any questions that I have, and always gives a great explanation. Overall at AJ, Ive had a great experience. Karen has been my tutor for the SAT, and thanks to her my score has gone up a lot, and Ive been able to grasp a lot of important concepts and test-taking skills. Everyone here is really helpful, they know how to easily explain topics, the review and homework is helpful, and the tutors are all super flexible with your schedule. The proctored tests on Saturday are also really good practice, and give a real simulation of what the actual test is like.

Taking sat prep with Karen Warwick is such a joy. Not only is she super educated in the content of the test, she is energetic and positive throughout the whole process. She made test prep enjoyable, despite having to come in on Saturdays to take the necessary practice tests.

I had a wonderful experience at AJ Tutoring. My tutor, Ms. Warwick, was always cheerful and helpful even when I made the silliest mistakes on practices quizzes and tests and helped me work out the problems I was having on the SAT and ACT, especially on reading and writing sections where I have always struggled. We worked through individual problems that she specifically chose to address the problems I was having with certain types of questions and has helped me excel at these questions both on the SAT and in school. She was able to help me improve my score on the SAT to a 2200, which now allows me to look at colleges and opportunities that I was unable to look at before. I would highly recommend Ms. Warwick and AJ Tutoring; they have been extremely helpful in improving my scores and giving me new strategies to use in school and on tests.

Today was my seventh session coming and have learned a great amount of skills and tips that I will be using on my test Saturday. Everyone is very welcoming when you walk in, offering drinks, food, ect. I will be back to prepare for me last test in September due to my improvements on my practice tests.
