I contemplated learning real estate from a variety of places including wholesaling and I stumbled upon realty school 101 to discover how helpful it would be to learn the basics and ultimately have an opportunity for a professional license in California.. I called the live student support at 11pm and was greeted warmly by the support.. the next day I received a call back from advisor Jennifer who was incredibly knowledgeable and explained to me the entire process as well as the realities of the market and the industry . I bought the 259 package deal including the exam prep which was very easy to understand and get through .. the exam prep was good enough for me but I recommend anyone to take the exam soon thereafter because the questions can be difficult and you cant just memorize everything.
