Business might be paying for removing negative reviews off their yelp rating. Rude, unprofessional staff and owner. We came here on a Saturday and instructor told us its ok to reschedule for back and feet class if we dont really want the arms and legs massage. She told me to call the owner/founder Meagan to reschedule and gave me her business card and Meagan was rude to me on the phone saying that because I purchased a Groupon that wont cover their expenses. Monday comes and their customer service sends me an email stating they dont offer free classes. No one asked for a free class. You offered to reschedule and I politely accepted the offer reminding your instructor that there is a 48 hour cancellation policy. She still told me its ok to reschedule. Train your instructors on your policies and whether to give your business cards or not (which were by the way on the table for everyone to take). Customers pay money and at the end want to at least get some kind of service, not just let their money being taken for nothing and instead even being accused of all type of things. Not what I had in mind for a Saturday. Id say stay away from this place. Many bad reviews are being reported/deleted of their yelp account.
