I love this studio! Everyone is super friendly and chill. I did privates with Calypso who has so far taught me so much in just a few sessions. Her classes are often booked so make sure to reserve a spot ahead of time. It’s def worth it! Lorena is great at communicating when classes are cancelled and offering possible make up sessions. She has also always come off as professional, yet very friendly. Haven’t taken any classes with her yet but will on Monday. Can’t wait! - Cass

Love this place! They’ve been really accommodating during covid by providing an outdoor area to have pole classes. The covid in person classes have 4 stage poles, everyone has their own pole and you have to wear a mask during the session, which honestly doesn’t feel too bad at all. As far as the quality of classes goes, I absolutely LOVE this place. Nadine and Calypso are awesome pole instructors. They know how to push you to do your absolute best and they’re quick to pick up on your strong suits and help guide you towards more difficult tricks working off of that. The instructors and the people in the class are all very welcoming and friendly. I’m so glad I came here, I feel like I’ve excelled so quickly because of the awesome instructors. I’ve emailed the studio about several things and always get a speedy response which is awesome. 10/10 would recommend!

I was curious so I bought a Groupon and gave it a try. It was SO MUCH FUN! I havent had that much fun in a workout class in a long time. The staff is super friendly and responsive via email, and theyre willing to work with your schedule for classes. The instructor also makes you feel comfortable trying uncomfortable things haha! Felt like I learned a ton and got a great workout my very first class. I highly recommend this place.
