MY LASHES ARE FLAWLESS!I have been coming here for a year, and every time I come, my lashes look flawless. Alli does my lashes, and she is a lash expert, very knowledgeable and knows how many lashes my natural lashes can handle. I had a great experience, the studio is very clean and cute. Its so relaxing I have to try to not fall asleep.I come here every 3 weeks for a fill and never leave disappointed!

Great experience, especially since it was my first time trying lash extensions. The application process takes about an hour or hour and a half depending on the set, but it is so relaxing I almost fell asleep! The staff is friendly and the deal prices are reasonable. I got the combo set before I left on my honeymoon. Most days I didnt even feel the need to put on makeup, because my lashes looked wonderful already!

I booked an appointment online a few weeks and NEVER received a confirmation or reminder from the studio. Luckily, I emailed customer service the day of my appointment, Just to find out that they didnt receive my request and are booked for the next week. I have an event to attend and really needed my lashes done. I am highly disappointed in the fact that no confirmation was sent, and as a customer, there is no one I can discuss this matter with over the phone because they are a small business and dont have a traditional front office staff. Well, if business is going so well, then they may want to invest in a better booking system to ensure customer satisfaction!

I ALWAYS leave satisfied. As someone who is in front of the camera a lot, my lashes need to be on point. Ali and the girls here are all so sweet and are extremely talented at what they do. I cant wait to try out more of their services!

Alli did my microblading and she was THE BEST. First of all I thought it hardly hurt but she was also so pleasant the whole time that I wasn’t even focused on the blading. She was extremely precise and always asked my opinion so she knew the results would be exactly what i wanted. She’s amazing :)

I really enjoyed my experience at Lash & Skin Studios. My service provider was knowledgeable, prompt, and did an exceptionable job! My lashes look awesome and, heading into week 2, are still holding up very well! I will definitely return and would refer anyone and everyone to Lash & Skin Studios.

The ladies that work here are absolute magic workers! I came in just hours after getting my lashes done at this absolutely terrible salon and they took care of me and took them off (it took two hours because of the glue the lady used) and then gave me a gorgeous new set!!! Also everyone there is so kind and welcoming! 10/10!

Super great environment. The ladies were very nice, accommodating and helpful and the lashes were perfect. Though mine all fell out by the 4th day Im still not sure if it was a lack of glue or if my eyes were just too oily.

I love this place! Friendly and professional, clean and experienced. You come out looking amazing and feeling like a rockstar. With affordable packages for natural look to glam I highly recommend this establishment.

I called the salon for a week straight trying to schedule an appt and no answer or call back. I finally went in to make an appt and there were none available for the time I needed so Alison (I believe that was here name) told me she could fit me in the next week but I would have to upgrade my package. After going through all that hassle I thought she could have been nice enough to fit me in without having to upgrade my package. So the next day I called to cancel and schedule for another day because this would be my first time getting my lashes done and I had a wedding to attend but didnt want to risk having allergic reaction, no one answered after 4 times trying to get a hold ahold of someone I went back up there but they were closed @ 2:45 p.m. and the website stated until 4 p.m. Everything about this experience was horrible. Hopefully after this theyll be more professional and answer their phones.

I’m really disappointed on this place first I got the appointment then they cancel when I was on my way! Second the lady call me for rescheduling for next week it was on Thursday my old appointment I used to need my lashes extension for a compromise on Saturday! I told her I’m looking for this week if I don’t find any other place for this week I’ll call you back for next week, then I didn’t find so fast any other place I was pay by Groupon, Monday I called her again then she gave me another appointment when I got there the place was close she got there late, and she never apologized about it! Second she saw my lashes and she told me that i have to pay extra money, because it was filled, then I ask how much? She told me $65.00 more then I said ok I’ll pay it! Later she went throw the cashier and she told me that it was more and I ask how much she said $98.00 I ask why? Only for filling? She said I’m sorry but that’s the price here because you already have lashes and this is for first time! So you have to pay this! Of I didn’t agree and she call the owner and they change my appointment for later with the owner, but I call the Groupon and they help me and when I cancel with this place at lash skin studio they charge on my card for cancel the appointment $25.00 😡🤬😡🤬 the only they looking is to make fraudulent with customer be careful they alway ask for you credit card 💳 before to make an appointment 🤬🤬🤬🤬

April 30ths I booked an appointment for 40 lashes which was confirmed for 1pm. May 23 I received an email confirming my appointment for 2pm. I text the establishment and questioned the appointment for 2pm when it should have been 1pm. In the text she stated someone called out and they were trying to readjust the schedules. So I made adjustments to my own schedule to make this appointment. Today the day of the appointment I received another message stating to bring cash that there card machine was down. So as Im leaving work instead of going straight to the appointment I had to stop by to get cash since I do not carry cash at all AND I notified them of this and they stated it was fine. I then receive another message asking if its going to be 60 lashes. I replied I booked for 40. I then received a response they only book for 60 on Fridays. At this point I am upset and disappointed with unprofessional services being provided. I then decided not cancel because the whole situation began to be way to over whelming and very unprofessional. This would have been my third time at this location and I would have to say the customer service was very poor aswell as the communication and I do not see myself coming here again.

They only last 4 days i went to get them on Thursday and by Monday their were gone i cant believed cuz i got the 40 lashes per each eye

Lashes started falling off in one day. All were off by day 3.

I went in for a lash removal and let me tell me my lashes were ridiculous, I got them put on at a nail shop, ladies dont EVER get your lashes done at a Nail shop, the lashes I had on were caked with glue it was such a mess and these ladies here really came to my rescue, they take their time to make sure none of my natural lashes came out, I cant wait to get my new set of lashes!

Omg ally did an amazing job!!!! Love it!
