I joined Toastmasters of the Cove in Feb 2015, and it is a warm and supportive community of people trying to improve themselves. As a recent grad trying to get a foothold in the corporate world, I needed to speak confidently and be comfortable networking (one of my biggest fears as an introvert). Being able to practice speaking weekly with a group of supportive, positive and motivated people has been phenomenal for that.TMC as a club is on the smaller side, but you get plenty of practice speaking, giving feedback, and building community as a result.Since joining Toastmasters just about a year ago, Ive successfully given a company wide presentation, become so much more comfortable talking and am happier in my own skin. Definitely a great investment!

We are a friendly supportive club! Come by Thursday at 630pm. Dont be afraid of public speaking - TM has been working for over a hundred years.
