Lucy and Rachel have been incredible in guiding me through the amazing skills on the hoop and silks. The overall development and full body workout this provides is phenomenal. There’s always more skills to work on which makes it a very cool progression to keep you motivated.

Lucy is an incredible teacher. She is patient, builds up your confidence and supplies just the right amount of challenge. She has created an empowering environment of women that build each other up & genuinely enjoy each others company. My skill level has gone from zero to intermediate on the hoop and I even have opportunities to perform at festivals and at studio showcases. I highly recommend Lucy & her gym!

Lucy at Freedom aerial changed my life. Before starting classes with her, I was completely out of shape and overweight, and hadnt been physically active for years. Lucy the owner is amazing. The first time I went she explained everything and ensured I learned in a safe environment. I came back and brought my teen daughter and now this is an activity we both can do together. I can not say enough great things about Lucys teaching program and her prices and schedule are very reasonable. I would highly recommend freedom aerial!!

I have been going to Freedom Aerial for six month. The owner Lucy is amazing she is very patient with me and explains each move in detail. Aerials is very fun and hard work but Lucy always ensures that you have a strong foundation before building on the next move. i look forward to going to freedom aerials and others that go there are extremely friendly and always up to assist.
