Ive had my kids for 6 months already, my kids love it. The staff is amazing, super friendly and attentive. The place is always clean and the teachers wear their masks all the time. Theyre also very flexible when you have to reschedule.

I have always been hesitant about swimming due to all of the many things that you hear about going wrong. I had to realize as a parent my job is to make sure I have provided my children all the necessary skills needed to survive in this world and swimming is no different. I can’t protect my children from everything but I can ensure they are prepared to tackle the things in this world. Aqua-Tots has afforded me this opportunity. I am teaming up with professionals to prepare my sons. Thank you Aqua-Tots for this partnership opportunity in my children’s success.

I pay for two of my grandchildren to take swimming lessons for the last six months. They’ve really enjoyed it, and Have learned quite a bit. One of my grandson has had a special medical issue and the manager was extremely nice about helping us with his swimming lessons And make up dates. The staff has been very nice and courteous and helpful. We will continue the lessons as long as my grandsons want to go

Great service. I can see improvements on my daughter swimming. The instructors are great, you have the ability to reschedule classes all the way up to the last minute before class starts, and my little one is a lot more confident in the water.

Our daughter loves going to swim class. She has learned so much to be comfortable in the water and is working on mastering her level. Everyone that works there is always so nice and welcoming.

My daughter loved to play in the pool, but she would just sink down if she fell off the step she was playing on. Summer started Aquatots in June 2021 going twice a week, and I could see her progress clearly. She’s accomplished so much in swim class, and now she’s close to moving up a level at Aquatots. I highly recommend Aquatots!

It’s been amazing to see not only the growth in skills, but also in confidence, with our daughter (age 4). Over the summer, she went from never having been in the water (and screaming) to jumping in on her own and beginning to swim to the side of the pool. Swim class is her favorite part of the week, and she’s begging to keep swimming “even if it’s not summer.”

My son was so scared to put his head in the pool but the staff at Aqua-Tots is amazing he is no longer scared! He is always excited to go to class. I would recommend this location to everyone!

Edited: I changed our review from 4 stars to 5!Our first visit was 15 minutes because we were told 1045 (along with the other parent who showed up at the same time). For the next appt we were told 1030 and all of our appts have been a full 30 minutes since and my son LOVES IT!Original: Had our first class today! My 1 year old LOVES the water so I figured it was a good time to start both for fun and safety reasons. He absolutely loved it, the instructor was very friendly and great with the kids.My only issue is the information says the lessons are 30 minutes and ours was barely 15 minutes... For the price I was expecting a full 30 minutes but my son had fun so we will go back. The safety side of the training is worth it.

I came across one of the location dove creek and decided to give out daughters the best swim education. Since their initial class they have learned so much and lost the fear of water and with every class I’m comfortable more and more they will be able to swim and look after themselves when where not able to, Thank you everyone at Aqua Tots Dove creek location San Antonio Tx.

My son had a trial of your swimming lessons to see his swimming level for future classes. He was pretty nervous arriving on site and we reassured him that he would be ok. The instructors first activity was putting his head under water. My child expressed numerous times to the instructor that he didnt want to do it but the instructor still submerged him under water!! Why would they do this??? It was his first lesson to see what were his swimming capabilities. I didnt see any communication between front desk staff or instructor. The Instructor had their activities planned and not adjusting for new swimmers. Im 100% confident she didnt know it was his first time. Im very frustrated with the enitire process and experience. I hope this isnt a common way of business or the way your organization practices swim lessons across your franchises. I do NOT recommend Aqua Tots to anyone!

I’ve been incredibly happy with our experience at Aquatots Dove Creek as a parent. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and ask if we need help. The setup is organized. The instructors call your children’s names before class so you don’t get confused and you don’t lose track of time (especially with 3 kids, it gets chaotic). After their classes, the instructions speak with the parents individually to let you know what your child is doing well and what he/she could improve in. My kids have been happy as well. Keep it up Aquatots Dove Creek!

My daughter loves coming to Aqua-Tots! The staff is very friendly and professional. They truly do live their motto safely first, fun always! My daughter enjoys the classes so much and is learning the boundaries of water. Worth every penny. So happy we came to this location.

I love this swim school. The staff is always super friendly and my son really enjoys learning here. It is really easy to schedule times for him with their flexible scheduling. They even have an app so you can keep track of your childs progress as they update. Highly recommended!

Horrible Experience, Walking in it was completely packed, no one greeted us, had to go to the register to ask, regulars pack the front row seats with their stuff and chat with each other instead of leaving room for us 1st timers who actually want to see whats going on. When instructor called for class he didnt wait for my kid and I had to get the 1 person holding the door to escort my kiddo to his class. (Regulars packing the way to the door, smh) I had to bring a chair to the middle of the room because seating was crowded and these parents just left no room to watch. So for 1st timers they dunk you under, the other girls did ok, you could see it wasnt the 1st time but my kid was horrified. She has never been in a pool or large water so of course she was scared. He never let her leave even though she cried and struggled to trust him after that and I thought they knew how to work with each child but I guess not. Even after getting through the heard of parents crowding up the pick up area and teachers i reached my traumatized daughter and she could not stop crying, no words of importance came from the instructor and we left completely unsettled. Its been a week and my daughter still cries about that Experience, I will never again go to this place. So unprofessional and regulars take over the entire waiting area, insane. As 1st timers definitely didnt feel welcome at all and will never trust a school instructor to handle my kid again.

We were introduced to Aqua Tots about 5 years ago. Mona Lisa was so thorough with helping us feel welcome. My son started at Level 2 and has continued to go up. When this location opened, we followed because of Coach Kai. He is by far the best coach! My son is always so excited to go for his swim lessons. Ive seen the most improvement under Coach Kais guidance. He makes learning fun. Thank you for helping our son become a swimmer!

All instructors get four students per every 30 min class. Class has four students. Actual time instructors spend with each student is less than 8 minutes in each class. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Love this location, very close to home and nice shopping. The staff is very friendly and really work with your children to make them feel comfortable!

We really enjoy bringing our son here. The staff is amazing and so friendly which makes our son comfortable and he trusts all the instructors.
