My kids ride bus 281 first of allmy jids always have different bus drivers and their original bus always broken. So the bus is suppose to be here at 6:50am and leave by 7:05. Well lots of times and especially yesterday the bus showed up at 6:30 left by 6:48 so many kids missed the bus . they need to give these kidsa little more time. Its elementary children for Gods sake.and when we addressed it with the bus ddiver today she was very rude lied to my face about coming at that time,and said she has to be here by 6:50 and she can leave by 6:51 if she wanted to . Very rude said we can find other transportation if we like .i would so much rather give no stars but it was only way to post this review.

I never leave reviews but found that this was necessary. Ive never had to deal with upper management but I must say I was both saddened and disappointed at the lack of concern for our children. The supervisor of the department is Juan. I found that he was very lazy and drab with handling a serious concern. Im not sure how he was given a management position but I can assure he doesnt deserve it. I really worry about our children. Back in my day the school systems cared. That is no longer in existence. I can only pray that NEISD does a better job when placing someone in the management seat. That person represents the whole department.

Very informative group for discovering bus routes.

Disappointing that not all schools are offered transportation and some schools like Cibolo Green Don’t have any bus service. It makes it very difficult to get your child to school on time.
