We started our infant daughter at kindercare and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience! Everyday she comes home with a big smile on her face! The staff are amazing and always keep us updated on what she’s doing with pictures throughout the day! Everyone is very friendly, helpful and informative - they are always happy to answer any questions! I am amazed with the art projects they are able to get the babies to do! Drop off and pickup are a breeze and very organized!

I’ve tried other daycares in NE San Antonio & I’m very happy with the program at the Heimer Kindercare. They have the curriculum that you would expect from Kindercare, but it’s the teachers that make the difference & really create the structure we need. And this site is so well managed by Ms Katie during the Covid risk! Brytnee & Stacey are so energetic & I credit them with kindergarten readiness for my challenging kiddos. My 5 year old just started Kindergarten & he is passing assessments with ease. They gave my children confidence for the important shift to school routines, early mornings, & behavior in groups. The center is run with discipline & instilled a great deal of self esteem into my boys. They allowed my boys the healthy expression they needed while still curbing the crazy energy that the little ones bring. No exaggeration. 5 stars.

I was very impressed with the quality of care they provided for my kids. They are willing to work with the kids and any special needs and diet they might have. I loved the app and how they send pictures and videos of the kids during the day. The arts and crafts that the kids would bring home were amazing. I highly recommend this daycare! Katie the director goes above and beyond with the kids and family members.

Weve had a fantastic experience with Heimer Kindercare so far. Our girls stay engaged with various learning activities, and their teachers keep us in the loop by sending us pictures on their app, completed art work and projects they worked on, and notes to express needs and milestones. Unlike previous daycare experiences, Heimer Kindercare doesnt have strict policies dictating when a child has to hit a milestone, which has been wonderful; instead, theyve worked with us as one child goes through potty training and the other transitions on her own timeline from bottles to sippy cups. I fully recommend Heimer Kindercare!

I cannot say enough good things about KinderCare!! The staff here is phenomenal and go above and beyond to take care of my sweet baby girl. My first ever daycare experience was a complete nightmare so when searching for something else, I was very hesitant. Katie and Lisa eased my mind and worries and I have not looked back since enrolling my daughter! I highly recommended Heimer KinderCare. You will not be disappointed. My daughter has been at KinderCare since 2019. She started at the Toepperwein location, but then I transferred her to their Heimer location a few months later due to my job location. I cannot say enough good things about this center. They are always so friendly and adore my daughter, and she has excelled so rapidly in her learning. She was bumped up to Pre-K 2 months before her 4th birthday because she had mastered the Preschool skills so quickly. She loves her friends and teachers. They always communicate well and have been wonderful. Highly recommend!

Ive used KinderCare for a couple of years and Ive always had great experiences! My son loved it and learned so much. Very professional and trustworthy. They worked with our childcare aware and made us feel welcome.

Just like any other first time parent, I’m very particular about the care of my daughter. The staff at KinderCare is exceptional, from the daily pictures to the smiling faces that welcome us each morning. They take all the proper precautions to make sure safety and cleanliness are up to par (especially during the pandemic). Any time I have a question or concern Katie & Lisa make sure to address it promptly and professionally. Most importantly my daughter absolutely loves learning, playing, and growing with her KinderCare family!

Excellent daycare! They have taken extra precautions with Covid and still have fun drive through events for the kids at the holidays. So happy with the entire staff!!

Awesome daycare! My girls love it there! I love getting there pictures through out the day! I get to see my babies doing activities! Katy and Lisa are great ! They have been doing amazing events for all the kids! Halloween drive through! Christmas drive through! My girls go running to the door ready to go to school! My two year olds teachers are great! And my daughters pre k teachers are amazing! They learn so much through out the day! Great team!!

Everything about this daycare center is fantastic! I highly recommend for a number of reasons: The communication from the center directors, Katie and Lisa, is phenomenal. Parents are always made aware of the activities going on within the center, which is great because I know what to talk to my son about in the evenings! The level of cleanliness throughout the center leaves me with great confidence that the entire staff is working diligently to safeguard the health and well-being of all children.During the covid quarantine, I kept me son home with me and utilized the center’s drop-in service, as needed. I now have my son back full-time as I feel very comfortable and confident with the precautions of the entire staff (drop off at door, temperature before entry, staff wearing masks, communication, etc.).We love Heimer KinderCare and think of the directors and staff as family. How they interact with my son and me truly brightens my day! Trisha and Camille in the 2yr old room are fantastic! My son always talks about them. All are so welcoming, supportive, and I love the pictures and updates I receive throughout the day!

As an essential family we can not thank our Heimer KinderCare location enough for staying open. We are a family of medical professionals. My wife is a surgeon and I work in cancer care. In medicine there are literally hundreds of people who depend on us coming to work to treat patients. Healing and saving lives. We could not do this work without our daycare staying open to watch our small children. People depend on us, and we depend on KinderCare. Thank you KinderCare Corp for understanding that we all have to make sacrifices for the greater good. I am sure remaining open is a tough choice, especially only servicing essential families. We love this daycare! Our kids have been going here for a little over a year. My son is 2 and he absolutely loves his teachers which makes drop off easy. The staff truly care about the kids and anytime we’ve had a concern it was addressed right away. I would definitely recommend this daycare!

We have had such a great experience here at Heimer KinderCare. I’ve been into and toured plenty of daycares and this one stood out to me. The teachers here are happy, the daycare is clean, and the communication with Katie, the director is amazing. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing how amazing this daycare is for yourself.

The teachers are awesome, and the director Katy & the asst director Lisa, are hands down wonderful people they both know whats going on in the school and I love that, if for whatever reason have have a question that make it a priority to find out whats going on! Our family LOVES Heimer KinderCare, and couldn’t be happier. The staff is very friendly and excellent with communication with the parents. The environment is very clean, with big rooms - so there’s a lot of space for the kids to play! We adore Mrs Frances in the toddler room - all the toddlers have great respect for her. I can’t believe how well they behave for her and how much they learn! I look forward to the daily activity pictures through the app. We love that Heimer KinderCare is a big part of the shaping of our child’s development!

My son has only been in this center a few weeks but is already adjusting 100% than he did at his last center. Their teachers are consistent, the center is very clean and everyone is always very friendly when I drop off and pick up. It is a great thing to leave your baby and feel safe and confident that he is being taken care of by patient, knowledgeable staff.

As a military family, we move around quite a bit. We selected Kinder Care on short notice because it was close by, it was clean, the staff was welcoming, and they had an actual curriculum. My son was 3 when he first started. He started kindergarten at the local public school two years later as the youngest in his grade. He was already reading, writing, counting to 100, and could identify all his upper case and lower case letters. These are things that other students were just learning. I credit Kinder Care and their amazing staff for giving my son a head start in his education. When I became pregnant shortly after, I looked around for something comparable since we hadnt had an infant there before but nothing we found had all the benefits of Kinder Care. Their staff was also very knowledgeable and always willing to help. I always felt comfortable talking to them about any concerns I had about delays, or possible issues that came up that I didnt quite know how to handle. Were moving again soon and Ive already started looking up Kinder Care in our new location. The staff feels like part of the family and we will certainly miss them.

This center has been great from the staff to the equipment for the kids to the learning experience they gain. I saw a huge improvement in my daughters social skills (only child) just 2 months after she was enrolled. This facility host great family activities to bring everyone together and thats what makes this place so special.

Our child has been going here for almost 2 years and they consistently exceed my expectations. The teachers show genuine care and concern for the children and have developed close relationships with us. The director is clearly passionate about child development and super engaged with helping the kids learn. More importantly, every time I have a question or concern, they are receptive and issues are remedied quickly. No one is perfect, so knowing that I can talk to them openly and honestly is huge in my book. Very happy that we ended up here.

We could not have found a more perfect daycare for our son. The pricing is affordable and the staff is excellent. They really do listen and actually take what you are saying to heart. My son has developed an incredible bond with his teachers and other staff members. I never have to worry about him when hes there. He gets treated fairly, hes learning SO much every day and he actually loves going to school. If I ever have a day off he usually asks me to take him to school anyway. After a traumatic experience at his previous daycare, we are so blessed to have found KinderCare. Thank you Mr. JR, Lisa, Miss Britney and all of the other staff members for all of your hard work taking care of our kids!

Wonderful place to bring your children! By far the best curriculum and teachers in the area. We were so nervous about putting our little ones in care and JR and his entire team soothed our anxieties. They are wonderful and our children love going to school each day!

Both of my children love going to Kinder Care! They love their teachers and are always telling us about what they learned that day! The staff feels more like family than just ‘care givers.’ They have high expectations for learning and behavior and work with my children to ensure they meet their full potential. I rest easy knowing my children are in a kind, caring and safe learning environment while I am at work!

I wish we could continue to have our daughter in this daycare, but we moved pretty far. This center is pretty awesome!

My 3 & 4 year old have been with Kindercare for about 2 years now. I was so nervous switching them since it was a new town for them but their teachers were incredible with my drop off experience and as hard as it was to leave I immediately knew they were in great care. My sons temper has gotten so much better from the previous center, the teachers are so involved making sure to keep us informed on their activities, my daughter has beautiful mannerisms since she was younger and started kindercares curriculum sooner than my son. It’s a wonderful center, JR & Center director Lisa are both very involved with all the classrooms making sure everything is running smoothly.

Kindercare on Cross Canyon has been my boys home away from home for many years .They have great staff, always loving and helpful. The center provides and safe and warm environment, I am never worried about them when Im at work. Id recommend Kindercare on Cross Canyon to any families looking for childcare.

We had been going to another daycare since my son was 6 weeks old and I didn’t really know there was anything better, after multiple things adding up to the final straw just before he was three, we decided it was time for a change. I have never been happier with a decision. We went to KinderCare to tour and immediately saw a huge difference. After enrolling my son went from crying about having to go to daycare to being excited. He has developementally progressed and is all around happier. The staff at daycare play a part in raising your child and Kindercare is a good choice. It was not as flashy as the last daycare but better in every way, even cheaper!

I currently have 3 of my children here and I couldnt be happier with the services I recieve...my children are excited to go to school everyday and have made amaxing improvements in their social skills since attending here..Thanks Kindercare for all you do for my lovebugs
