Overall it’s a good school if you want to get into IT I found that if you had little to no knowledge it was a bit challenging but all do the instructors we had were from different walks of life and they were all very knowledgeable. If you have a Vet using your GI Bill or Vet Tech is a great way to get into a field that pays well with little investment.

The Classes I took were full of valuable information. The instructor was very knowledgeable and interactive with the students. I also liked how I could go back and review the course material months after class was over.

ACI is an exceptional institution for IT certification courses. In addition to the instructor-led material, you have access to an abundance of resources that are industry-recognized and vendor-preferred (Ive only taken CompTIA courses with ACI at the time of this writing). When I initially inquired about ACIs programs, Angie Mujica was my point of contact. Her communication and responsiveness was excellent. When VETTEC funding was depleted last fiscal year, she checked in periodically until it was replenished earlier this year. Additionally, she also mapped out alternative funding sources in my Chapter33 benefits, in case VETTEC funding was delayed. I was fortunate to have been accepted to a program called Bexar Strong. Upon doing so I enrolled in ACI Learning in San Antonio, in order to update my work skills. I was in the Cyber Security track. During my enrollment I met Starla Condes, she was professional, efficient, and knew her product very well, answering all my questions. I have since completed my classes and have a new skill set in Cyber Security, though the classes went by almost too fast. I would have liked to have had more time. All in all a very good experience starting with Mrs. Condes, up to date curriculum, and great instructors. So if you need to update your work skills, to become more marketable, ACI Learning is a great place to start.

Based on my experience at LeaderQuest, I have to say that this school is really like no other. All the staff is very knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. The classes are very intense, but youre never on your own. Class sizes are small, so you get a lot of one on one time with the teachers. Starla helped me through the whole enrollment process, she is really amazing! I would recomment this school to everyone.

I was enrolled in the night classes from 6pm-10pm and can only speak for that time frame. Working a full-time job as a diesel mechanic and then attending online classes for me was a little difficult. I personally am more of a “in class” learner and struggled to keep up with the fast paced class. For the most part, the instructors were great although, sometimes they would speak to the class as if you had been in the field of anything IT before. So, you can see where I had difficulties trying to keep up with the lingo and terms as a mechanic. The quality of the information was/is great and very informative, the staff is very professional and willing to help in any way possible. I will say that James Wofford is an EXCELLENT instructor, by far the best I’ve ever encountered. I only gave 4 stars because of it was too fast paced for me and for a lack of a better term, some of the material should be “dumb-down”, for those who are changing their careers and have no experience whatsoever in this field.

Leaderquest overall is a great organization, but it is the staff that really makes this institution stand out. Starla is AMAZING! She is always so helpful if she doesnt have the answer she will go out of her way to get it for you. Amazing opportunity for people looking to get into a productive and successful IT/Cyber Security career!I started looking into Cyber Security being told that I needed a college degree... and while I was already going to be working on a degree might as well go for a Masters! So I was looking at ~6 years of college! Found LeaderQuest and learned that...1. I only really need a college degree if Im looking at upper level management2. I can get an amazing starter job with just a few certifications!I mean... a month of courses, a few certification tests, and they help you find a job with a possibility of ~$50-$80k a year?? How can you pass that up!?

My experience with leaderquest so far has been great! Missy Cruz was able to answer all the questions I had right away. And if she didnt know, she found out and got right back to me. There was no confusion as to what was going to happen next. If the rest of the program is anything like the enrollment process, then I think Ill do just fine!! Cant wait to get started.

I 100% recommend LeaderQuest. I truly enjoyed my experience with all of the staff and my classmates. I was able to obtain my first Certification and Full time employment as an IT analyst because of LeaderQuest. I wanna say thank you again to LeaderQuest for giving me a life changing opportunity.
