Puddle Jumpers is incredibly flexible and wonderful to work with. We have speratic work schedules, and Puddle Jumpers has always accomodated us and cared for our child whenever random hours or days we have brough him in. They have helped us with making payments on time, and they are always kind when we bring our child to daycare. Their facility is clean and on top of safety and security for my child. They teach and play to the point where my child comes home happy and with new knowledge every day. I have only good experiences with this company.

My son has going here for several years now and I absolutely love the care that he receives. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and is always willing to help in anyway that they can. My son loves to go to daycare and to be honest would rather go see all his friends and teachers then to stay at home. I have and will continue to recommend the Sunshine house to all my friends and family. They make it easy to go to work and get my job done without having to worry about my child.

Our daughter has been at the sunshine house from age 12 months to 19 months and we have loved it. Their app is amazing. I love being able to check it throughout the day to see what shes been up to. We are constantly surprised by things our daughter knows that she learned at daycare (words, songs, dances, signs etc.). I love that there is structured learning time, lots of outside play and fun art and sensory projects. The facility is nice, secure and has great outside play areas for both older and younger kids. Her teachers seem nice and she is definitely happy there: she loves it so much that sometimes she doesnt want to come home! My only criticism is that it is expensive compared to some other places we have looked at, but I dont necessarily think it is overpriced for what you get.

I have loved my experience at Sunshine House in Salt Lake. They have activities all year long, teach kids preschool lessons which prepares them for Kindergarten. For a couple of years know they have implemented soccer practice to the extra curricular activities. My three kids always make family present for all holidays; parent teacher conferences among others. I have learned after visiting a couple of different day cares, that their price is very competitive considering the great service they provide!

We love this place for our daughter! It has been great to see her engage from her as a baby and now a toddler. We love how friendly the staff has been, how clean, and how organized it has been. I have never had to worry about anything when dropping her off for the day.It is awesome to see the activities the kids are given during the summer with their playgrounds outside, to water days and letting the kids enjoy being in the sun. I love that there is always some type of productive learning here and even they way the teachers engage in our daughters learning. She sure does love to eat and that is a plus with the good food she is given.Again I have never had any doubts of my daughter being at this school and know she is always in good hands. She loves her teachers and loves being around her friends. Thanks to everyone at the school who makes it possible for our daughter and the learning skills she has and to taking care of her on a daily basis.

I really like puddle jumpers. Its a childcare center. Its clean, and doesnt smell like messy diapers. My little one has been in the 2s class for 6 months. He likes his two main teachers. The art projects they do look cute and fun. The playground is big enough for my little guy to run around. The teachers have always been caring and courteous to me. I like that the parking lot is away from main traffic. Its still fairly close to I-215, so I drop my little guy off as I go to work. My only complaint is that they dont take enough pictures!(I also wrote this on the review for puddle jumpers)

We love puddle jumpers. The teachers are always concern about the kids wellBeing they know them by names. Plus the summer program is amazing!They have field trips, water days and a lot of other activities year round. The staff is very professional and attentive to the kids and parents needs and what I appreciate most is they care about the kids...

They are clean and well run. Any time Ive had questions or concerns, the feedback from teachers and directors has been immediate. I feel confident my 2 and a half year old son is safe in their care. Hes provided with many opportunities to engage in arts and crafts, imaginative play, and educational events.The hours are great. The price is very reasonable, and the food they serve the kids is always good. Its a pleasure to see my son happily munch on the vegetables at preschool.

I was terrified of the thought of putting my daughter in a daycare but The Sunshine House has calmed all fears. My daughter loves it here. She’s been here since she was 6 months old and now she’s 2. She has loved her teachers and is constantly learning. I enjoy the dress up days and holiday parades. While the price is high, it’s worth it to see my daughter safe, loved and learning. I’ve also seen them practice fire drills and gunman scenarios and they’ve got it down pretty good.I enjoy going to the parent teacher conferences because I get more than just an update on how my daughter is doing. I learn what she’s excelling at and how we can help her continue to learn at home. I highly recommend The Sunshine House.One thing that really appreciated (as a parent) was that my daughter was so well taken care of. We have to drop her off right when they open at 5:45. Every day, her teacher would dress her and do her hair, and not just a little pony tail, but fancy stuff! As a mom, I hated that I couldn’t do that for her because it was so early in the morning but because her teachers did that for her, I knew my daughter is loved.Pic is of my girl on pajama day on the playground. My two boys (ages 6 & 3) attend the sunshine house part time. I am thankful they offer part time daycare with part time rates, some do not do this. We have been going to the sunshine house since October 2013 and Im very happy with them. My boys seems to love it too!

I have been taking my daughter to this preschool for the last 5 years and I have never loved a preschool more. They were a beacon of light when I was going through a rough first year of finding a good care facility for my young daughter and NONE were measuring up and most were just horrific, the horror stories I could tell. Sunshine House Puddle Jumpers has been like family to us. I can count on them. My daughter loves going, even now when shes going to 1st grade she begs to go when she doesnt have school. Ive met some of my best friends there. I dont have enough kind and endearing things to say about this preschool. If you are searching for a care facility for your child, please trust that this facility will take your child in and care for them as though they were their own. Your search is over!

The teachers and directors are great. Our son loves it there and all hid friends he gets to see everyday.

Quick summary:PRO: Diapers, wipes and food is provided until the child is 2, then you have to provide diapers.-Open door policy, you can talk to them anytime-They are open at 5:45am- They now have an app so you can get diaper alerts, meal alerts, pictures and more from the daycare throughout the day.CON: The price keeps going up $5 (give or take) every 6 months or so.- Although there is part time rate, it has to fit on their schedule. (M-W-F or T-TH) not the 2-3 days a week as mentioned on their paperwork.Overall, I enjoy the Sunshine House Puddle Jumpers in Salt Lake Utah. My daughter has been attending since she was 3 months old and Im very active in her care at the facility. The staff is friendly and has an open door policy. Every place you go to will have their faults and any/all my concerns have been addressed and handled in a very timely manner. My daughter is happy here and I love the flexibility we have with attendance. I dont like their tuition policy. They say they offer a part time rate; however, they need to charge me full time rate because the days I work are not M-W-F; she attends 2-3 days a week and sometimes only once a week. I feel the part time rate should be for part time kids....regardless of the day. I hate knowing i pay $220/week for my daughter to be there for 1 day that week. I like how everything is supplied for you, (diapers, wipes, food...) put until their are 2; once they are 2, you have to supply the diapers. In the year that we have attended, the price has gone up twice now; not a lot, but a little disappointing due to only being there a year and the price keeps rising by $5/week give or take. (I have noticed that every 6 months or so, our rate keeps going up a few more dollars a week, so expect that. Our location is perfectly located off the freeway for easy access and opens at 5:45 am which is absolutely perfect for my family; most daycare open after 6am.

All the classes have curriculum, which is nice, but yeah.....its just overall pretty good.

Last time I checked we have a constitution that allowed us free speech in this country. I found the directors to be very unscrupulous. I struggled a lot with healing from a car accident and permanent nerve damage to my hands. I found working for them to be detrimental to my mental health. Unfortunately, I have to give this one star. Often we were understaffed and they placed me in situations where I didnt feel safe. I left a job with health care and dental benefits to work for them because I love children and they treated me like a slave everyday. They have a work place bullying, gossiping culture. I applied for unemployment benefits and was denied because they have about fifty pages of so so said this happened, now defend yourself. Sociopathic.

I have been nothing but impressed with the quality of care that the Sunshine House provides to all the children in their care, including my own. As a first time mom, I was apprehensive of leaving my child in a day care facility. The Sunshine House at Puddle Jumpers is more than just that, it is a Child Development Center.The Center Management and Staff are Wonderful. Ada, the Director, and Danica, the Assistant Director, work so incredibly hard. They do more than just sit in their offices and do administrative work. More often than not, they are in the classrooms spending time with the children- playing, reading, and getting to know them all. They plan events for all the children to participate in like a Halloween Trunk or Treat, a Puppet Show, and a visit from Santa Clause (and let me tell you, they got the best Santa I’ve ever seen).Each staff member that works at the Sunshine House provides the highest quality care. When I drop my child off, she is greeted with a friendly hello and a warm smile. The lead teacher in her classroom, Ms. Consuelo, always greets her with a “Hello Beautiful,” which warms my heart everyday and shows me that she is well cared for and loved. This puts my mind at ease knowing that my child is in a safe environment where she can learn and play.The Center is clean and well maintained. Each classroom has their own diapering station/bathroom for children to use. I have loved that for my toddler diapers are included in my tuition until my child is 2! What a lifesaver this is to not have to remember one more thing to bring with me each week. Each classroom is filled with developmentally appropriate toys, games, and books that are available to all children at all times. This center has the best outdoor playground I’ve ever seen at a daycare facility.Each classroom has curriculum that is used to promote Hands on, Open Ended, Meaningful, Engaging, and Sensory Oriented learning to reach all children in their care. The curriculum for each week is posted where parents can look and see what is happening in the classroom throughout the day. There is evidence of all of these being used in each of the classrooms. I was highly impressed that the center holds parent teacher conferences twice a year. I was able to sit down with my child’s teacher and discuss her progress more than just at drop off/pick up. Each child has a folder that the center updates and keeps so that parents are able to see their child’s progress through the years.I highly recommend the Sunshine House at Puddle Jumpers!

We have had our child enrolled in 3 other pre-schools (not day care) and by far this is the best school hands down. Not to say the others are bad, this school just is better and this is why.Teachers are very warm and loving and as soon as you watch them you will know. Our childs favorite teacher was in her early 60s and killed it! She has more energy then me and I have half her age, I cant remember her name its like Mrs. Jenette or something. She covers the 2-3 year old class.The director is very nice and takes care of business has no problems firing teachers, there was a new teacher who was a complete a-hole on her first 2 days. She was gone mid afternoon with no respect. Anyway, Playground in huge, food is included and you only pay for days you are there. No having to pay for Christmas week when your not there, it could have changed as this was 3 years ago. Anyway we take our son to Bright Horizons now, and even though its 30% more is not 30% better actually only 90% of Sunshine house. No its not brand new, but it is tidy and neat, plus they has high security which is awesome. Best pre-school ever!

My son has a second family at The Sunshine House (Puddle Jumpers). He’s been enrolled since he was 1 year old and he’s turning 4 in June.
