I adore Carol and Gene. To see my little boy excel and learn new things everyday, absolutely warms my heart. I cant emphasize the gratitude I have for Carol and Gene.

Great daycare/preschool. We feel very comfortable leaving our two children there. They learn so much (even manners), do arts & crafts, and seem to have a great time. Its definitely more than just a daycare.

We love Cozy Cottage. Both of our girls attend daycare/preschool here and we couldn’t be happier. Carol truly cares about what she does and it shows. Highly recommend!

My son attends cozy cottage and we love it. Carol has a ton of experience and her staff truly care about my son. As a first time mom- and new to Salem- finding daycare was hard, but right from the start Carol made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She made the transition to go back to work seemless and is flexible with my schedule as things come up. Ive enjoyed getting to know Carol over time, would highly recommend.

I really like Carol and her staff. She is accommodating and flexible with my busy schedule. I am able to go over on my lunch break to nurse my baby and I have gotten to know her. I really appreciate the care and love she gives my little one.

My daughter has been going to Cozy Cottage since she was 14 Months old. I am so grateful i found cozy cottage. It was a hard transition for the both of us to start daycare. My daughter is very smart for her age (she will be 2 in May) and i know a lot of her learning comes from being at cozy cottage 5 days a week. She can count to 13 and sing her ABCs. She also talks in sentences. I go to work and i know she is being taken care of the way i would be taking care of her. They are like family to me and my girl and i could not have found a better place for us.

My daughter has been going to Cozy Cottage for over 8 years. We have always had a great experience. They are very professional and welcoming into their home. There are no worries about having someone that is unreliable and will leave you hanging without someone to watch the kiddos while you have to work. They have always been flexible with my work schedule from the times I started work at 6am, to the nights I worked later. Its a great peace of mind knowing that I can drop my daughter off in the morning, shell be fed breakfast, dropped off at school, and then picked up after school and given a snack before I get off work. This is definitely a safe place to take your children, and not have to worry about whats going to happen to them while you are at work. Having a structured preschool time during the day for the younger kids is amazing, my daughter would come home at the end of the day singing her ABCs, and knowing how to count and other great milestones. Summer is great fun, they have a huge backyard that the kids can run around and play in. Overall, this is a great place to have your kids spend their time while you are busy at work. :)

Visited to see if Cozy Cottage would be a good fit for my child. Price was cheap, but not worth it - Very dirty - noticeable strong odor, several safety hazards. Would not recommend.

We love Cozy Cottage! Ive been taking my son for almost 2 years and they are still doing a great job!

Carol has a ton of experience and takes kid care seriously as a teacher and major influence in the lives of kids. There are plenty of different age kids to learn from and build helpful skills in older ones as they play gently and calm babies.

I called this place to see if they had any openings for part time daycare and the owner seemed to act like it was ridiculous that I would even ask for my kids to only be in daycare one day a week. I am so glad she showed her true colors before I put my kids in a scary situation with someone so heartless about peoples needs.
