Kids play in a cafeteria and parking lot. High turnover of counselors, rude office staff.Sometimes they find good counselors. And sometimes they hire counselors who ignore kids and look at their phones. One time I came to pick up my kids and saw the counselor was paying no attention. I said to myself, I wonder if I could walk over to the sign-out sheet, sign them out, and leave the premises before he even notices. I did. Thankfully he is no longer there, but this is the kind of people they hire. As well as people who dont seem to like children very much.When they switched to an online payment system it was complicated and unwieldy, but they told me I was the only one with the problem. (They had to send out a document just on how to change the payment method, but ok, not complicated at all.) Came to find out later that many parents had the same problem and were treated in a similar rude way.There are better options.
