I ordered uniforms for my kids end of July and I still have not received them. The shipping delays are very frustrating and I dont care about the excuses. My kids have to wear uniforms to school and now my daughter has only one shirt. By the time we get the order, she will have outgrown that size. Im stuck washing her shirt every night so she can wear it the next day.

Please start producing face masks again. I have tried so many different brands and my kids only want to wear yours. They are breathable and fit so well. Keep me posted.

My experience at Dennis was fine. The gal working was very helpful. One thing I would like to point out is the pants are not made for different sized people. I would suggest they re-evaluate their pants designs. My kids are very different. One is tall and thin and the other tall and stocky. The tall and stocky one has better luck with the pants. The tall and thin one had no luck. We have to have pants custom made. Please look at Old Navy Ballerina jeans. Those are made for a girl that is tall and thin. Dennis needs to have pants for all sizes and right now they do not. The slim pants they offer are a joke. Please look into having more options for people of different body types. We want our kids to have high self-esteem. Going to school in pants that are either too big or too short does not give them self-esteem. I really hope you come up with different pants options and soon.

The staff tried to be helpful and were kind. The issue was waiting in line and to checkout. No clear path to the register, people lined up two different ways and caused frustration. The second part to this is the wait in line. I waited for about 25 min if not more and I was next in line!! The 2 customers at the only registers were still shopping. They had the cashiers running back and forth trying to get different sizes, styles etc. This was ridiculous as they should have done their shopping before getting to the register! One even had her child trying on clothes 4 different times in the dressing room as she held her spot at the register and others ready to check out waited. The staff were kind and did not have enough help on the floor to maybe weed out that from happening at the register by helping customers be ready BEFORE going to the register. Management issue. Recommend have more staff or staff assigned to customers as they walk in, or to certain sections of the store or set up another small area where people who need additional assistance can be forwarded to instead of holding up the line and have the person at the register assist with sales floor functions. There were only 2 other staff on floor and they were both busy with multiple customers. This was on a Monday. I can’t imagine the busy on a weekend!

I have nothing but good things to say about Dennis Uniforms. I completely understand the frustration with order delays but every time I have contacted them they are pleasant and professional and I can tell they’re doing the absolute best they can, WITH A SMILE. I wish more businesses were as competent and friendly as Dennis. My only complaint is that they don’t sell more products so that I could support them. You only need so many uniforms :) thank you so much for all that you do!!

Very helpful when I got to the store. One of the workers there walked with me and asked me if I needed anything else. I highly recommend this place.

The store was neat and orderly and the girls were a great help but there was nothing available in the size I needed and having no eta for shipping is just insanely bad business.

The store was completely crowded which wasn’t the issue . What raised concern was that there were SEVERAL families unmasked in the store. There was no distancing . There was no air filters going . The store seemed short staffed . The uniforms were limited for the selection. Thankfully they offered free shipping for items that were not in stock . My children and I waited nearly an hour to get to the register. It was just a lot . I expected more . Unfortunately this is the only uniform store for private schools . I’ll definitely be ordering online next year.

I took my daughters to pick up some school uniforms and they had a great selection. I loved that they could try on the clothes to get the proper sizing.

Everytime I go to Dennis, there is not enough staff and they don’t have stock in the items we need. Today I went and of course they were busy for back to school. That was expected, however, they had two people working the register with about 60 people in line. One poor girl was trying to help people. It was a madhouse and certainly not COVID protocol with all those people packed in.Then, they had nothing for my school so they told me to order it. When I went home and ordered, I was charged $10.00 for shipping?!! Literally, after I drove out there and spent 30 min in the store trying to find our items, only to have to drive home and pay even more than the high prices of their uncomfortable uniforms!True Grits ( sadly closed) used to ship all orders to your school for free! And they always had plenty of staff working the store.It was a usually frustrating experience shopping at Dennis. Ugh.

Ordered my daughters uniform skirts August 4th in store and was told 3-4 weeks for them to be shipped to me. Today is September 20th still no uniforms and no information for when they may be delivered. Customer service has not gotten back to my emails and their phone line often says they are closed during the recordings listed hours of operation. Not happy with how company is dealing with delays.

The website is lacking for sure. For instance, I ordered polo shirts. The website tells me there is more than one logo option, but doesn’t show them to me or give me the opportunity to choose.

The employees are super helpful! Very kind hearted!!! I was at the location in Sac today and am super grateful for the young lady who was up at the registers. I drove 40 minutes to get my daughter some last minute pants cause she has outgrown hers and it’s cold out now. I did not know or think to check if I needed to make an appointment to shop( for everything going on with Covid). I asked the lady if she could squeeze us in and she was so understanding and kind! She let us get what we needed and kindly helped us find what we were looking for. Then my 7 yr old was very silly and wanted to help her ring us out and she let my daughter go behind and help bag and get the receipt! I wish I got her name, but I am very grateful I have always had pleasant service with this location!

Going into the store is a must. We juggled back and forth online with returns with sizes for my daughter. We went in to the store and the girl that helped us (I wish I knew her name) was so amazing and helpful!! We got everything we need in just the right size.

Excellent service. Initially I commented that I had some trouble with the website, and determining if the polo shorts I ordered had the school logo. I received an almost immediate response. Elizabeth had reviewed my order, and saw I ordered the logo from a school with the same name located in Illinois, not our Little Flower in Reno. She held the order. I let her know what I needed. She made the correction, so the correct order should be on the way. All within 24 hours. I’m quite impressed. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Polite greetings when we walked in the door, well organized, well staffed.

The employees at the store were incredibly helpful! We traveled from Reno because my online order was shipped with incorrect items.The fixed it without hesitation and the gentleman working showed me their new style pant which was a much lighter weight.It was worth the drive and next year I will drive to the store to do my order rather than shopping online.

I believe in fair reviews you can always find something good about a place. That being said the cashier that helped me was nice but i asked hee a question and another girl answered with a very rude and sarcastic tone. The wait was unreal they only had 2 cashiers for their busiest weekend season. And while i know it runs different then a regular stores they were in no hurry to move people out.The store was clean and organized, fitting rooms busy but clean and everything nicely labeled.

This was my first time with my daughter at a new school with a uniform and I did not know what she needed-the website was so user friendly- told me everything she needed as well as providing the optional items. Prices are kind of steep but the shipping was so fast. Almost everything arrived the next day- faster than amazon!

Quality of the uniforms arent bad, the service needs to be worked on. I had to look for a salesperson as I came in, I had to ask for help as I was a first timer; it wasnt offered. They didnt mind helping when I asked for help, but would not suggest anything extra or go out of their way to help out. You are kind of on your own when you are in the store, which is a little frustrating especially when you are new and dont know if their clothes run big or small. I asked about that and the salesperson said they run different, so that wasnt much help there either. Good luck!:(

Customer service here is a joke ... and the prices for there cloths are a joke...Yes the store is clean ... but the quality of the product sucks....

My husband went shopping at the Sacramento store and said the sales people were friendly and helpful. He also enjoyed the nice Christian music that was playing on the radio.

Dennis is the only place to buy my kids uniforms. Only open 4 hrs on Sat lousy return policy high prices. Decent service but selection of sizes not great. They are the only place to buy and they know it.
