Great Christian school that teaches biblical principles early on to our kids.

I joined Trinity over a year ago to serve as a teaching Vice Principal. Under the new leadership of Pastor Abe Daniel and Pastor Robert Douglas, Trinity Christian School is now thriving. There are no longer combination classes on the elementary. We are planning to launch a high school in the 17-18 year. The teachers are qualified, Christian educators who love children and youth. We have an excellent, accelerated curriculum that propagates a Christian worldview. We are committed to keep a low teacher - student ratio. All this leads to a majority of our students testing well above their own grade level.

I really hated going to this school but that was years ago so Im not sure whats changed. They do keep all kids separate but the trouble you get in for talking to the opposite gender is ridiculous. This school was good in the sense of school work but the teachers were mean and rules were ridiculous you might as well be in catholic school

(PRESCHOOL) I was so excited to send my son here because me and all my sisters went to school at trinity when we where younger. Little did I know It was going to be a complete nightmare. My son was 2 almost 3 when he started at trinity. I took my son out of a home daycare that he was in since he was about 9 months old so it was going to be a big adjustment for him. He was probably there for about 3days before I received my first phone call for Mrs Anderson ( his teacher and preschool director) she called me at work. Thinking it was an emergency I answered the phone she then proceeds to tell me that my son will not stand in line and I need to talk to him. The next day I receive a call saying that my son won’t lay down for nap and he needs to be picked up. By the time I reached the school he was sleep! For the next week I received a call almost everyday about the same nap time problem which involed me having to leave work early almost every time and every time I got to the school he would be sleep! Me and Mrs Anderson sat down and tried to come up with ways to help my son with nap time. I made suggestions like music and rubbing his back she said she was willing to try them But she did not have anything to play music on in the class room I offered to buy one she said no she will get one. The next day I receive a phone call about nap time again! My son doesn’t throw tantrums he’s not hurting other children or anything hes just is simply acting like a toddler. What toddler like to take naps! Hes at a new place with new people and he’s testing the waters.....At this point me and my husband are annoyed because we are both trying to work and she continues to call use for every little problem! She hasn’t given him time to adjust or anything she just instantly thinks he’s suppose to come in as a perfect kid. When I went to pick up my son that day she basically tells me she can’t accommodate my child and she would like me to have me or someone else come pick him up at nap time and then bring him back?! How am I suppose to do that! He’s here because I have to work and so does everyone else!!! I tell Mrs Anderson I’m going to sign him up for a new school since you can’t “accommodate” him. The first thing that comes out her mouth is “oh but if he leaves we won’t get paid for the rest of the month.” Really???!!! I’m worried about my sons well being and you are worried about a paycheck. My son goes for one more week (week 3) because he can’t start his new school until the 16. That whole week I did not recieve a phone call She said he did amazing at nap time all week long. So as I’ve been saying my son just need Time to adjust like most kids do. Mrs Anderson did now want to give him that time. She is not patient person and if your kid is not perfect she will label them a a bad child. My son is not the first kid she has done this to she told me stories. Her words where ” we don’t have to keep kids if we don’t want to” So if you are thinking about bringing your child here make sure they don’t act like a toddler. The school is also extremely under staffed. 4 teachers is not enough for you guys to run a days car. There should be more than one teacher in the 2&3s class!

Trinity Christian School does a great job in teaching young people general education, Bible, and has a great music program. It is well worth the investment in Christian Education.
