I love the focus on mindfulness! After just one month Im seeing positive results with my 3 1/2 year old. She was throwing a tantrum and was put in time out. When it was over she was sitting calmly taking big breaths. When asked what she was doing she said Im doing awake meditation with my eyes open to calm my body and she was an angel the rest of the day!Also, I love the app. I get notifications about what she eats and pictures and videos of her during the day. Its nice to feel connected when shes not in my care!Thank you Mindful Miracles! Keep up the good work!

We are incredibly happy with the care our two kids, ages 5 and 2, receive at Mindful Miracle. The teachers seem to truly love them both; the location is convenient; and the included hot lunch and snacks make our days much easier. MM took over at this location in January 2019. The leadership and teachers have made it a very homey landing place for parents and kids alike. I only wish the program could operate after care facilities for our kids once they transition to elementary school!

So happy with our experience here -- hands down the best in our 3 years of parenthood... Information (and photos!) communicated regularly via an easy to use app, Brightwheel. The teachers are loving and trustworthy, while offering just the right amount of structure and consistency. Excellent leadership from the directors. And huge bonus points for yoga, mindfulness, and healthy meals -- all of which are part of the approach. We have two kids (age 3 and 2) in this preschool and are very impressed with how much they are learning and having fun -- we love hearing the stories when they get home.

Im new to daycare in general but the whole staff have made this transition easy and successful. Were always greeted with a warm welcome from the staff and they truly care about the kids. I can rest assured my child is getting a safe, kind, loving and educational experience. Were so grateful for them!

I moved to Sacramento at the beginning of 2019, and I was looking for a new place to call home (work)! I stumbled across Mindful Miracle, and I immediately fell in love with the philosophy of the school. Ashley and Jarred are a wonderful team that have made me feel welcomed and loved from day 1. I am so happy to be here, and I cannot wait to see what this company does in the future.

I love Mindful Miracle. My 3-year old daughter teaches me her yoga moves and tells ME to take deep breaths when I’m getting upset! She is so very happy there, and they sleep on these great little cots. They do lots of parent outreach and nice little events to make us feel connected to the school. Everyday has a different theme (Mindful Monday, Transformation Tuesday, etc.) and the kids set goals for the week. It’s a great place where they get to discover and learn about their little minds and bodies and how they connect!

Love, love, love the personal care the teachers give to the kids and parents. I love that the teachers are patient, kind, loving, thoughtful, caring, creative, passionate, extraordinary, and unique. It didn’t take long to build trust with them because they’re genuinely pure at heart.

Mindful Miracle is truly a great place for children to grow, learn, and thrive! Ashley and Jarred are so dedicated to building the very best early childhood education program possible, and their enthusiasm is contagious. They have built up a great team of teachers who are clearly excited to come to work everyday and empowered to share and implement their ideas for ways to enhance the program.The focus on mindfulness is research-backed and I can already see how it is helping my toddlers emotional resilience. These early years are so critical for our childrens development, and I feel confident that the program at Mindful Miracle is benefiting my child greatly.I also love the connectivity provided by the Brightwheel app they use. I get to peek into the daily activities my daughter is participating in, and it helps to carry the thread of the lessons she is learning throughout the day into our conversations at home each evening.

Our son started the Infant class in January and we consider ourselves very lucky to have gotten a spot in this wonderful place! Mindful Miracle’s philosophy, the staff, the teachers, and everything about the environment is amazing. It “felt right” from day one and I am excited to see our son grow and flourish here.

We are so happy with the care at Mindful Miracle. The teachers, owners, and staff are all wonderful and our 16 month old son loves it here. Thank you for all that you do❤️

So glad that Mindful Miracles came in here. The kids are far more engaged again. They get yoga, Piano man, and holidays! So happy that Ashley and Jarred have really embraced this place and made it what parents should want to see in their preschool. I love the interaction I get to see during the day from their use of the Brightwheel App. The level of engagement of the teachers is refreshing and comforting.I love the focus on mindfulness and I can really see the changes in my 3.5yo. Much more linguistically creative and showing real thought into her communication. Now if she would just eat what I make for dinner.... Ah, other battles.... :)

Cant say enough about the wonderful teachers at Mindful Miracle! They are kind and generous with their hearts. I appreciate their level of communication with me as well as, and sometimes more importantly, the kids. My son has been there for the last 6 months and I can tell it is like a 2nd home for him.

Mindful Miracle has been our new daycare since January 2nd. Our children transitioned without skipping a beat! The teachers are all nice, interactive with parents upon pick up, and wonderful with the kids. The school practices mindfulness and respect for others daily. I love that my 4 year old is teaching me breathing techniques :) We also get updates and pictures throughout the day of how our kiddos are doing.I would recommend to anyone looking for quality care for their children.

I can’t help but think of the poem “ Children Learn WhatThey Live”. The atmosphere here is warm and welcoming, and respect and caring are modeled by teachers who are passionate about what we do in helping young children learn and grow.

We have both of our daughters in the preschool and cant say enough good things about the school and the teachers. They really care for our girls and the environment is fun and stimulating.
