After shopping half the store a manager comes and forces me to put a mask on . Great job rocket scientist it wouldnt matter at that point any way.let alone state law says if Im vaccinated Im not required to wear one and you cant force me to. You can suggest it and ask me to leave but its in poor taste and against hippa law to deny me after I have already been inside shopping for over a half hr without one mention at entrance by employees . (They can deny my entry to their privately owned business for anything even race ) although society frowns on that and they passed laws against companies doing that also . Hmmm looks like this place needs to be taught a lesson from social studies. #99centonlystores corporate I think you need to update your signage -especially at this location -and rules its outdated, illegal and violates so many natural laws.Fyi this printout on door is hidden by other signage and also not a true thing. Someone made it at home because nothing on it is true or accurate even from day one of covid vs. no law was ever past stating what this sign says. If it was that would violate many of our rights and as such would change our constitution.

Update: I visited, recently and Josie who works there is so efficient, very pleasant and helpful, makes the trip even more worthwhile. I needed to get face shield for my husband and she double checked for me. I got it. Excellent customer service, I definitely will spread the word to shop at this location. Really great deals as well. If you all can please source some Chayote, Bitter Gourd or Karela? Keep up the great work.I have noticed in the vegetable section its a bit scarced and goods not expired. Thats good items are being checked on. Can you all source some organic cucumbers, organic apples, organic beets, coconut, guava, plantain like what you all had before? Would be appreciated, also some organic celery butterleaf lettuce, purple cabbage, better pawpaw. Also more variety in teabags hope this is taken into consideration.Visited 99Cents Store. Has a wide variety of items. I like the section of fruits and vegetables, however, was a bit disappointed the section with Organic Persian cucumber was spoiled and had mold on them. That is something I really wanted to get. The organic apples and the grapes need to be checked frequently especially the lettuce area as these items are perishable. I was looking for spatchula, crinkle cut knives, 2020/2021notebooks, dairys/journal found none do not know if you can source some

I found what I needed and went to the Checkout. The line was long. The cashier called for an additional cashier a few times. It took s while. Other employees were to the left of the register but werent helping. The cashier answered the phone and told the person on the other end that she needs help. Someone finally came. I usually enjoy shopping in this 99 Cents Only Store.

Thank for the nice lady who pay for me!Today’s afternoon I went there shopping, around 8 pm I think. I bought a milk and bananas, cost me like 4 or 5 dollars, but when I at the checkout place, the cashier told me they don’t accept the Amex credit card. Well I use Amex last time so maybe it’s only change recently. But it is very awkward because I don’t have any other credit card and I don’t use cash for a long time.Then there is a lady behind me decide to pay for me. Well I’m still learning English so I didn’t get that at first, and I remember the cashier guy said something like “generosity”. Now I rethink about it, I think the cashier guy is saying he is always appreciate people with generosity.After I realized she pay for me, I just keep saying thank you because I can’t think of any other English at that moment. And I remember tomorrow is Sunday so I said God bless you. What a poor spoken English lol. But you can see now I can write and write a lot. Maybe because I’m a introvert person and day dreaming all the time.Anyway, I just hope I could say more at that moment to express my appreciation to her. She have a young boy son with her. I give them my best wishes! May the LORD give her and her family health, happiness and fortune! Amen! And I think should ask her number or something, like social medias. Good place for inexpensive items, not for quality items, wide range of product, food items like produce not freshest

Ive been here before so i KNOW its a good location but.........i googled what time the store closes it said 10oclock so i walked there with my boyfriend and they close at 9!!!that sucked....this needs to be updated

I think its about time for 99 Cents Only Stores to renovate and refashion their appearance, because the stores look worn out and dated. It feels tattered and unkept whenever I shop at any of its locations. The only good thing here was the cashier behind the counter, she was very polite and helpful to everyone. She made me feel good for coming into the store.

99 cent store is one place you cannot go in and come out without nothing its the best place to shop find things that you need at a very low cost at this time with a covid were blessed to have a 99 cent store close by so we can get the things we need in and out of the place thank God for the customers being treated nicely helpful and with respect employees give to all of us

The 99 cents store on the corner of Nogales and Colima Road in Rowland Heights had all the products I was looking for. Great parking too. I just wish this store had more checkout lines in the late afternoon.

This is a huge 99 only!! They had everything I needed and checkout was a snap. They know how to move a lot of people through there with no issues. The aisles are wide and well stocked. It was clean and organized. They clearly label things that are above 99 cents. I like that. It lets them expand the variety without causing confusion. It is convenient to the 60 freeway so it was easy on and off. No issues with this store and checkout people were friendly and fast.

Lines are crazy here! Thats the main downfall. Otherwise its well stocked. Very big. The employees are polite. The process are obviously good but there is a catch.... There are a ton of products that arent a dollar; a bunch have (sometimes hard to notice) stickers that say 4.99 value which is word trickery because they want you to think youre getting a 5 dollar value for 1 dollar but that value sticker is there version of a price sticker. This isnt against this location, its a company issue as a whole. Otherwise nothing to complain about....I mean its a dollar store.

Pretty good store! The best is when they have the 8-packs of yogurt or something like that for $1 when it would cost like $5 at Walmart!!! They dont have it too often but those are the best times. The rest of the store is pretty good too.

I like this 99 cents store, its big and they have everything you need from holiday decorations, food, cleaning supplies, and more. The only thing that I would suggest is to have more cashiers open specially during busy days like the holiday season because it gets ridiculous when you line up to pay for your items.

Went in today cashier Vanessa was rude to a lady in front of us. Older lady has mayne 2 or 3 dollars in change. Vanessa angrily counted the change and said to her I wont take this from you again, understand poor lady look in her eyes and embarrassed. Then its my turn...my son walked away with my grandson and he started to cry. Vanessa looks back and comments and smirks Why people should not have kids OH MY

A cockroach fell from the ceiling into my basket and so I politely reccomend to wash products at home like utensils and stuff.

Always has so much stuff. Im always able to find what I need or a great alternative. Nowadays can even buy nie gift quality stuff for kids here for a little more but still better deal than other stores for sure! Only thing need to open more pay lines to lessen the wait coz thats what usually messes my mood up is the long waiting in line! But ovrrall the store is a 8.5/10 for me.
