As a Mother I should be able to come by and get my child at anytime. Lying saying Theyre following Covid regulations. No one can come in the building. Plus they over charge.

My mom took me here since i was 1 or 2 and WOW this place is AMAZING my teacher is Mrs keturah she is nice.

The staff is punctual, courteous and my child loves going there. The smile on his face assures me hes comfortable. Hes learning and engaging with other kids. Im comfortable with the care he receives.

**DO NOT TRUST STAFF WITH YOUR CHILDREN**My sister pulled up to the learning center and noticed her child was left on the bus they provide for drop offs and pick ups from school. The staff picked him up from school around 3:20pm and my sister picks him up at the learning center by 5:30pm.. They did nothing at all. All they said was SORRY... Thank God it wasnt extremely hot outside or extremely cold. Since he wasnt hurt or injured it was nothing we can do legally. They obviously did not do a head count when the children get off the bus. We are very disappointed and upset and will never trust Magic Moments in Rosedale again. I had to give them one star to warn others.

My girls started at the Towson location and were there for about 3 years bc it was closer to my work. Nothing but greatness, caring and amazing teaching from the staff. My children have learned so much there. Both The outside play areas are very spacious. I recently switched to the Rosedale location bc my older child has started school. They pick her up and drop her off from school every day. My other child is in the PreK room. The outside play area is bigger than it looks. The staff and learning environment is wonderful as well. Both of my girls started reading by the time they were 4. Rosedale opens at 6, which is great for us. I have never had to wait for someone to be there. One last thing- in the 4.5 years I have been taking my girls here; it has only closed twice bc of weather. This is a huge plus for me bc I work in a hospital and they never close. There have been delayed openings, but trying to organize someone to take care of your children at 5am is not easy. Thank you Magic Moments for all the love and learning the past few years!Update 12/2019My kids are out of the actual daycare portion. However I take them there before before and aftercare. They take them to school and pick my girls up every day. Ms Spencer the aftercare teacher is fabulous. Her class is very structured. Not a lot after after school craziness. Another thing that makes this place great for us as I mentioned before- they hardly ever close. This is another great option for us bc of how often Baltimore county schools closes in the winter. The girls can go there for the day and I don’t have to worry about finding someone to watch them. Thank you again for being there for our family magic moments!

My 3 year old came home with bruise on her back and they have no idea how it happened or no explanation what so ever because my child didn’t cry when it happened. All they said was “SORRY”!

Kidzone is better every child should go to kidzone

I would say unprofessional and unreliable. I called twice requesting the director to give me a call as a potential customer. No response!

Not clean. Unprofessional staff.
