KinderCare was great for my child. They are really caring and professional. Ms Mary is such an extraordinary Director. Nothing remains unsolved and the schools response to any issue or concern is always immediate. My family moved away, otherwise I would have my kids at this school for as long as possible.

Kindercare has been taking care of my children for almost two years. The facility is clean and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. My daughter’s teacher, Ms. Renee (Three year old classroom) is patient, attentive, and a great teacher. My daughter has some language delays and her teacher really cares and helps her. My daughter talks about her everyday. She really adores Ms. Renee. I’ve notice tremendous growth with my child’s development, and Ms. Renee has contributed a lot to her success. This place is expensive but worth the investment.

We have been very happy with Shadygrove Road KinderCare. The teachers and the staff are wonderful. Its a great, fun and safe environment where kids learn and develop new skills every day.

I want to thank Ms Mary and the staff for the exceptional,friendly service and care you give to our kids and us the parents. Am a single mom of two toddlers boys, who has been blessed during this pandemic to continue taking my kids to daycare so I can work. Shady Grove KinderCare opened its doors to the healthcare workers, so we could continue to work as they took care of our kids. They do follow CDC guidelines to keep our kids safe. The school keeps us updated throughout the day of the different activities our kids are doing. My boys love the school and I have noticed a change. My heart is at ease knowing that my kids are in great hands.Thank you the staff of Shady Grove KinderCare for keeping our kids safe during these times and also making sure that they are learning.

My daughter has started attending here in August 2019. The director Ms. Mary has been very accommodating from the very beginning. My daughter started as a part-time and she understood my situation. She and the team were flexible whenever I have unexpected meetings and had to adjust my daughters schedule. The teachers were great and my daughter loves them. I appreciate all that you do especially during this difficult time. Thank you for your support especially to parents who are considered essential and have no choice but to leave their children under your care.

We have been incredibly happy with the whole team at KinderCare. It’s the first time we have put our daughter with anyone outside of family, and they have been phenomenal with her. I love the updates and photos they send of the day’s activities, and all the personal attention they give my daughter. Highly recommended!

Im very happy with the huge progress I can see in my son since he has joined the Kindercare family. Mary is a fantastic professional, qualified in all the specs of teaching and behavior. The staff is very caring and it reflects on the kids. My overall impression is that my son feels loved in there. And that means everything to me.

Such a caring center - Mary, the director has been nothing but helpful, attentive to our concerns, as well as flexible with our schedules from day one. These teachers should be appreciated but not just for one week because they have such a challenging job every day and manage to do it smiling and loving our kids. We love Shadygrove Rd KinderCare! Our son started with Miss Mindy and Miss A when he was 5 months old and now he is in Miss Natashas toddler room. We cant say enough great things about all of his teachers and are so grateful that he is in good hands! They are always doing fun activities with the kids. He is excited to go to school everyday and is always happy when we pick him up!

We’ve been with this Kindercare family for about 3 years now and I can’t say enough nice things! Both kids started at around 3 months old and had/have excellent, loving caretakers in the infant room who were always supportive and honest about how the day went. The staff has been great with helping to teach my son, now 3, how to share and apologize, and what it means to be a good friend and classmate, in addition to teaching him tons of content he’s so excited to share when he gets home! It’s so comforting to know when I drop them off, it’s with people who know them and care about them!

The staff at Shady Grove KinderCare are amazing! I have had my 3 year old and 17 month old there and couldn’t ask for better teachers (Ms A., Ms Mindy, Ms Thilani, Ms Natasha, Ms Nazek...just to name a few) who are kind and loving towards our kids. I can go to work and feel that my kids are learning, growing, and being looked after by the teachers and staff.

Our family had used Shady Grove Kinder Care for 7 years now. Our eldest attended SGK for about 4 years and weve returned this for our latest addition. The entire staff is friendly and conscientious while working with the children. It is also so close to the Shady Grove metro station, it makes my life as a commuting/working parent easier.

My 4month old had one day drop off here. He came home looking exhausted and grumpy. The place was full of screaming and noises. According to the tracking sheet, he barely slept. The next day at home he slept 4 hours at a time just to catch up on sleep.I called in the middle of the day to see how he was doing. The caretaker just replied he is okay, dont worry mommy. No details no interest to share more.

The branch manager (Mary) will fight and compete to make sure your child’s experience is a pleasant one .Her staff is always all smiles and they work hard with military families so well that there isn’t a better place in Rockville than KinderCare.

So thankful for the people here. My husbands military career requires us to move a lot. As such, my 2.5 year old daughter has already been in 3 day cares. This one has by far been the best! Ms. Sandy and Ms. Ani were her first teachers and they warmly welcomed her into the KinderCare family. My daughter learned so much from them and continues to learn from all of her amazing & hard working teachers! This center truly is a family which has embraced ours during hardship. For example, recently my husband had to be away for the military while I was 8-9 months pregnant. This administration and teachers went above and beyond to make sure our daughter was A) prepared for the arrival of her baby brother. B) Loved. C) Taken care of when I finally did go into labor. We truly have been blessed to find a home at KinderCare.

Both my kids have been here since they were 3mo old (3+ years). The teachers and staff are loving and caring. My kids love Kindercare and so do myself and my husband.

The kindercare at shady grove is a great place to send your children. The staff is warm and welcoming and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. My son loves to go and play with his friends and learns alot too.

Im going to try to keep this brief but its difficult bc there are SO many amazing people at this KinderCare. My 3 year old has attended since he was 15 months, my daughter since she was 4 months and each set of teachers theyve had along the way have been simply great. They help you and the kids get through the transition phases and really show an interest in your childs growth. The admin staff is always helpful and goes out of their way to accommodate parents on a regular basis (think driving forgotten bag of breast milk that mom had to have that night to her house that was NOT close to the facility - even though it was the mom that forgot it!). These folks are the ones who spend all day with our children and I can say that I could not be more pleased with the results. KUDOS to the staff at this facility and please know just HOW appreciated you are!!!

We are very pleased with the experience we have had at Shady Groove KinderCare. All the teachers and staff are very friendly and helpful. We can’t be happier with Mrs. Tanzy and Ms. Jessica. They are truly amazing. My twins have moved from Nepal and have been attending your KinderCare since January this year. It was a difficult transition period for our family but Mrs. Tanzy and Ms. Jessica have made it so much easier. They are very caring and patient with my twins and they have been a tremendous help with my twins adjusting to a new environment. I can honestly say I trust my kids with these two amazing ladies and be able to go to work knowing my twins are having a great time. Thank you!

Ms. Jessica and Ms. Tanzi are the absolute best!!! All staff members are just as awesome and always greeting us when we walk in! They even know my childs name! I transferred my 4 y/o son to this location 5 months ago and have seen such an improvement in him, both behaviorally and socially. I cant thank these ladies enough for all their patience and hard work they put in to helping my child grow! They are seriously the best and treat my son as if he were their own. My son wakes up every morning before me and is ready for school before I can even wake up and brush my teeth!! He is always so happy when I pick him up! Thank you Ms. Jessica and Ms. Tanzi for being you and being the best!!

I have been sending my daughter since she was 13 months .The management there headed by Ms Mary Branch is extremely good .The teachers have been very caring .Now she is going to the county school and is still enrolled in a before and after school program there .What she learnt there in the preschool and pre-k class is much more than what she is even learning in kindergarden at the county school and I feel so proud .I definitely recommend this Rockville Branch .

We love Shady Grove Kindercare. We moved here about a year and a half ago for a promotion with my job. I needed care for my 5 year old and 6 month old. Kindercare had openings. I remember visiting when we were searching and thought how organized and clean the facility was and it felt like a little school for my oldest. My daughter Samantha enjoyed the teachers, but her all time favorite is Ms Gerlinda. She truly cares for all the kids and loves having fun with them. There were constant battles of who was a better football team(redskins or cowboys) and always laughter. My oldest is now in kindergarten closer to our house in Damascus but she always wants to visit.My youngest I can vouch for most. 6 months old she was with Ms Elsa and Ms Sandy. It didn’t take long for my daughter Layla to jump into their arms as she got older bc they treated her so well and she looked forward to being there. In fact I think there were times my daughter cried when I picked her up. Lol. Then she transitioned to toddlers. Everyone from Ms Tasha, Ms Jenn, Ms Cynthia, and Ms Marsha she loves! Her school friends say hello as she walks in. They really get these kids socializing and active every day. I have to say too that Ms Jessica has become Layla’s favorite. She does her hair and makes sure hugs are given every time we leave. Many times I will hear Layla in bed talking about Jessica.The staff at Shady Grove Kindercare are not just people doing their jobs. They are family and we are beyond grateful for them making this transition from PA to MD the easiest transition we could ever make. Thank you everyone and we love ya.

Ms. Tanzy and Ms. Jessica are assigned to my sons 4 year old preschool class and I couldnt feel more blessed to have them. They take time to care, talk, and most importantly, love my son.  Both have very creative ways of teaching and my son has truly developed into who he is with the help of both teachers, Ms. Joette (3s teacher), staff, and at home.  Not only is the classwork very creative and educational but so is the homework.  The homework helps my son get ready for what will come in his educational years and he loves to do it.  I love the homework assignments and see it as a fun time for my family to work together.  Because of Shady Grove Kindercare and all their staff, my son has learned the value of being kind, loving, friendship, family, education,  homework, fun and much more. When the core of your child is love you will see that on the outside.  Thank you to all the teachers at Kindercare for all you do but especially my Ladies, Ms. Tanzy and Ms. Jessica.  We love you!
