Such a special opportunity to be involved in your childs first learning experience. Being in the classroom to see how they interact with teachers and friends has been priceless to us. I know my girls are ready for kindergarten and what they need to improve upon. And getting to know each and every student and family brings a great sense of community. Detailed organization, sparkling clean facilities, on site sibling nursery and transparent affordable pricing. I couldnt ask for more!

Fully-supportive, close-knit community. My children have loved their teachers and classes, art projects, music enrichment, and after school activities. Ive enjoyed being in their classrooms, getting to know their classmates, and learning from their teachers and the other parents. I treasure this short time I have to be involved in my childrens classroom environment and education. BONUS: the on-site sibling nursery is invaluable for nursing moms with infants and young toddlers.

Best decision I ever made for my whole family. Very nurturing school with a unique experience where parents get to be involved in their childs first school experience. I cannot say enough good things about the teachers. Perfect size classes and good learning environment. They offer culture enrichment programs and weekly music along with other traditional preschool subjects. After school extended programs offered as well. Its an all around A++ school. Beyond happy to be at RPCNS!

My youngest is in his second year at RPCNS and we couldnt be happier! My older children went to two other preschools (due to a move) and this is by far the best preschool experience we have had. You feel the warmth the minute you walk through the door. The quality of the teaching staff and the creativity used in the curriculum has surpassed the other preschools by a mile. Its an instant community, where you get to know the other children through co-oping, get to know other parents, and be involved in the classroom. In our old preschool, I had a hard time knowing what my older son did during his day and couldnt get him to share much. With my youngest, I am able to ask prompting questions about the day, because I am familiar with the flow of the class. We have taken advantage of before care, lunch bunch, after care, and the fabulous extended day programs. My little guy loves going to school each day and cheers when he gets to go back after a break. I know that when I drop him off each day he is in a safe, nurturing, learning environment that he finds fun! Keep it up RPCNS!

We love this school in many ways, I really wish I had found it when my daughter was in the preschool age, hope you dont miss it! :)1. Im able to involve in my sons first preschool experience, as a mom who is devoted to childrens education, cares about daily life in early childhood, this is the best choice for me.2. Making mom friends, by co-oping in the class, you got chance to spend time with other parents, talking about life, doing things together for school, making kids play date.3. Field trips, we had many field trips during school year, in fall we go to fire station, pumpkin patch. In winter we go to see how to make maple syrup, and we have Baltimore aquarium come to our school to show the sea creatures. In spring we go to see butterflies. In summer we go to recycling center, we learned a lot as a parent too, also helped us knowing things around when we just move here.4. Music class is really good, we love our music teacher Mrs Katy, she has different themes according to seasons, holidays, kids also loved all the instruments they are able to use.5. Culture enrichment, RPCNS has people all around the world, parent volunteers to share their culture with kids, this year kids get to know France, Haiti, China, Brazil.......its so much fun.6. Science class, kids get to explore different topics like ocean, magnets.7. Extended day program, yoga, lunch bunch, science, soccer, cooking, books alive.8. Summer camps, water day, camp fire, teachers are great, just hope it run through the whole summer. :)

This is a truly unique school full of compassion, joy and community for the children who attend and their families. After a great year in the 2s class, we decided to try a traditional preschool without co-op duties for us. After we left, almost every day for four months, our three year-old told us he wanted to go back to RCPNS. We decided to listen to him and are so, so glad we did. RPCNS is an extremely well-managed, active, and creative environment where you know exactly what is going on in your childs class. Since it is a co-op, there is a good bit of work you take on, but the school really works with the schedules of working parents and offers options for you to hire others to take on as much of your co-op duties as you like. Given that the tuition is quite low to start with, adding the cost of someone to take on your co-op duties or paying for before or after care ends up costing the same as what you would pay for the same hours at most other places in the area. Between my two boys, we have experienced four preschools. All of them have been good, but RPCNS is simply something else. My son was always genuinely happy there. We will miss it so much.

We enrolled our daughter in the 2s class at RPCNS and could not have been more pleased with the school! RPCNS provides a nurturing environment while promoting a strong learn through play program. Co-oping provides me the opportunity to be hands on in her education while also facilitating a sense of community within the school. Her teacher has taken the time throughout the year to keep me informed with her progress as well as give me suggestions to help her grow. I would highly recommend RPCNS to anyone looking for a preschool for their child.
