We looked at this daycare when I was pregnant with my son in January 2019. We where told we could enroll right away even though I wasn’t due until April and he wouldn’t start until July 2019. We where also told there was a military discount. My husband called the following day to start the enrollment process that’s when we where told we couldn’t do that unless we where going to pay for it right away. We started calling in May to see about getting on a list. We where told no openings and there probably wouldn’t be one in July when I needed to go back to work. After I told them my niece went there they told me he got bumped up ahead of everyone and would be going in time. We where told they provide any bottle until they start taking 2 (8) oz bottles at a time. It stayed this way until Katie became the director then came December 2019/ January 20 and I was told in an email from her at 6:30pm effect immediately they would no longer cover his formula even though he had like 6 oz if that 2-3 times a day. After going back and forth with Katie as well as Kim and Rob they said all along they where supposed to only provide 2 bottles regardless of the amount he was drinking. Also there is no military discount that was not true only for active duty. Another issue the staff at the front is rude they see you carrying your child in an infant car seat and they don’t even hit the button to open the door half the time they don’t even say hi. Another issue I had that Kim didn’t agree with is the fact that they allowed someone with a riding bike that you pedal to park in the handicapped spot and hang a car play card on there. That’s against the law those are not for that. I have a herniated disc and have a play add for that reason and they only have 2 spots for the entire YMCA and they let that person constantly use one of them. My son also got hurt in the infant room and the staff didn’t even notice he was bleeding for quite some time. He shouldn’t had stitches but it wasn’t noticed in time he now has a scar. Then they closed for 2 months and reopened Monday 6/1 when I picked my son up I got home he again was injured at daycare the skin connecting his lip and gums was torn and all they claimed was a small cut. They sent home his botttles and his sippy cup all without the covers. They also labeled my sons sippy cup with another child’s name even though my sons name was largely written on it. Also the communication book I bought for daycare was not in his bag. Then when I voiced my opinion they emailed me at 9:30pm and said my son couldn’t go to daycare until we had a sit down meeting which they said they would do with my husband. They instead called him at 11:30am and told him we where not allowed back not even for us to find him another daycare! Terrible people to do this to a family

My children went to their daycare. In their time being there, there was several times they sent my childrens entire lunch back without notifying me why. So, they werent fed quite a few times. They called DCYF on me a few times with false accusations. They were sent home almost everyday for months and they made me lose 6 jobs within 4 months for sending them home for being sick when they werent sick at all. They would send them home and bill me for the days they werent there and bill the state as well for their absences. So I got put out of work a bunch of times trying ro come up with money for double fees that i didnt really owe without working. So I was borrowing money from people to pay for their care. Also, I talked to the billing lady to not pull a bunch of money from my account and she did it anyway and i owed back the bank a bunch of money. They only accept your banbank account information or credit card so they can pull without authorization, and by that i mean, they talk to yoyou about it and you tell them to wait and they dont wait to pull the koney so you owe a bunch of money to your bank or credit card and mess up your credit and everything you had set up. Their billing lady, Linda, isnt very truthful or doesnt know what shes doing. Shes charging me $1800 for care that the state already paid for and when I asked her why I had to pay that much money, she couldnt give me a reason why. My son got bit in the face by a spider on their playground and his face was super swollen and I asked them why and the teacher was super rude to me and brushed me off. They told me it didnt take priority. I could only find out what happened through a medical opinion. When I pulled my kids out, they gave away their remaining clothes, diapers, wipes, blankets and sippy cups without contacting me. After a few months of being there, I took my kids out and switched them out. I dont find the place trustworthy at all. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Classes are A+. Staff goes above and beyond to make your workouts the best they can be. The free day care center treats your children as if they were their own. Great family atmosphere. We wont go anywhere else!
