Teachers are kind and helpful, though they give you lots of homework and a lot of stress with it... been doing work for over 14 hours a day. Ive been going through lots of stress just to get one assignment done. If youre up to the stress and amount of work teachers give you, this would be the perfect school for you. On ANY given day, Id rather stay at home and do nothing.

Eh, its okay I guess. Not as great as RRMS. Some teachers are nice, some arent. Its concerning that they might have to shut down due to lack of teachers though. You cant choose electives, and they have no Orchestra or Band.

As a school in full, its not a very good one. Organization is not the best, and even though they do have a dress code, the relaxation on it has gotten to the point where it seems like you can get away with most things. Although most of the teachers there are nice and considering, it is not as good as a school as most would like to think.

Sent my 6th grader for less than one semester. My student was struggling, and being bullied. The teachers refused to meet with me. My student also has an IEP which was transferred into the school in July and I was told the school would contact me when they started scheduling their annual meetings. The annual IEP meeting should have been scheduled for September. By October the bullying situation was growing worse and the administration couldnt be bothered to even meet with me. I pulled my student. Within a week, the public school contacted me to schedule the IEP meeting, apologizing for being so late to address the issue. In late November, Ask Academy contacted me to let me know they were finally able to set up an IEP meeting and could I meet with them in December. They were surprised to learn that my student had been withdrawn for over a month. To compare, at the time the public school had approximately 1500 students and Ask Academy less than 300.It might be a good fit if you have a driven, independent student who can thrive with no support. Otherwise, the public schools in Rio Rancho are far superior.

This is nOT the best school ever- the uniforms are uncomfortable and all the teachers care about are grades and not your actual learning of the subject. 0/10 would not recommend

The ASK Academy is a school that I had not taken advantage of when I went there. The school is like no other that I had ever been to in my entire life of going to schools. I had recently moved to Phionix AZ which had forced me to leave the school. After a few months of going to a deferent school, I have come to the conclusion that the ASK is like no other school and provides a learning enviorment that helps you learn well and quickly. I want to give a special thanks to my friends at the ASK Academy for being there to help me and for even being there at all, Alex, Matt, Zach, and Hunter. I would also love to give a thanks to the founders of the ASK for creating an enviorment worth teaching, and one to be proud of.SencerlyJack T. Huegler2/6/18

Very unorganized, was in the principals almost every other week because and have been search for false accusations, very sad. Everybody I have talked to students or scholars say they are forced to go and dislike ask as well. They have an outrages dress code pay almost 60 bucks for a jacket. You cant have a hoodie. Very itchy and very uncomfortable clothing. It costs about an arm and a leg to buy the shirts. Yes they have some handy downs but look and feel even worse. Computers suck, they dont even work sometimes, and when they do they are still garbage. Oh and dont forget dont touch or hug anyone, youll be a very unscholarlly scholars. Receptionist was rude and most of the upper staff were as well. The school needs to pull it togethor...
