Terrible. The ASAP case workers did not notify DMV on my completion. Does not give a certification of completion. It felt like my money has been stolen from me. This was very unprofessional and scary considering that John Tyler is a well respected school.

I unfortunately got caught in a bad situation, and was convicted of a DUI. I had to enroll with the program ASAP. I was very sad and ashamed but when talking to the Henrico Office they made me feel the opposite. I am speaking about the case workers there. Erika and Sierra. They helped me a lot. They were very professional and now my life is on track

I agree with most of the other reviews about this establishment but I felt it necessary to point out a positive experience I had. I went today to enroll in the program and was assisted by Cheri Gallier at the front desk. She was overwhelmed with phone calls because the phone never stops ringing and they are required to answer every call. I was at the wrong office, but Ms. Gallier still took the time to assist me to the best of her ability. She was polite and patient and professional. I feel that the system is broken and not necessarily all the people at this establishment.***Unfortunately I have to change my review. My paperwork was never scanned over to the Chester office. I was almost referred back to court. I’m not surprised. What a sh*t show. Make sure you keep a paper trail otherwise you’re screwed.

Individuals there treaty you lik you are.leas than. Do not challenge them if you disagree with them as they will make your life miserable. All about making the almighty dollar.

Very rude I called and ask a question about there services for a friend of mines an the lady was rude saying I called the wrong number which I google it an the main number for parham was not in service and it connected me to another number! Phone number needs to be updated or the right one needs to be posted because somebody can get in trouble trying to contact u guys an its sending you to another business

Very unprofessional, very rude even though you pay theyre salary and seem to get off on ruining your day. Dont understand why they are such miserable people.

If you fall victim to alcohol disease and need to go there. Tip 1, pay all up front, tip 2 on your intake day right every thing down with steps on what to complete. Follow the rules. Do everything you can so that you do not have to talk to them on the phone, because you will not. You can leave messages for your case manager but they will not call you back.

The people here would treat you like a criminal. They treat you like trash and everything is very unorganized. They would yell at you and tell you not to come back. When I tried to make an appointment they won’t let me and then I come in and they yell at my family for disturbing them. A horrible please, just horrible.

Worse place I’ve ever been to in order to conduct business their attitudes are horrible & yes they are very unorganized. You can never get in touch with the case manager & every time I go up there it’s an issue & they treat everyone like criminals this place is all about unnessasary money getting spent. I’d advise going elsewhere !

Alexis Poe is the worst! She is not compassionate and will throw you in jail in a heartbeat. All ASAP facilities are horrible. I transferred from John Tyler to Capital Area hoping for a better experience and Capital Area is worse. Kelly Shumate is a angry woman and way worse than Alexis Poe. Just do not drink and drive. ASAP is a horrible place to end up as they do not care about your well being just the money in your pocket.
