Clean, modern, friendly and overall a safe environment for my children. Weve gone to this preschool for a couple years and are overall very happy. Infant care teachers seem to have been with the center for 5-7 years and curriculum director has been with center for 7 years. Teachers are friendly and caring. We are happy with this school for our infant and toddlers.

Three of our children attend there. Our kids love the place, the early education has been great and kids cafe food is also pretty good. Owners wife is always at the school. New management they brought in has made positive improvements to the curriculum and staff. Good work and keep it up.

From a mom to a mom DON’T PUT YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!All the owners care about is MONEY!They sent me to collections too because i took my daughter out after having all her face scratched up! You can see the picture of her face! And their explanation was the teacher was changing a kids diaper she wasn’t paying attention!!!!!!!! And then my daughter came home with lice!!!!!! This was it!!! Management is horrible and owners are worse! They don’t even deserve a star for what they offer! I don’t understand how they still hold a license!!!

I had to decide to leave them a review since its not fair for the school We had been taking our daughter to Kids R Kids since she was 6 months old (now shes graduated). She loved it and I can always feel rest assured she was in good hands. The technology utilization is great at the school. We had access to live view of our kids and look forward to the daily reports with pictures included through Tadpoles. This place is much more than just a day-to-day child care facility. Kids R Kids is an educational environment for child. I would recommend the school to someone seeking a fun, nurturing and educational environment for their child/children and encourage them to personally go and take a tour of the school. I hate to say when people make wrong use of social media just because they did not get their way. 👍🏻👍🏻Great learning place for kids !!!

I placed my little son and the following week he tripped and injured his face. They carelessly did not call us and we found out about it when my wife picked him up.We took him out the day care and they still charged us the whole month. Don’t risk your kids in this facility.

Our review 1.5 years after we took our daughter out of his daycare.Leaving was one of the best decisions for her we ever made... who knows what could have happened if shed stayed. I fear one day something really bad may happen. If you want to know what they really care about, look at the photographs from the owner displaying dated awards from when they first opened and methods of payment. Thats straight from the source. We wish we had seen the reviews before we signed our daughter up. I will say the 1 star reviews are truly deserved.I look on here from time out of curiosity to see if the poor reviews will ever improve, out of concern for others. It was that bad. The owner sees these and should know the complaints and correct them, but still all the same consistent complaints over a year and half later. Our experience:We were new parents and needed a quality place near work. We were shocked by the high price, but moved forward thinking this would equate to better care. We were also sold on the separate ventilation systems and video cameras. We started getting suspicious when our daughter caught RSV... and then pneumonia and then the flu... ALL within three months. We then started looking at the camera to see our daughter left in the crib, crying at the top of her lungs for what seemed like 15+ minutes. It happened on several occasions though out the following weeks. I watched the unhappy employees interacting with our baby. It seemed as if they were as sterile as the environment they were working in. You could just tell there was no care when handling her.We then looked at the reviews and were horrified. Another parent complained of their child getting sick and then we saw all the reviews of the unhappy employees. You know how they say, issues start from the top.We took our daughter out immediately and placed her in a daycare that was much smaller, a little dingy looking and half the price, however immediately after we walked in we could tell that our daughter was being taken care of. She hardly ever got sick there after and is a happy, interactive 2.3 year old now. We now have a 5 month old as well, and hes never been sick and comes home happy. If you are a new parent as we were, go visit several locations and choose based your gut feelings and not necessarily what they offer.

I have had all the same problems as the other parents. I have tried several times to communicate with the owners, who run the day to day operations. If I am not being insulted to my face, I am being called a lair... simply for bringing up the obvious issues that even the teachers are reporting to me! Unfortunately, we had to switch schools. We did like the facility but when the owner/director is that far off base and there has been a steady decline and NO communication, I am afraid a shiny, new school just isnt worth it. The trade off is HUGE. I recomment parents do the research. I can get far better education and basic care at the same price at an accomplished private school for the same price where I know the history and satisfaction is proven. My children deserve better and I am the one responsible for ensuring their safety and education. This place is NOT the answer for us.

I enrolled my grandson about 6 months ago. The school itself is beautiful, clean, warm and inviting. It is state-of-the art with everything I need for peace of mind leaving my young grandson in their care. I enrolled during what I presumed was a turbulent transition in management. The director I toured with initially, was fired by my grandsons second week of attendance.During his first two weeks, there was a group of young mothers who honestly made me feel uncomfortable. As I would drop my grandson into his classroom, I would hear them chatting in the hallway about how they didnt like the new director and how they should all just leave and go to the [school name omitted] together. There was one particular mother who seemed to be the ring leader. I always felt a cold shoulder from her, even if we were dropping the children off at the same time. Apparently, a big issue had erupted and within a few days my grandsons class dropped from roughly 15 children down to 8 children. I had no issues with that. I always prefer lower ratios anyway. I did inquire with the front desk where all the kids in my grandsons class had gone and they honestly replied to me that those families had sought care elsewhere due to the change in management. Those two weeks were very tense. I can truthfully say I am glad those families are gone. I almost withdrew my grandson simply because I did not want to be a part of the daycare drama. My grandson is still enrolled. We are still very happy with the service. Ive signed up for the Montessori classroom they are now offering for his age group. The new director is very customer service friendly and has promptly addressed all our familys concerns. The assistant at the front desk is always smiling and eager to help. My grandsons teacher is a bit stern but overall loving and pleasant. The school is still clean, warm and inviting. There are new friends in my grandsons class everyday. I can only assume from reading the previous posts that the school went through a brief moment of instability, but seems to be back on track. My honest opinion: This is school is a good, solid place for my grandson. Everyone has to make their OWN choices and decisions of where they want to enroll their children/grandchildren for child care. It is best to visit this school for yourself, judge the quality of services for yourself, and rely on your own instincts about the place. Dont rely on the opinions of others because their needs and requirements may differ from your own. Had I listened to the whispers in the hallways and relied solely these google reviews, my grandson would have missed out on the priceless opportunity to make amazing friends and meet his wonderful teacher.I cant give 5 stars because there is room for improvement but the school does have my recommendation.

Teachers are awesome. This location should lose it Kids R Kids Flag. The owners care more about being RIGHT than the children safety. The only reason we stayed was because we had good teachers. When there is a turn over of 10 teachers in 2 weeks we knew it was time to leave. Then a child was bite multiple times, no supervision. I hope state will see the sweat shop this has become. Dont trust your precious loved ones with snakes. Poor management will be the downfall of this location. If we could rate a 0 would do that! RUN far away! beware! Owner is FAKE!

I worked here for about 2 months before I had to quit due to poor training and communication. I was given one day of training shadowing an experienced teacher (who did not treat the children very nicely at all- grabbing, yelling, ect.), and the next day was left alone with a classroom of about 10-12 children. I never got any further training that that. I was also given no breaks during 9 hour shifts and given MORE kids than the LEGAL ratio after only a week or 2 of working there. Would not recommend bringing your kids here.

My son has only been here for 3 months now and he has already learned so much!!! This is my first child, so dropping him off at first was hard because he would scream his head off. The teachers were calm, patient, and reassuring that it was all normal and within two weeks my son was nothing but smiles and excited to go to school. He is learning new things everyday including, but not limited to; games, songs, alphabet,to socialize, to share, manners, sign language, and arts and crafts. He is eating delicious nutritious foods, has a scheduled nap time, and he absolutely loves his teachers. He literally bangs at our front door when we take too long to leave to go to take him to school!! Not only that, they have worked with us when Finances were an issue. They were understanding and helped us create a better payment plan according to our needs. I would highly recommend this school to anyone.

Teachers and eduction director are good but they go through teachers every couple months. My son was bitten on the face and they said they would have someone shadow the bitter the next day. Unfortunately that was a hollow promise and no attempt was made to address the issue. With that, they offered absolutely no assurance that the risk of bitings would be reduced. They seemed to careless that he had been bitten on the arms about a dozen times leading to the final incident. The facade of the extra and superior learning activities to other daycares pales in comparison to my childs safety.

After a year of consistent problems we finally had to remove our children from this school. The owners do not care about the children or the staff and as a result there is constant turnover and poor teacher quality. I highly suspect that very few of them possess the qualifications they advertise. The center has been periodically without air conditioning in the summer months and without heat in the winter. The splash pad they advertise is only offered to the kids once or twice a week for 30 minutes at a time in the summer. My child has come home filthy, mysteriously injured and upset on multiple occasions. There are better places to take your children for the money

My daughter has attended this center for 5 years. I visited several (like 8-10) other daycare centers in the area and hands-down, KRK Richardson is just so superior. My daughter started there when she was 2 years old. When she left to start Kindergarten, Kids R Kids sent a bus after school to pick her up every day until I could pick her up after work. I would never trust anyone but them to pick up my child from school. She has attended their Summer Camp program every summer. They have been super flexible, super accommodating, super communicative, and the staff is just stellar! This facility is fantastic. The staff are always smiling, they are very loving and really get to know the children and help them grow. The facility is always clean, it is SAFE, there are cameras everywhere, you can login online and watch whats going on. The layout is very open, they have so many activities for kids to do, the staff is so engaging, and always leading fun group events all day long! I do not have even 1 bad thing to say about this place. My daughter LOVES KRK Richardson, they are like family, and we would never take her anywhere else.

My kids love the facility, but the owners in specifics are not on one accord. I had a late fee for being late twice a total of 13 mins combined. Ever time I would be late I would ask, every time there response was that is perfectly okay, we will be here. then 2 months later I get notifications that I owed. Again I love the facility but the the head owner needs to work on her approach with the parents. She makes me very uncomfortable! I dont see how the business will thrive when parents try and work with communication with her and her response is Im trying to run a business!! She really hurt my feelings!

Both of my kids were enrolled at KRK since October, and this is the worst decision Ive ever made! Dont let the cleanliness, camera, and conveniency fools you on the 45 mins tour. The owner of the place is not kids friendly at all, WE ARE JUST A BUSINESS TRANSACTION to them. The lack of communication is terrible. They have Directors on site, but can never make a decision. When you raise a question or concern, they always end up telling you theyll have to asked the owner. Then the owner will ignore the problem for days or weeks... and pretend nothing had happened. And talk badly about the parents behind our back, its just Awful. The turn over rate is ridiculously high! 2 directors, 2 teachers, 4 assistants has left over the summer. When you try to leave or have your opinion about the school, they threaten you with lawyer email about defamation and call police if you dont pay for their 2 weeks notice! Also check your bank statement and make sure they charge you correctly. I get different charges monthly and when i confront them, they say its the system error and they will credit back. They will also charge you without your authorization, so be careful of giving any info, especially your credit card. I just call my bank to dispute the charges, because I am no longer there!Beware, and RUN quickly.

I decided to take him out, so when I gave them my 2 weeks notice, they mistreated my son..! I found him like this one day as you can see in the pic, they let him cried his eyes out for at least 30 mins.. So parents. PLEASE DONT USE THIS PLACE!

Nathan andersonOver A Year To Just Be Thrown Out.Warning this place is not a good place for your child. Trust me when I tell you if you have seen the stuff we have gone thru. You would run. The straw that broke the camels back. Confronting the owner about my child not getting enough food. Tells me that I dont know my child and I am lying. At the beginning they asked us to sign a form for state funded low income family food we were lost as we pay full price. They need a state audit. To make sure all the money only goes to the kids that cant afford it. Not to pay a Mercedes payment. Then receive a email from owner telling me we have been kicked out. We are not welcome to come back. At the end of the email they threaten us with Attorneys. Not to say bad about krk. So ask yourself why would they need Attorneys to get involved. Its a pre-school. What are they trying to hide from you. Only if you knew. Everything thats Not reported to state.

I submitted my sons 2wk notice. From: Arshad NiazSent: Tuesday, August 15, 2017 10:52 AMMs. Anderson,Your notice was received. Shameena and Gloria will make the necessary notations in our computer system to effect the final day of attendance.I suppose you are withdrawing your son in response to our termination of Lauren as you are close friends with her? I thought your son was having a good time at Kids R Kids. While we would have liked for you to continue as a parent at our school, we are sad to see you go. If you are able to change your mind about leaving and would like to meet me to discuss any aspect of the childcare, please let me know. I would be happy to meet you. Best wishes.Kind Regards,Arshad NiazKids R Kid RichardsonTime went on that day with visiting other schools etc. I didnt have the time respond to the email. I didnt want to have a confrontation when it was time to pick up. My dad went to get my son and I ended up speaking with Arshad in the parking lot. Below are exerts the email I received after speaking with him. Youll notice it was very different than the one I received earlier in the day!Ms. Anderson,You and I met briefly in the schools parking lot this afternoon and an older gentleman (introduced to me as your father) was also present for the final part of our conversation. During our conversation, you mentioned that you were withdrawing your son for what you perceive as the commotion in the classroom but more importantly you alleged that your son was and continues to not be given food while hes attending Kids R Kids. You even went on to state that most evenings your son is so hungry that you have to visit the corner pizza shop Schiannos to purchase him some food. You also referred to our new director in a very negative language.( not negative language just asked why he would hire a director that was previously the director there and also fired from the Kids R Kids corporate office and had a lawsuit with them ) I found these allegations and your extreme negative view of our new director to be quite disturbing and in speaking to our schools administration a few moments ago, I find that your son is eating his meals and snacks routinely and that his food intake habits havent changed and our teachers havent observed him going hungry whatsoever.I do not know why you have such a negative view of our new director when she is so new to her new job.During the brief meeting today, your father came up very close to me and acted insultingly and I was taken by shock as a result of his behavior. I have barely even met you once before and for this display of animosity towards us is intolerable. While we are proud to run a very upscale and professional childcare service, sometimes we must reluctantly cease to offer our childcare services to some families with immediate effect. Therefore, I take the displeasure of informing you that with immediate effect, Kids R Kids is disenrolling your son. (YAY) We also hereby waive the 2-week withdrawal notice requirement. The prepaid tuition for this week will be refunded pro-rata to your home address via a check. Any personal belongings will be available for your pickup at 6.30pm Friday. In closing, I also wish to caution you against defaming Kids R Kids in any way, either via slander (spoken) or libel (written). If we come to find you have engaged in any such action, we will proceed with swift legal action. I wish you nothing but the very best with your son and his schooling and we need to move forward on our separate paths.Kind Regards,Arshad In summary personal experience that the school was a very negative one from the top down. Morale of the store read reviews do your do diligence dont only select to school based on It being close to where you live and the fact that they have cameras. I was threatened numerous times by him not to say anything negative about the school which I am not I am just simply making excerts of emails public knowledge. I hope this email helps in making your selection for a Preschool.
