Prospective families and students arent the only ones who want to know if a school is quality or not. Getting to serve on the faculty I am grateful for the high level of professionalism among my colleagues and the school leadership. The school embodies excellence and really does what it seeks to do in its mission. Dominion is an authentic community that strives for excellence. I am grateful that parents, students, and faculty all believe in the mission of the school and pursue it together. If Dominion didnt practice what it preached I can honestly say I would quickly seek a job elsewhere. Having a Masters in Ed Leadership from Columbia University opens up doors. I choose to be here.
