Awesome place and the coaches are excellent. This isnt a fitness gym. It is a legit boxing gym where you can get in shape and learn the sport of boxing.

The perfect balance of welcoming and intense. This is not a cardio boxing gym. The boxing classes focus on teaching the art of boxing. Light sparing is incorporated into classes and partners are always willing to help you learn rather than take advantage of your inexperience.

I was just thinking about this gym and the coaches. I really enjoyed working out here and using their facility as an open gym to do my own workouts. I recommend it to anyone looking to learn how to Box.

I have always grown up watching boxing and have been interested in getting into the sport but never actually joined. I finally decided to show up and everyone here at NWFA was incredibly welcoming and have been great. I have already learned so much and feel like after every class I improve more and more. All the members are very friendly and help you out and give you tips to improve your form. I definitely recommend anyone to sign up if you have the time.

Ive trained at various striking, grappling, and MMA gyms in the past and I can say with confidence that Northwest Fighting Academy stands out.I have taken both Boxing and Muay Thai classes and the instruction at this gym is top notch, friendly, and focused. Often times it can be intimidating walking into a fight gym of any kind and the staff at NWFA work hard to make the environment friendly and welcoming for people of all ages and skill levels. They are very low pressure with their memberships, as well as flexible and fair in pricing. They also dont try to pressure you into buying things you simply dont need or wont use, NWFA is definitely not a McDojo which can be a problem at other gyms.I currently train Muay Thai roughly 3-4 times a week under Kru Louie and am impressed and humbled whenever I step into the gym. Louie does a great job adjusting the technique for all skill levels and if youre struggling to get the technique right, Louie does a great job being attentive and working to your strengths, ensuring youre successful in this complex martial art. They work hard to create a team environment and ensure you feel like youre part of a community, not just a gym to sweat in. There is a lot of talent of all levels to spar with if that is an interest as well as a lot of bags if you simply just want to work on technique and get a good sweat in.Overall, I highly recommend Northwest Fight Academy!

My kids love this place. My oldest has autism and takes part in the adult class. Everyone is super supportive. It is a fantastic workout. Lots of core work and cardio. You learn how to defend yourself and have fun at the same time. Its clean and spacious. It is also very affordable. They offer a free class to try it out and will absolutely not pressure you to join...but once you try it, youll love this place.

I came into this place a little bit skeptical and not sure what to expect. I know nothing about boxing but was looking for a good work out and I really found it. The trainers really take your entire body into consideration with each class and I was sore all over the next day. But what I loved most is that the trainers take the time to get to know each student on a personal level and on a fitness level. They listen when you say you just want to work out and sparring isnt your thing. Theyre patient and supportive for students like me that are beginners. They have great relationships with every student & hang out after work outs and sparring just to chat. I love this place and will definitely add them to my regular workout schedule.

Ive been searching for a boxing gym to call home in Washington state for quite a while now. Northwest Fighting Academy is now where I can gladly call my second home. The gym and coaches have programs for anyone and everyone, and theyll gladly cater the workouts to whatever your intentions may be; whether its just to lose weight or if youre competition-minded. Come check the gym out, you definitely wont be disappointed!

I love NWFA. I am 14 years old and have had no previous experience with martial arts, and in about two and a half months, I can officially say, I know how to fight. Everyone here is very friendly and very welcoming to beginners. Anyone who wants to sign their teenagers up I would say to go for it. Its pretty lit (fireemoji)(fireemoji)
