We are very pleased with our experience for our two boys here. We feel they are learning in a very loving and nurturing environment. I like the scheduled daily routines and the well balanced meals they provide. Thank you for taking such great care of our children!

I have to be completely honest on this review. I am SOOOO thankful forMs. Jessy, and the rest of the staff at KinderCare. My children leave that establishment happy everyday. Which means more to me than anyone could ever understand. They are all warm, friendly, and inviting. They treat you as if theyve known you all your life. My children will be there as long as theyre allowed.

KinderCare has been a blessing to me and my children. With me struggling to get things together in my life they have been very understanding and helpful! I recommend them to everyone.

My daughter and I love this daycare!!! My daughter has been going here since she was a 1 and now shes 4 in their Pre-K Program. Ms.Jessie and Ms. Tricia are so nice and the teachers are so patient and caring for the children.

We recently moved out of North Carolina we are so sad to have to say goodbye to the wonderful people at Millbrook Kindercare. My husband travels for work and it was so comforting to know that our baby was in such capable hands while I myself was at work. If ever the baby would get a bump or a scratch they would call immediately. The entire staff knows each child’s name and greets you warmly in the morning and the afternoon. I can’t say enough good things about them. They work very hard to ensure all the laws are followed precisely. The managers adjust the teacher/child ratio throughout the day to make sure the kids are safe. The facility is clean. The only downside is parking on the hill, but that is not something the staff can change. We miss and love them dearly!

I was so nervous about finding a daycare for my 2 kids. I had been home with my first child for 4 years and only had 1 year with my second. I knew my children (at least my first born) was ready, but i personally was not ready to let go. After searching around...i came across Kindercare at Milbrook and after 20 min in there i felt at ease. The staff is amazing and you got a internal feeling knowing that the kids would be okay. Thats a big deal as a mom. (Or parent). And the staff is super amazing, super sweet, and the love they have for children melts my heart. Wonderful place and would recommend to everyone!

At first I loved this Kindercare. But as time continued my trust got lower and lower. In my opinion, THEY MISPLACED MY 5 YEAR OLD!! I dropped off both of my children then an hour later got a message from my 5 year pre-k teacher asking if she will be in school because she did not come in from the bus. I immediately called Kindercare TWICE and both times a staff member told me my child did arrive at school and got off the bus. For a hour I thought my child was kidnapped. Come to find out they did not let her off the bus bc they thought she didn’t have school that day....so what was the point of you putting her on the bus? The next day my child returned a boy kicked her in the stomach multiple times. Me and dad was both told two different stories on what happened. At the end of the day you was not watching my child enough. There was two incidents with my 1 year old that happened all in one week where again they was not watching her enough as well. After 4 try’s I’m not allowing them a 5th....took BOTH of my children out and we will never ever come back. I don’t recommend them at all. Join at your own risk.

Too many kids at this facility. Just very unorganized.

The best kinder care in the world

I was very happy with the other director who was there but this new director does not know how to control the children of 4 years and also the afterschool children they go out and they do not realize😡 I am disappointed of the new director😡
