We switched from another KinderCare facility earlier this year and we are so glad we made the switch.We have a toddler and a preschooler and they both absolutely love going there every day. The center is nice and clean, has well organized classrooms, a gym, playgrounds and a soccer field area. Lots of room for all kinds of activity. The staff is wonderful. Very creative activities and my preschooler is counting like a champ already. Michelle and Christina make for a great leadership team. They are warm and welcoming and professional at the same time.Falls Lake KinderCare is the Place to be. Switching to Falls Lake KinderCare was the best decision we made.

I cant say enough GREAT things about Falls Lake KinderCare, but more specifically the teachers and staff. Our 2 children are enrolled (a toddler and an infant) and I couldnt ask for better care for either of them! The loving nature of Michelle and Christina is unmatched. The number of times one of them have gone out of their way to tend specifically to my child (usually the toddler, of course) is unbelievable.My 2yo was scared to go back to school after COVID, having to be dropped off at the door, greeted by new teachers shed never met! Michelle told me she brought my daughter into her office to eat her breakfast in familiar company until she had calmed down enough to join her friends. More recently, Michelle heard we were moving to the big girl bed and brought my daughter a special surprise if she stayed in her bed that night.We switched to KinderCare from a private facility and there has been NO turning back. The level of attention and love given to the kids, the cleanliness of the building, the responsiveness of both directors and teachers is absolutely amazing.I would recommend Falls Lake KinderCare to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and educational environment for your children. All you hope for is a place where your kids feel close to as loved as they do at home and I cant say I think we would find that anywhere but here!

My child has been at the center for the past 2 years. We love this center! Their staff is wonderful, well organized and they keep it running in tip top shape. Since they re-opened after the Covid closures, I have been even happier that my child goes here. They are on top of all of the necessary health & safety recommendations and go above and beyond. I am so thankful for them as I truly feel comfortable with my son in their care during these times.

My little has been attending this location since he was a mini peanut at 7 weeks and is now in PreK. The administration and staff have always communicated well and provided great balanced care. Returning my little to the center has proven to be a great decision after a few months at home. The mental and emotional growth that my little has shown in the last few months have a lot to do with the stable routine provided by Michelle and her staff. The staff have really stepped up in response to the pandemic with an utterly smooth, well run clean, center and GREAT communication.

My children have been attending this facility for 4 years now. Recently, my oldest began virtual Kindergarten. We chose to keep her enrolled in this facility (that shes been attending since she was 1.5 years old) because the staff is excellent and we knew that school work would be their priority and we could communicate with the staff. The director, Michelle, is fantastic. Two of her own kids attend the facility, so she is always very involved and ready to help in any way she can. The center is extremely organized (especially with multiple different children, attending multiple different schools, on multiple different schedules) during virtual learning. My daughters Kindergarten teacher has even commented that she has several students attending virtual learning in centers and this is one of the best she has seen so far. The school age teacher makes sure all students are logged in each day during live sessions (and even sits next to them if they are struggling), she completes as much homework with them during the day as possible, and she keeps all schedules organized, even for special sessions such as small groups and virtual lunches that the elementary schools are holding. Having an elementary student during this time can be challenging and stressful and Falls Lake KinderCare has really allowed us peace of mind that the children are being kept safe, attending classes, and having fun. They have gone above and beyond our expectations.

My child has been attending Falls Lake KinderCare for 2 years now and I would not go anywhere else! The staff is so friendly and caring for my family and I can see evidence of education every day! How they have handled the COVID situation has been perfect- I feel as comfortable as possible dropping off every day knowing my child is safe, learning and having fun. Every day I receive pictures of classroom activities and can see all of the precautions in place and gives me great comfort.

Our child has been at Falls Lake Kindercaee over 1 year. Michele and the team are great. They have consistent staff who are caring and patient. Our child has learned so much.

I am so greatly appreciative with the wonderful services that the center has provided for my child as well as my family.

We love Falls Lake KinderCare! Our daughter has been going for a year and half since about 6 months old. The director, Michelle, has been fantastic from the start with everything from communication to flexibility. The teachers have also been great, Ms. Jenifer and Ms. Kori in the newborn room and Ms. Nakeisha and Ms. Christy in the toddler room were all so wonderful with our daughter. She comes home happy each day and loves to tell us what she did at school. They update frequently through their app and have implemented excellent cleanliness and safety precautions with Covid. We also plan on starting our newest addition in the infant room in 2021. As a working parent, sending your little one to school every day is not an easy decision but I’m thankful that KinderCare provides a safe learning experience where my daughter is amongst her friends and happy every day.

Our daughter has been there since she was 3 months old and she is now almost 2.5 years. Weve loved every one of her teachers. We love the instruction. We love the directors. We love the cleanliness of the school. We love the communication. Most of all though, we love that our daughter is happy there. She is loved and cared for.

Little Pros Academy is simply fantastic. We switched our son to this school and the difference is amazing. Hes learning so much and having a blast while doing so. Every day he comes home full of the things hes done and he cant wait to go back the next day. The teachers are dedicated and have the goal of enriching the whole child. My daughter has attended LPA since she was 2.5. She is now 4 and will be starting kindergarten in August. The staff have not only prepared her for elementary school, but they have given my child the love and support she needs to blossom into a self-assured, joyful young lady. I cannot recommend this preschool more. I am continually impressed by their professionalism and genuine love for the families they support.

Our daughter has been at little pros since she was 6 months old. She and we love it! The dedicated staff is friendly and professional. She has learned so much and she will be ready to start kindergarten this year. She loves to play with her friends and does not want to leave when we pick her up.

I have been so impressed by the Falls Lake Kindercare staff through the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. They have created an environment where we feel safe to send our child back to school. The contactless check-in and pick-up process, daily temperature checks for everyone entering the building (staff and children), and limited movement of staff between classrooms has provided us the reassurance we needed to send our child back to school during such a pivotal developmental stage. We HIGHLY recommend Falls Lake Kindercare and are so happy with the incredible care and support Michelle and her staff provide on a daily basis.

The teachers and staff at Little Pros on Dunn Road are amazing. They take wonderful care of my 18 month old daughter, making sure that she is comfortable, safe, and has a lot of educational and fun activities to do. We could not be more pleased with our decision to enroll our 20 month old at Little Pros Academy. All of the staff are friendly and the teachers seem to love what they do. Its only been 6 months, but our daycare already feels like an extension of our growing family!

We have had two children in Little Pros. One started when it opened when he was two and the younger one has been in it since birth. The facility is great, the staff is tremendous. My kids always look forward to going to school. The older one still loves going in when his little brother is being dropped off to say hello to everyone.Little Pros is not just about daycare, the staff works very hard to get these kids ready for kindergarten. When my older son started kindergarten, the first question his teacher asked was where he went to preschool because he knew so much.I highly recommend.

Our son loves going to LPA, and he has been going since he was a baby (he is now 3). Our daughter know goes there as well and we are so happy with the care they both receive! All the staff is wonderful!!!!

LPAFN is wonderful - our 5 year old now in Kindergarten attended for 2 years and our 3 year old has been here since he was 18 months and will stay until graduation. This is not just any daycare - this is a bright, loving, energetic school to learn and grow. Every teacher knows my sons name - we have never had any complaints about the staff - we are very happy at LPAFN!!!

LPA is a wonderful educational facility. Our almost 4 year old has been there since she was 8 months old and now our 10 month old twins are there as well and they love Ms. Maria! We like the focus on Kindergarten preparation as well as the gym and spanish lessons - and the TONS of awesome art work that comes home every day! This is well rounded facility, with a great director and assistant. We also really like that the kids go outside and play every day, weather permitting, even the infants. The variety, the education and the wonderful staff make this a great day care option!

Love, love, love! Our 20-month-old daughter has been at LPA for 5 months, and we could not be happier. We moved, and in the move, transitioned her from one daycare to another. We fretted she wouldnt adjust to the change, but she not only adjusted; shes thrived. Every morning when shes getting dressed, she lists all of her classmates names. In the evenings, she surprises me with how much her vocabulary is expanding. I think the center is fantastic.

We are one of the first families to join LPA at the Falls location and we have been thrilled with every class we have been a part of. The staff is incredible and enthusiastic. I am consistently surprised with what my kids learn in their class and the creative ideas the teachers come up with to enhance the learning experience. There is a difference in schools. We started somewhere else and wouldnt leave LPA for anything.

Our daughter as been there 4 years, and she loves it. We are very happy with LPA. The staff and teachers are excellent.

For us, academics was the primary reason we decided to make the move from a local preschool. Little Pros focus on education is phenomenal, their leadership is tremendous and the teachers are top-notch. We wouldnt change a thing (and neither would our girls). Our experience at Little Pros has been outstanding! What impresses us the most is the concern that is exhibited towards the children from each and every teacher and staff member at the school. They truly work as a team to make sure that our children are not only taken care of but also loved. We have a 4 year old and a 1 year old there and I feel comfortable knowing they are in good hands while we are at work. They are given healthy food and the opportunity to “move” every day – whether it’s in gym, outside play, or a dance or soccer class. As far as their education – both, at their own levels – come home and can tell us or demonstrate to us something new that they have learned that day. A big part of that for us begins with their daily score card. We sit down each day at the dinner table and read the cards out loud to the kids. With our 4-year old, we’ll read what it says, and then ask her: “Tell us more…” that encourages a conversation that we otherwise wouldn’t have had (i.e. if we had just asked: “How was your day?)” We’re grateful for that opportunity. We love this school! LPA isnt just a child care facility; to us, its like extended family. Brian and Danielle, director and assistant director, respectively, couldnt be better suited for their jobs. I truly believe they have as much fun as the kids do! The entire staff is great; theyre all very approachable and genuinely care about the well-being of all the children there. We love that there is a gym onsite, with a dedicated physical education teacher, to expose our son to the wide world of sports (and to burn off some energy!). Our son continues to amaze us with the things he learns there! I highly recommend LPA on Dunn Road!

We have 3 kids in LPAFN right now. Our oldest started when the school opened and will graduate this June. We chose LPAFN over other daycares because of its focus on movement and sports. We absolutely love it for all of our kids!

I have been sending my son to Little Pros for 4 years and have been so happy with his child care. We have used other daycare centers for our older son and when my younger son was a baby before discovering Little Pros and our only regret is not having used them sooner. The atmosphere is very loving and nurturing and there is learning that takes place which prepares my pre-kindergartner for kindergarten. Mr. Brian and Ms. Danielle are wonderful to deal with and we have loved each teacher my son has been with throughout his time at Little Pros. Sometimes when we come to pick up my son, he doesnt want to come home!! That is a nice problem to have in the grand scheme of things!

Our family has been with LPAFN since the day they opened (in the snow). Brian and Danielle run an outstanding program. Both of my children have excelled during their time at LPAFN and we couldnt be more pleased. My son, a recent graduate of LPAFN is reading beyond the average level of a kindergartener and my daughter comes home daily with an improved vocabulary and excitement about her day at school. Little Pros Academy Falls of Neuse (LPAFN) is the best preschool/daycare! My family has been a part of the Little Pros family for over 5 years. Our oldest daughter started LPA at 11 months and graduated from the Pre-K class last year. The teachers and staff are loving, nurturing, and caring. Our youngest daughter, who is still at LPAFN until June 2014, is growing and developing everyday. Its so exciting to see her come home so excited to learn and share what she learned each and every day.We love the wonderful learning environment and clean facilities, especially the indoor gym and turf soccer field. LPAFN is truely is a family environment, where everyone knows your name.

I love Little Pros Academy of Falls of Neuse! The teachers are excellent and my son is excelling academically in the Preschool class. My infant is also very much loved and well taken care of by her teachers. My son has been at LPAFN since he turned 2 (he is not 4.5) and he loves going to school each day. He has a great time with his teachers and friends and is learning so much. He is starting to show interest in learning to read which I attribute to his wonderful teachers (thanks Ms Jannett and Ms Alethea)!. My daughter has been at LPAFN since she was 16 weeks old and also loves going every day. She is now in the toddler program and is learning and thriving under the wonderful, loving care of Ms Brenda and Ms LaTonya. It is so evident that all of the teachers/staff truly care for all of the kids at the school. Once thing that I really like, is that all of the teachers (regardless of what age group they teach) know my kids by name as well as my husband and I by name. LPAFN is not just a place that my kids stay while we work, but they are part of our family and I wouldnt have it any other way!!
