Fusion Academy has been a game changer for our teen. Fusion arrived in Raleigh at exactly the right time for our family. Weve been consistently thrilled with the quality of the experience since we first joined back in early 2020.Its not just the educational support thats outstanding. The social and emotional support is incredible. Our daughter sincerely feels that each of her teacher/mentors is a true friend. Somebody that has taken the time to get to know her and cares. To top it off, the level of scheduling flexibility their program provides our family has been a real stress-reducer for all.Our daughter looks forward to going to Fusion every single day. Often times she asks to head in a few hours early or stay a few hours later just so she can spend time on campus.

Gratitude is just the start of what I have for Lauren, the teachers and the entire team at Fusion Academy. My child was in a pretty bad place last year and they welcomed us with open arms which really helped turn things around. Not only are the teachers incredibly skilled in their subjects, they possess an emotional intelligence and a level of empathy far beyond anything l’ve experienced elsewhere. My high school son has been a student at Fusion Academy for one year and my only regret is that WE DIDNT FIND THEM SOONER! From the initial contact with the head-of-school through the classroom experience, Fusion has been wonderful. Whether your student has a learning difference, is off-the-charts gifted, or is an Olympic athlete with a crazy schedule, Fusions customization of curriculum and timelines is a welcome departure from the usual approach to education. My advice to parents looking for an alternative to traditional educational offerings is GET TO FUSION NOW!!!!

The Fusion Academy changed the entire trajectory of my sons future. The care every teacher shows to ensure he really understands the material is fantastic and the daily reports of progress and challenges really allow me to feel connected to his education. Amidst the Covid-19 Global Pandemic, we withdrew our daughter in the middle of her Junior year from her private school and started her at our new homeschool and Wake Tech as a dual enrolled student. Creating curriculum and a schedule that continued our daughters education was a challenge, especially for Physics. In searching for a proper high school Physics curriculum, we found Fusion online as an option and we are so glad we did! We contacted the school and they responded immediately via email and then followed up with a phone call. We were able to schedule a safe visit and were so impressed with their adherence to the CDCs mitigation strategies including social distancing, mask wearing, and washing hands. Seeing how they handled the safety of the students gave us confidence in their respect for science. We saw Fusion as a sort of a la cart option for our daughter to be able to take just Physics there and the rest of her classes at Wake Tech. We were given 2 options for that single class for our daughter and everything was explained clearly. She has been taking her class virtually and the teaching has been so very personalized and on target. Our daughter is learning and excelling. We get daily updates and summaries of how she is learning and what she is covering. We have appreciated the communication and the responsiveness of her teacher when we had questions about measures of mastery of material. Fusion has been an amazing option for us. The cost is a bargain for the teaching and the accessibility of the staff and administration. We highly recommend it!

Fusion has been a perfect fit at the perfect time for our family. Their one on one model takes education to a completely different level. The teachers/mentors have formed a very personal connection with our daughter and can tailor every single class/lesson. If theres a particular area of study that our daughter is especially intrigued by or a concept shes struggling with, the pace is completely adaptable to allow time to dive deep or spend more time fleshing out more challenging concepts. They are truly invested in our childs education, understanding, and overall well-being.We feel so lucky to have found Fusion just a few months before COVID struck the nation. Nationwide, so many families have been concerned that their childrens education has been negatively impacted by COVID. Thanks to Fusion, we are completely confident that our daughters education is in the best of hands. She is achieving entirely new levels of knowledge and understanding, whether she is on campus or receiving instruction virtually. Most important of all, she LOVES learning with Fusion! This from a child who didnt enjoy school and was often bored or not engaged.One of our favorite aspects of Fusion is its flexibility. We homeschool and have used Fusion to beautifully complement and augment home learning. Topics of study that are hard to delve into at home; specialized subject areas we dont have expertise in as parents (like illustration or animation or German); concepts that need a more nuanced instructional style...Fusion offers it all. Each semester, classes and schedules are custom fit to our personal family needs. Its the perfect educational model for our family.
