I had avoided driving because of fear of being behind the wheel. Learning to drive in my late forties was quite the personal challenge. We had a great experience with Safety Driving School of NC. Ash was flexible and accommodating with my daughters crazy schedule so we were able to get the driving portion taken care of quickly. He was quick to respond to my texts and questions. Definitely would recommend this driving school.

They never answer the call. Every time the call goes to voicemail and you never get a call back. I filled the form the website a month ago. At least give the potential customers a call and let them know if or when are the classes going to start for them.Not for A phone call, I am talking about some 25 calls and some 10 messages left over the period of two months. I understand you are busy. But when the voicemail says that you would be contacted back, it is only professional to give a call in a week, a month, or even two months. I did not rate you for your product. I am sure you guys are good instructors. My complaint was regarding customer service. Only if you cared for customers calls as much as you do for Google reviews.

Ash did an incredible job working and communicating with me concerning getting all of the requirements accomplished within a small window of time (and with very little notice). While virtual driving school isnt ideal I feel that Ash did his very best to keep the kids engaged in class. He was incredibly understanding and patient. My son references things he learned from Ash (on the road and in class) often. I was confused about the entire process and Ash took the time to explain it to me (several:) times. I would highly recommend using Safety Driving School to anyone in need.

We appreciated the option of private driving instruction in Covid times with the option to take classes over Zoom as well as beating the long back log of the school system. The scheduling was very easy which I really appreciate. My daughter received quality instruction, but the mask situation with driving instructors was an issue and almost a deal breaker. The original instructor she was going to drive with made it clear that she did not wear a mask, but that my daughter could if she wanted to. I then asked for a new instructor and she then drove with Ash, who was willing to wear a mask, yet wore it incorrectly, making her uncomfortable. Like a previous poster mentioned, it puts teens in a very awkward position to address when we have been preaching mask wearing to them as the law since June. She enjoyed Ash as an instructor, but this was really not cool to have a casual attitude about masks during Covid!

I cannot say enough about this company! They are professional, thorough, efficient, and extremely punctual with communicating. Ashe is encouraging to the students and makes scheduling simple. Michaela is just as professional, and everyone is willing to help and be accommodating. I only wish that more small businesses were run with such effort. I will definitely be back with my younger children when it is their time for drivers ed.

Ash went above and beyond to help make sure my daughter had the things she needed in time for her DMV appointment, despite delays created by the DMV themselves by running out of their own certificate stocks! Kids arent very excited to take safety courses, but as a parent, its reassuring to know that the business is going to deliver on the promise and make sure you have what you need. My daughter had no complaints, and the business owner was awesome. 5-stars. Would use again.

Instruction was fine both online and driving. However, in the middle of Covid, with cases on the rise, the driving instructor refused to wear a mask. Additionally my child was uncomfortable with the constant religious rhetoric. We had paid for everything and didnt feel we could complain about the instructor not wearing a mask without consequences, so made sure my daughter was as protected as she could be.

My son was very happy with the class and driving class. He learned a lot.

Mr Ash was so great! Our son took the class portion with Jordon. He advised us on how to get registered with the paperwork from Jordan and then was extremely efficient in getting the driving hours scheduled before his 15th birthday. My son said he was great. The instructor Ash is very calm doesnt reprimand the student while he teaches. I took 10 hour reasonably priced grown-up classes (2 hr each day) as I had never driven before and got Ash as my instructor. I must say he taught really well. Handled all my questions and mistakes with patience and understanding. The timing is flexible and they do their best to accommodate to your schedule and work places. Their main focus is to teach you to drive defensively and with confidence which was what I was looking for. I also passed my license test in the first attempt. Im happy with my experience.

I had never driven a car before. I was motorcycle/ bike fan. I registered for 10 hour driving school plan and was perfect for me. Ash trained me each and everyinute details of driving basics. I was little slow in adapting to get used to turns but Ash helped a lot. He is too friendly and punctual. I could schedule my sessions at my ease time. I even took the student driver car for driving test, and I was able to pass the test easily. Ash helps to practice for the test as well as to become a good driver. I would highly recommend this driving school.

Not enough good can be said about my experience with Ash. I obtained my permit shortly before starting classes with him and had little to no time behind the wheel. After just a few hours learning under him over the course of two to three days i could feel my confidence as a driver building. Again with little to no time behind the wheel i was able to obtain my license within a week thanks to ashs teaching style and ability. Really look no further for a potential driving school because you have found the best in the area. You would do yourself a disservice to take you business elsewhere.

Ethan was very professional and patient throughout all my lessons. I was always given gentle reminders or suggestions, if I ever forgot anything or was lacking knowledge in a particular subject. Overall, I had a lovely time learning how to drive and working with him.Ash was very easy to reach and helpful. Ash is the greatest driving instructor youll find. No matter how terrible my mistakes were (and they were bad), he was completely unphased and continued to be super supportive. He is patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Ive only been driving on my own for about a month now, but think Ive become a pretty good driver (at the age of 39), if I must say so myself. I took 6 hours driving lessons from Ash. I had prior experience in driving but was not enough. So this 6 hours was my only chance to get a driving license. Got my license yesterday. Ash is a good instructor and he picks on your severe mistakes as well as the silly ones. Honestly, these silly mistakes could cost you your license. So I am happy that he corrected me for all kinds of mistakes and gave me tips for the road test.
