We have been attending lessons at Tiger Kims Pro Tae Kwon Do for over a year now. We couldnt be happier with our time spent here! Myself, age 35, and all four of my children, ages 11, 10, 8, and 6, all attend classes with Master Kim. I am continually amazed at the teaching from Master Kim and his family. As an adult in the class, who previously took Tae Kwon Do when I was younger, I am challenged each class in my fitness, flexibility and Tae Kwon Do technique. I have a lot to learn! :) But I am also amazed at how each of my children have grown in their skill, flexibility, and confidence! Master Kim and his family are able to teach each student in the class at their specific level with patience, understanding and clear direction. And most of all, all four of my kiddos LOVE going to Tae Kwon Do. After more than a year, they are not bored and wanting to do something different. They can clearly see their own progress (especially as they progress through the belt levels) and that is very exciting and motivating for them. Also, Master Kim and his family have created an atmosphere that is very encouraging and family-like. Every student in the class is encouraging and helping one another. It feels like a family! And we are happy to be a part of it.

Master Kims is the best. He is a very compassionate and understanding, patient instructor. His understanding of each student and level and willingness to work with them at each level is outstanding. Good family atmosphere, I am so very happy with our choice of Martial Arts instruction and I would highly recommend anybody to come and see for yourself. I know you will be as pleased as I am. I have a 9 year old daughter who is in his class and she enjoys it from learning each level, sparring, builds up her self confidence and she shows pride in what she has learned. She is now a orange belt and wants to continue and work her way up to a black belt. When I see the confidence in which she has now than before she started Master Kims class, all I can do is be thankful and grateful as Master Kim has instilled this in her with his teachings and instructions. Now, I see one review who is negative. Green Philly. I know who he is. Let me be the one who will dispute his claim of what happened that day. I wont go into detail, but I assure you, this is one outrages lie. I as a few other parents witnessed what had happened that day. What he claimed, never happened. Any questions please feel free to contact me. To blatantly slander Master Kim and his business is unacceptable and if anybody needs to apologize it is him, Master Kim has nothing to apologize for. He is a honorable man and a honest man, and a family man. and one great instructor. I hope you will come for yourselves and see what I see. Amazing!!! My family could not be happier with any other dojang. Master Kim and his family are very trustworthy, hardworking and sincere. We are so blessed to have found the right place for our children to learn and grow. I highly recommend Tiger Kim’s Pro Tae Kwon Do.

Master Kim and his family bring a lot of value to our community. My daughter admires and respects Master Kim, she enjoys and looks forward to every class. This is what I like because it was difficult to find her an activity that she would stick with. Master Kim and his family treat each child with dignity and respect.

Elite Tae Kwan Do training! Catering to your needs, working with your schedule, and providing teaching that cant contest with others, this dojo also has a very comfortable atmosphere! The master here has trained in the art for many years which has given him the well deserved title of MASTER! I definitely recommend this school above all others and encourage you to join, be a beginner, returning entusiest, or looking to upgrade from a current dojo this school is what Tae Kwan Do is all about in its purest form!

Don’t listen to this “Green Philly” meathead who gave 1 star. He’s just mad that his broke butt didn’t want to pay for his child’s karate gear. There were other parents there that saw the whole thing. This guy stormed out of the dojo and he was just being plain rude because his son had old gear and before master Kim could even inspect it, the guy stormed out and wrote a bunch of bad reviews under a bunch of aliases. Master Kim has never raised his voice. Master Kim is incredible and kind. The Dojang is very clean, kid friendly, and even adult friendly. There are all sorts of ages and people from different backgrounds and Master Kim can always somehow progress each one at their own pace/skill level—while still pushing them to be better. I highly highly recommend this Dojang to anybody at any age. Its a fun but structured environment, and all I want to get out of this review is to make sure people get the right idea about this place. It’s very sad that some people use ratings to tear someone else’s business down just because they didn’t want to follow the safety guidelines and at least get their old gear inspected by Master Kim.

Everyone is very willing to help when you are struggling or just starting out. You feel very welcomed when you come in.

Had to file a report of incident within the city as the instructor violently yelled at my son before class the other day. He was actually starting to go after my 12 year old again when I had to speak up letting him know he needed to back off immediately. Dont understand why he lost his mental wits but this is unacceptable behavior and never should be around children for their safety and self esteem. The school destroys what its trying to build.
