Such nice and caring workers. I went in today to get my sons flyers and the lady working the copy center had the biggest heart. I wish I got her name. Thank you so much for reminding me that not all corporations only want your money and you genuinely care for your customers. I will continue to go through you guys for my printing needs!

These days its rare to get quality customer service but Staples never disappoints! Today Marquis went out of his way to help me look for something as simple as a gift bag! His helpful cheerful attitude was appreciated!

Went into get a large copy made, well nooone who works there knows how to run the copy machine. Was told well it is what it is.

Staples over here in Pueblo, Colorado has some good quality art supplies that are reasonable price. They have soft pastels, Strathmore paper, and line art pens.

The printing center is where its at!!! Zaphnath specifically deserves a raise of some kind! Every time I have gone in he takes care of what I need in a timely and orderly fashion. Not only is he taking care of my order but also juggling other customers at the same time. His chill vibe and great social skills goes a long way. I would even call him the Staple of Staples ;)

Wait time for copies too long. No chair to sit on while waiting.

This store did a great job of informing me with accurate information on prices and how to instruction to print what I needed off of their printer using my USB. The young man I talked to on the phone was super helpful with a sense of humor. Good job Staples!

While it isn’t illegal for Staples to deny customers access to a restroom, it is poor customer service. I am a business owner and I know how to treat clients. I will NEVER buy another item from Staples.

Went in to pick up my print job from them and it wasnt ready yet but Brandon took care if me and got the jib finished fast. The flyers I had them print came out great. Thank you Staples.

I made a decision and expressed it to her, and she delivered a bunch of options for me to check out while ringing me up. I went in on a Saturday afternoon and let me say this is the laziest group of jokers working here. I needed 7 pages printed off in the amount of time the guy took to tell me it would take 48 hours for all copy and print jobs my stuff could have been printed. Ive worked in a copy and print center before and i could totally understand if i was asking for photos, multiple copies, fancy paper etc. But all i needed was 7 pages, nothing fancy. Then some older gentleman wanted to ship something and they tried to send him away saying that the post office would be cheaper all because they are lazy!

This is a 3 Star Staples, but I dont blame the manager or the employees. Its a typical box store located in Pueblo. Chains here usually get the scraps from up north (Colorado Springs & Denver). Somehow places are nicer in Pueblo West too, even though the population is lower, but Im getting off topic ...Tonight was the first time I had an issue with something other than what I previously mentioned. I went in to drop off a UPS package that already had a label and was ready to go. I saw a sign that said wait for a receipt. I had seen two employees and three customers in the store when I walked in. I waited and waited and waited while the print shop clerk helped one of the three patrons with an order.While I was definitely being impatient, I was also frustrated watching the lack of ability or desire to multitask and prioritize tasks. Had I been working there, I would have made a decision to take the UPS package and provide a receipt, which would have cut the amount of customers needing help by 1/3. It took 5 seconds after I finally spoke up.Im sure the employee is a hard worker and is normally fantastic when the store is staffed appropriately, so Im not blaming her. I have no idea what her day was like or what her workload was.All I ask is, get a machine to print UPS receipts or schedule someone to float between departments to provide coverage, as needed.

Convenient place to drop off a package for UPS shipment. Friendly, efficient staff. Combined with the fun of browsing through all those office accessories. Also, have bought higher dollar items there and have always been treated fairly and courteously. Their print services department was a lifesaver for me when I needed copies quickly for a meeting. Great store.

Staples is one of the best office supply stores! And this one is always nice and clean. The employees have been cool every time I have a tech question.Their stock is such that you will often find what youre looking for, from pens and paper to flash drives and printers. I will admit that Staples price for some of their stuff can be expensive but they send coupons to help with that.

Waited at the register for 10 minutes while the person behind the register was talking to someone on the phone. I finally went over to the tech department and ask the employee what we needed to do to obtain service. He stated that the guy behind the register was not a cashier and that the cashier was on a break. So if I did go to his department and ask the question who knows how long I would be waiting. Very poor customer service.

Staples customer service was excellent! Mariah was so helpful and patient helping with our Flyers. She went out of her way to make them look very professional. I would definitely highly recommend using their print and marketing department.

Zack in the copy section is lazy and rude. Highly recommended replacement. Asap.

This Staples was awesome! We forgot our concert tickets and needed them printed. They were so kind and patient with us even though it was close to closing. Best staff ever! Thank you guys, you saved our night!!

Today I had the pleasure of being assisted by Zack in the print and marketing center. Super courteous and helpful. Visited Pueblo two weeks ago dropping my son off at nearby CSU and happened to leave my usb drive. Zach was able to locate it and assist me with mailing it to my home in all the way in Texas.

TOM IS THE BOMB!!!! I accidentally left my resume copies in the airport and was frantic to get new ones printed- the website said 24 hours, but I walked right in & Tom assured me he could print it right away, then he even put it on nicer paper to make it look better! Most places you cant get eye contact from someone 15 minutes before close- I could not believe his extraordinary customer service!!! If I could give 10 stars to this phenomenal location I would!

Had just come from Best Buy where we could get no service after waiting about 15 minutes. Went to one of their employees and asked for service they said they would get with me when they were done with their current customer but then went and helped someone else before us so we walked out and went to Staples and within one minute we were helped with a very competent employee named Grant and left with our purchase within 10 minutes. Staples has my business!

As soon as I walked in I was treated like a complete criminal or like I was going to steal. Probably judging me off of my tattoos and my colored hair which is completely unprofessional. I carry a bigger purse to carry all my medications and they wouldnt let me take it past the front of the door but they dont even have a safe place for you to put it so it doesnt get stolen. The entire time I was shopping every employee was following me and watching my every move. I wont get my business to the store anymore.

Clean, well stocked store with helpful staff. Will try to assist you with any questions you may have about what they have to offer in the way of office supplies or services. Very wide variety of items essential to home, office or business.

They are the best the copy center the young man working in there right now tonight..Monday 8/26 645 pm. I have been in here before with him working and he had a very difficult customer behind me and he still managed to get the guy smiling even though the guy was very rude to him I even made a comment to the customer myself because he is the nicest most helpful person Ive ever seen in any copy center and I live in Fowler and I would come here over any place that man deserves a raise if he is awesome!! Thank you Staples for always being so awesome to me. I loved my copies to more than I even thought I would.. ♡ Thank you! !Customer service is so hard and so many people dont do their jobs these days - I really hope this company does rewards this young man because he knows what hes doing and keeps people happy no matter what and hes very tech savvy!! The cashier Jennifer was great. However, the other staff was not.I work for 3 large businesses in Pueblo and Colorado Springs and we give a lot of business to the staples in Pueblo between myself and other managers purchasing supplies but after last nights experience we will not be buying from Staples anymore.I had went in to buy supplies and my boyfriend and friend came in with me. While I was walking around the store purchasing supplies I heard someone on the isle next to me say they were tired of being harrassed by the employees in the store..I thought nothing of it and finished my shopping.Meanwhile, my boyfriend and friend were sitting in the office chair area waiting on me to finish up shopping, when they were approached by an employee and told if there was any suspicious activity they would be asked to leave... He did not tell me this until we got back into the car or I would not have purchased $129.60 worth of products from here. They were most definitley judged based off of their appearance being that they were dirty from working all day. I have discussed with our owners and we will no longer be staples customers. I wish I would have walked right back in and returned everything I bought. BAD MANAGEMENT.

Every time I go into the print section of the store it seems likes theres a new person, Who dont know the system. I order the same stuff every time Im there. copy & print is a joke please hire someone with knowledge of a computer!! Thanks

This store isnt worth wasting your time at they dont have any employees working the floor 11 a.m. on a Wednesday. I walked around 15 minutesbefore having to wait in line to ask the register person for help. I bought a $50. dollar paper cutter (staples brand) 6 months ago and they dont sell replacement blades for it so basically I have a disposable cutter now. They dont stock replacement blades for a staples branded item? Give me a break. Ill never shop at any Staples again.

We purchased six computers, with a warranty, from Staples in Pueblo. Two of the six were defective. When we tried to exchange them, we were told that we needed an authorization code. We called the warranty company and were told to call the manufacturer. After making five phone calls to the manufacturer and receiving no help, we decided to return the computers to Staples for a refund. We were told again to call the warranty company! What terrible customer service!! We were doing business with Staples, not a warranty company or a manufacturer. This has been a nightmare! We will never do business with Staples again!

I dropped in with my laptop and smart phone on the blink! Aaron and the Asst Manager helped me. They did diagnostic testing for free. My laptops motherboard seems to be dying. They encouraged me to consider a new laptop rather than pour more money into this one, but no pressure to buy from them. They did take time to review the features of the ones they had in stock.For my phone they tested it and determined a stronger battery charger was the answer. Still doing great 3 weeks later.

That restrooms are nasty. The paper towel dispenser was on the floor, obviously torn down and paper towels were sitting on top of it. The entire floor was covered with dirt and urine and it smelled like a porter potty. I understand that bathrooms get dirty, but at 10 am it shouldnt be that bad. Again nasty...

This store has gone way down hill, its always disorganized and dirty and the manager lady Jennifer is absolutely the rudest person I have dealt with in a while. I will not return to this store the prices are outrageous anyway. $40 dollars for an HDMI cabel is insane I can get it for $8 on Amazon. I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

This establishment charged my elderly mother an EXORBITANT fee to fix a laptop where an honest company would have advised her to replace it.We will NEVER shop there again and I will make it a priority to WARN as many folks of the predatory nature by which they took advantage of an 85 year old elderly women.AVOID SHOPPING HERE! Spread the word on social media that this Staples steals from the elderly!
