After experiencing many problems with my laptop, my hard drive finally gave up. I contacted Pueblo Computer Help & Repair, where Adam diagnosed the problems right in front of me. I asked him if it would just be worth it to give up and buy a new laptop. He suggested repairing it, as he believed I have a pretty good one. He told me it would work better than before once he got done with it, and he wasnt kidding! My laptop now functions better than when I took it out of the box, brand new, and I couldnt be happier with his service. The best part is that he was able to transfer all the data that I thought Id have lost when my hard drive failed. Adam has given me plenty of helpful advice and tips in order to get the best experience with my laptop. The repair was completed in a timely manner. I am very grateful for him turning this very stressful experience into an extremely positive and educational one. I dropped my computer and could not reboot my hard drive. I called left a message but it was the holiday weekend. I called back on Monday and they scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. Were a little bit behind so we rescheduled for Wednesday they were amazing I have a broken foot and they actually came to the home we worked on the computer they told me what was going on we changed out the hard drive but we were having problems recovering the data. So Austen my computer Tech took the computer and the next day they were going to see if they could retrieve the data. And thank goodness that they did they got it retrieve it was amazing I recommend them to anyone and I felt like their prices were reasonable

The tech guys are awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly. Ive learned a lot about computers but sometimes you need a expert. There prices are low compared to other companies. Been going here for 3 years now and am very happy with them

I bought a laptop from there and am very pleased with it. Adam went up and beyond to help me install and setup my computer just how I like it. I took my computer in after it would not turn on. Adam said that the Motherboard was fried and it couldnt be fixed. So, he said hed sell me another computer that he had laying around that he buys and fixes up. He gave me a killer deal on a Dell LATITUDE E6440 i5. He even transferred all my data from my old hard drive for free! He also bought my old charger from me! I would definitely recommend computer help to anyone needed computer service! Free estimates, cheap fixing/labor costs, and no charge if he cant fix it. Im very satisfied with the service I recieved. Adam is a great guy! 5 stars! 10/10!

I was in need of a screen replaced on an older laptop. I made the mistake of trying Geek Squad in town. They wanted to charge me to diagnose the issue and pay to ship it off for repair. I found Pueblo Computer Help & Repair on a google search and decided to try someone local. I am so happy that I did! Adam was amazing! He had the screen I needed in stock and had it replaced in less than an hour. The price for the repair was very reasonable considering it was replaced so quickly. I am very impressed with his excellent customer service. I will definitely use their business again for any computer issues that we may have!

I took my computer in for a second opinion cause another place told me my motherboard was bad and it would cost me $450.00 to fix. Im glad i did the guys here told me it was over heating and fixed the problem. I also got a new hard drive they called an solid state drive and only paid about $230.00. So i saved a ton of money and got a new hard drive that made my computer faster just like i got a new one. They really know what they are doing I even got my computer back the same day I dropped it off. Im very impressed with my experience here.

Ive been going to Adam @ computer help since my first PC issue. Since then he has helped me with tablets phones laptops desktops and my many network gaming issues. Always friendly and knowlegable. Virus removal on point and in good time. Most reasonable computer repair in pueblo hands down.

Not only did he help my mother since I am not in town anymore, he also fixed her annoying sound card that kept going in and out, he also however updated all of her security software, licensing, and most of all walked her through Windows 10 and how it would make things more simple for her to use. Personally a person scorned will tell ten to thirty people were a person who gets excellent service simply assumes this is normal opration of a company and tells no one.The work here is on par with my expectations of computer needs and I have never had drama / miss advice/ or over pushed sales moves. Came in with a computer that did not turn on and everyone I called was saying that it would cost me just to look at the system. Being with little money this was not an option, but these guys looked at it for free and gave me reasonable pricing. Great people, will go to them again for any future problems.

Had a lot of little issues with my home PCs, and after calling a place that never called back I tried Adam based on reviews. He came to my house within 2 hours, and fixed all the frustrating BS Id been dealing with PLUS made a nifty portal so I can swap files between my 2 comps EASY- No biggie to him but damn near magic to me! I can also now print from either one I want, all in all super pleased with the work and Adams attitude. BE ADVISED there is a place with almost exactly the same name at almost exactly the same addy that is NOT the same shop! That seems pretty strange to me, so remember this review is for Adam at ComputerHELP.

Daughters laptop had issues with pop ups and was slow, he assured me he could fix it and it would be ready the next day. It wasnt ready on day promised had to wait another day. When I picked up the computer he showed me what he did was basically a bandaid fix for the problem and that he would need to wipe it to fix the machine and start over( I can do that myself). Tried to pay with my debit card and there machine was not working and had not been for some time that I was not aware of. Ended up paying 129.00 to only wipe the machine myself and start over. I will never go back here or recommend them to anyone. And to top it all off the place was a mess and stunk.
