This CPR class was the most fun CPR I’ve ever done, and I’ve done quite a few. The mannequins have lights to indicate how well you’re performing chest compressions, they have practice AEDs, and even practice EPI pens which I’ve never had before in a CPR class. The instructor was also high energy which is super helpful when you have to sit through so many videos. The class was also one of the more affordable options in the Portland area!

Funny and friendly staff. Was able to use techniques learned in class on a real life situation! Baby was choking on a piece of watermelon that broke off, parents were blind sweeping inside infants mouth. I took over and gave him some back slaps and it came out immediately. Without the training this situation could have ended badly since EMS would have taken longer than 10 minutes since we were on government island !

Dwon teaches his class with enthusiasm, knowledge, and humor while maintaining a professional setting and excellent learning environment. The class runs like a well oiled machine and is never boring. The class is taught in person with clear COVID guidelines that are followed. CPR Lifeline is a leader in training CPR and has a wide range of training dates/times to fit almost any schedule.

I have taken many different First Aid and CPR classes and this is my favorite! The instructors all have first hand experience and answer questions with real knowledge, not just quotes from the reference material. I walk away from these classes feeling empowered and unexpectedly entertained.
