Absolutely Love this gym! They have an amazing coaching staff and owner! Very clean and truly care about their gymnast! Their communication with parents is awesome. My daughter is a level 7 and has grown so much as a gymnast. I highly recommend you check out The Flip Zone!

My daughter switched to this gym back in June. We drive over an hour to get here, and it is completely worth it! The owner and coaches are very knowledgeable, kind, professional, and their attention to detail goes far above what our expectations were. My daughter’s technique has improved so much in the 4 1/2 months that she has been going to this gym. She is so happy and we can’t wait to see her progression over the next few years!

We have now attended 2 classes/events with The Flip Zone. The first one was in the main building and meant to gather interest for new gymnasts. It lasted about 45 minutes and was fine, although led by a young teenager, and the kids werent guided much. They have 2 buildings and there is never notation of which building youll be in when you sign up, so we just guess. We recently attended a summer camp event. I signed my child up for a week of camp, intending to send her again the following week if she liked it. The first day she was in tears at home after she said she was called specific names all day. I went in to speak with the instructors and noticed they were children themselves. I just asked that they try and keep their ears open for bullying, and sent her back the next day. The next day when we picked her up, her clothing was soaked. We asked her why and she let us know they did a slip n slide before lunch. So she sat in wet clothing all day. With this being a big hygiene issue, I did speak to the business again. They had communicated to the other parents to bring a suit, but had forgot to communicate with us. No big deal, but I wish they would have either had her sit out or had me run a suit over. Anything other than having her sit in wet clothing all day, causing rashes and an uncomfortable state. The manager noted that the leaders there are all teens and they dont think of things like that. I would suggest they either employ people who are capable of caring for children, or hire 1 supervisor to oversee classes. I mentioned to the manager that I was uncomfortable with the care there and may want to pull her out, to which she laughed and responded that she had 8 kids on the waiting list and didnt need us. That was a bit of an odd reaction from an adult manager, and odd as they were still advertising sign ups. We didnt allow her to continue the class. I pulled her out and requested a refund, which they did issue.I felt inclined to share my experience, as I would have liked this experience to never happen to my daughter and wanted to give a warning to other parents considering the program. There are lots of options for gymnastics out there - make sure your kids are safe.

My daughter switched to this gyms and this will be here 2nd year competing at TFZ. The owner and coaches are very knowledgeable, caring, professional, great communicators, and the gyms ability to address the whole child is impeccable. My gymnast has grown so much as an athlete by joining the TFZ family.

My 4.5 year old daughter has been taking gymnastics weekly here for months and she absolutely loves it. It’s a great way for her to learn focus and practice a skill, the teachers are patient (saints frankly) and knowledgeable and the class is always engaging and fun for the kiddos.

The two stars only because the coaches are great. The management, not so much.1. They cut class short because ‘only a few kids showed up for class’. Umm no, I paid for a hour, so the class should be the full hour. Utilize the time!2. There is absolutely no observation deck or anyway to see your kid preforming. It’s a cramped little lobby with windows that only show 1/3 of the gym.3. It’s near impossible to get them to return a phone call or get a live person on the phone.4. The director embarrassed my nine year old daughter in front of her whole class to the point she was in tears...All over her wearing a sports bra vs a leotard. We had been there three months and no one ever told her she couldn’t wear this. I understand now that this is policy but she went about it in an extremely unprofessional manner.Needless to say, I advise looking elsewhere for lessons.

We brought our 3 year old son here for another boys birthday party and ended up signing him up for a gymnastics class. He really enjoys it. There is all of the typical gymnastics equipment and more including a ball pit which is a large pit with a bunch of foam blocks. The kids all love it.

All 3 of my children have attended the SSGNL preschool program at The Flipzone. The staff is amazing and they were more than prepared going into kindergarten.

You have to give at least one star to leave a review... 0 stars. Dont do a birthday party here. Rude staff, they locked 20+ 8-11 year old boys in a tiny room because we did the gifts and snacks to early. They all had to play in that tiny room for an hour because they were not aloud back in the gym area...
