This daycare has continued to make me a happy mama! They are always so kind and communicative when it comes to the care of my children! I wouldn’t want my kiddos to go anywhere else! They are great with my autistic son which means the world to me!

I had three kids here before covid. When I came in and explained my circumstances, I was currently in between homes, the director was amazing. She allowed my kids to come for the day I had security screening at my new job and she didnt charge me! I ended up enrolling them for a while and they were always really nice and understanding. The only issue we had was an older kid sometimes picking on my three year old but I talked to them and they addressed the problem. There was one teacher though who my oldest child said negative things about white people which is never okay. It hurt my daughers feelings because she is half white. The good definitely outweighs the bad. The teachers care about the kids and they worked it out so I could pay every two weeks instead of weekly. I saw this place when it was ABC daycare and it was terrible then. Jamie turned that place around.

I really appreciate how they are willing at accommodate the needs of my family. I am so happy I found this center.

My two year old gets so excited when I drop her off, which is a HUGE peace of mind after having the opposite reaction from her last day care. Even when kids are misbehaving or its busy they speak professionally, redirect the kids and I never see them not working, sitting around or just talking to each other. All the girls who greet me and look happy to be there I appreciate that so much!

Couldnt be happier I was referred to Desert Dreams Daycare. I was struggling with change of ownership at my sons first daycare and didnt know where move him to since every other daycare was out of my budget. Then a former co worker told me about Desert Dreams which happened to be literally 3 minutes down the street from us. When we went to tour the daycare the owner Mrs.Jamie was so nice answered all our questions told us about her plans for the daycare since they recently opened. Even told us she was approved for a certain amount of kids but planned on taking less to begin with to get to know the families and make sure everything was in line for more children to be enrolled. Their communication is amazing, something that was not done well at my sons first daycare. Anytime I pick up I can ask how my sons day was an they can tell me hes also sent home with crafts sometimes daily! Which I love because I can see what hes doing when I cant be with him. Hes also gotten to go on his first field trip there and he had a blast! And I get to see pictures weekly of him at the daycare playing and learning! They even have a sticker chart for good behavior with prizes my son loves so much we are starting one at home, and when I told Mrs.Jamie about this she gave me one of theirs and stickers to get ours started at home! Ive referred anyone whos asked to Desert Dreams and will continue to refer them! My son will not be going anywhere else

This daycare center is awesome! I felt safe leaving my son here in their care. The staff is friendly and competent! My son enjoyed going here and loved going! The owner Jaime gave me an affordable price and was easy to talk to, as well as making it a great experience for my son! They are great with all ages and give the best care. Its obvious they really care about the children!

I am beyond happy to have found Desert Dreams Daycare. From the very first phone call I had with the owner Jamie, I knew this would be the right fit for my daughter and I. As a first time parent, Jamie has made me feel welcomed and confident in my choice of a daycare. Everyone there is so loving and attentive to all the children, and I am happy they are just as excited to watch my little one grow as I am. This has become more than a Daycare it is truly home away from home and i wouldn’t want my child anywhere else.

As a assistant teacher at this daycare I have absolutely loved every single moment here. Mrs.Jamie has really helped further & give me a head start in my career as a future educator. Every child is so excited to come to school everyday and when I walk in they all run up and hug me. I assist in toddler and preschool and have a blast in both classrooms, the kids love coming to school and learning and playing with their friends. I’m thankful to have had the chance to work and go to school full-time at the same time. I’ve learned and have grown right along with the kids I teach. It’s an amazing facility .

I have been coming to this Daycare since it has opened and I have NEVER encountered any problems or issues. This daycare provides excellent staff and training, always is attentive to the childrens needs, and provides very good meals daily. The owner, Jamie, is not only qualified to own a daycare, but she goes above and beyond the responsibilities required to make sure that every child and their parents feel safe in the facilities care.

Desert Dreams Daycare is AMAZING. Im not sure who the negative reviewer is, but clearly he/she is confused.Considering the bad grammar used, I wouldnt take the review very seriously.Having operated a daycare facility myself, and the mother of three kids, I am well equipped to provide a review of Desert Dreams. The facility is clean, and there are more than enough suitable activities for all age groups. The owner oozes love and attentiveness towards every single child and their family. The staff is the same way. Desert Dreams is well balanced in their discipline of inappropriate behavior, and they always communicate effectively with me. I couldnt be happier to have found this place.

Desert Dreams Daycare is a wonderful place to bring your kids. Caring staff. Mrs. Jaime the director is awesome. I enjoy working here. The kids love to see their friends and teachers. Fun projects and activities. We even do yoga. Desert dreams daycare is the place to be.

As I see these reviews, I got to say theres two sides to a story... With my experience when I did took my daughter to Desert Dreams... I had a great experience.. my daughter loves them.. She never wanted to leave. Also she was always excited to come. Even tho we had to leave due to income issues at home.. my daughter still talks about them and tell me she wants wants to go to school.

My son has been going to this daycare for about 6 months now and he loves it. The owner Jaime and her staff all work so hard to make desert dreams a great and safe place for children and when I first walked into this daycare I knew this was the one I wanted my son to go to.

Great childcare at an affordable price. My daughter loves it here and is learning so much. Their structured lesson plan is great for preparing her for entering school in a couple of years.

I have never seen a childcare facility and staff that care so much about not only the children but the family as a whole! Jaime not only takes time with the parents to see how they are doing but does so much to interact with the children! This place is amazing! I recommend it for everyone!!!

Ok Ill be honest, Ive been out of the game for a while now. Im a Grandpa and let me tell you, things have really changed since we had our kids in daycare. I was really impressed in the professionalism of the staff there, and the Director is a long time previous teacher and administrator so she has what it takes to keep the kids under control and to run a successful daycare.My grandson really enjoys going there, hes almost 4, so you know what that can be like, but no problem getting him in the car when he finds out hes heading to Desert Dreams. They have a multitude of activities for my grandson to do.They are very well organized in how they balance his time, maximizing education, creativity, and just ordinary play time, inside and out depending on the weather, so he doesnt get bored. He has really made some nice friends there and my daughter has even made play dates with other kids from there.If youre looking for a quality place to take your kids... or grandkids, Desert Dreams is your place. Congrats Desert Dreams, youve created a great place for kids to flourish in a safe, clean, and fun environment. I highly recommend this daycare to others.

This daycare has improved so much since I first walked in. I truly want to give credit to Ms ahleia for taking the 3 and up room and making it an actual classroom. It looks great in there with the new setup and lesson plans that she does everyday. Those kids look so happy, they have learning, playing, outside, lunch, and nap... their day is full of adventure. Since I dont have a child that goes here, I cant speak for one but when I walk in, all I see are smiles. Its true, always do a fact check before taking your child to a daycare... but I honestly believe this daycare has every heart in mind that walks through the door. Thank you guys for always being so supportive of me and my situation, you have a great team!

I met with the director, ms jamie for a tour today. I honestly have no idea why this facility would get such bad reviews. It was an amazing experience for me especially. She was very easy to talk, answered all my questions and even gave me some resources in the Washington school district as well. I cannot wait for my son to attend here!

They have all the kids in one room and the assistant director is lazy and allowsher kids to do anything even mess with the babies.its really dirty and not serving real food. Baby food looks better then what they serve I dont recommend this facility to anyone and I will no longer take my kids near this addressYou make it sound all good but in reality your center disgusting and should be shut down. Ive visited more than once! If this is the owner you have no idea what youre doing and give up. You have some staff who are aggressive with the children.! You really should invest in cameras

So I’ve only been with them for about a week probably less and I’m already done with them. I had let the owner know why I had left my previous daycare due to the touching my INFANT and sure enough at this new daycare they let a kid come in the baby room feed my INFANT baby. Do you know how sicking that is ?!?! Anything could have happen to my baby !!! AND THIS IS THE KICKER. It was one of the directors kids and the director was on her phone not paying attention and the sad part is my son had to tell me . They will never come here and I don’t think anyone should let their kid come . They obviously don’t care about the safety of the kids. This makes me furious. Any mother should understand how that feels. For it to be the pregnant ddirector at that to let this happen is pitiful. If my baby would have died then what ?? All because they can’t follow the rules and not keep kids out of the baby room or to have watched my son and not be on their phone

After moving here from out of state, it was a challenge to find a new child care center for my children. Thankful that I was referred to desert dreams because my two sons absolutely love coming here each week!

Dont bring your kids here. Teachers have no patience. All the staff does is yell all day & bribe kids with candy & watch other kids eat them cause they only give it to the kids they like. My own child told me teacher told him they only give good stuff to the favorites. They run around like mad hell. Director makes promises things wont happen again only for them to continusely be problems after problems. I didnt stop hearing constant issues when my childrens mother would bring the kids home. One of my kids said he was scared because teacher would threatened to call me. Why threaten kids that youd call parents to come hit them? Ridiculous. If you cant handle kids find a new job. What did we pay you for? Flip my damn burger and let someone else actually care for these kids who would ACTUALLY care for them. State should shut this place down before any other kids get hurt. Saw the reviews too. I belive it. My kids wont return & i would never suggest this daycare.

I have taken my son here more than just a few occasions. He is beyond happy while he is there. He gets super wiggly and full of giggles once he learns he will get to spend time with Mrs. Jaime Hunter and all of his new friends. Desert Dreams Daycare provides my son a super safe facility and not to mention all of the hands on Arts and Craft that he gets to show me and take home with us. Here at Desert Dreams they provide kids snack make sure they wash up before they eat, as well as teaching them how to throw stuff away after they are finished. My child is an extremely entergetic and chattive 3 year old. Therefore, playing and running around outside is a nice fix. But dont worry these kids are not melting away, the teachers make sure they are hydrated. Also if its too hott they find super fun games to play inside too. Khaison is a talker and he informs me that they read stories and work on their fine and gross motor skills like at home. I really appreciate how Desert Dream has select rooms and rules for all ages. One of the many things that stood out to me was the infant room. Here they have a strict no shoes rule. I absolutely love this because at this age they worm around on the floor with belly time and you wont have fear of the newborns picking up something from the floor with their hands to be instantly put in their mouth. Also, at one point of the day they provide nap time for the toddlers. They get their own personal foam mat to lay on and if they have a blanket or teddy they cuddle with the child may have this out with them for this time. Desert Dreams also understands that accidents happen. :) and sometimes potty training takes time. All they ask for is a simple change of clothes, a list of things the child is allergic too to ensure the safety of your child and others. In addition Safety is first and farmost their highest priority. Truth to be told its not easy getting your child to want to leave this place. I Love to see how happy Khaison is and how well he and the other children play together. Thank you Desert Dreams Crew for helping keep a super fun, safe, infant - toddler theamed special place that allows my childs imagination and creativity to be used at its max!

It was a lie and i shouldnt have posted it. it was a conflict of intrested but it was also not ok. they are a good daycare and the owner is very understanding. i understand that it will still effect the star review and it does put a bad name on the company but im in the proccess of getting it taken off so give me some time. once again it was COMPLETEKY NOT TRUE. it was just a conflict of intrests

Very rude staff, yells at kids, smells funky, looks chaotic, no order, paints chipping, looks dirty, i wouldnt send my kids here. Dirt cheap but not worth it.

First time I walked in, worker Sierra was screaming at the kids, then blamed her mood on the rain. Picked my kid up, literally walked in and grabbed her, no one acknowledged me so I literally just walked out with her which means anyone could have. The last time we go to drop them off, they say they cant take ANY of them to school even though the lady called and confirmed the night before. Look elsewhere.
