The apartment I lived in was the sight of a triple homicide 1B contaminated flooring and carpet cleaned but not replaced front door damaged in homicide was requested to be replaced 3 times andh denighed replaced day after I moved out. No handicaped accessable parking no fire extinguishers. Barbyque put in without permits leaking roofs ground floor equiped with sand bags to prevent flooding due to improper inner court grading. Tenant survelence by landlord bordering on stalking. When I moved in i loved the apartment, I still hdo it was tje people involved that made it untenable.
