I love the teachers and staff at this school. We are from very small towns and didnt know what to expect but i have been pleasantly surprised. The only criticism I have is the lack of communication about school functions (ie kindergarten registration and orientation, missed appointments with teachers that requested to speak with me...) but i am otherwise very happy with the academics and social aspects of the school. Both my boys have done wonderfully.

Amazing school. Totally against bullying. I haven’t meet a single bully there for the 5 years ive been here. They have an honors program and a program for students who are lagging behind. The teachers are nice, (not too nice though) They are reasonable people, you do something bad, you get punished. No unclear or no reasons to be punished. The punishments aren’t that bad either, 1 step ( sit down nezt to a wall for a minute to think about your actions.) Step 2, ( If you’ve been misbehaving in step 1 or did something that deserved it, standing next to a wall for a minute to think about you actions) Step 3, ( If you’ve been misbehaving in step 2 or worse, standing reading the school “guidelines” “I promise not to interfere with the learning, safety, or wellbeing of others”) Note home, ( If you did something pretty bad, like insult a kid, curse, yelling, or you have lost 11 points, [ you take points after every session of learning, 10 is the most, if you feel like you did good, you get 10 and so on.] You go home with a sheet saying what you did wrong and you have to have your parents sign it, if you don’t get it signed, another note home, and no recess. Sometimes this is used if you forgot your homework, only the strict teacher though. Step 4 ( You pack up your school materials, and go to a different classroom to work, usually a younger one. You are secluded and are not allowed on any electronics, you have to do the work silently with no teacher for a whole day. At the end of the day your parents come and pick you up and go to the principals office to talk [ Idk what happens next, since I’m a pretty good kid.] Usually this ispunished for looking into inappropriate things on the computer, hitting or physically hurting someone, bullying [ not too much bullying though]) Step 5 ( Expelled or suspended [ Usually for breaking someone’s bones or hurting them badly, major bullying, or insulting and hitting a teacher. ])But overall, Aire libre is a great school! Look at how I am turing out. In honors, and I am not bullied!

Great school my daughter attended for 3 years. Mrs.Anderson,Mrs.Harcus,and Mrs Haugen were her teachers and they all deserve 5stars!! Janice Morre has worked so hard and been such a good principle. She made sure every problem was resolved and the parent was content. She runs a school how it should be ran and my daughter absolutly loved her and all of her teachers. Since moving her to Maryland Elementary school 5months ago, 8yo has been targeted by bullies, physically and emotionally. There are so many bullies and mean kids to the point of us needing to turn to homeschool. I will never forget the kindness of the students at Aire Libre and how they accepted my daughter for who she is. I always volunteered for field trips so I got to see how nice the kids treated eachother, they even called me and my husband sir and maam..very respectful kids not one bully her grade any year. I wish her new school was like this. Keep it up Aire Libre and thank you for the wonderful 3 years my daughter spent with you all, we will never forget your kidness or caring nature!!! ♡♡♡♡♡♡

Very disappointed with Aire Libre, there is no team work going on beetween teachers and parents, specially Mrs. Egley, she is very unprofecional, has no communication skills, nor patience with kids, and VERY rude. Teachers like should not be working with kids, a good place for her is to work in Jail. I would never recomend this school to anyone. This school has only 3 rating stars out of 10. ( No wounder)
