They are out to take your money- 5000$ is the main target and rip off set point. This is a scheme and this average joe is the ring leader... he will call SWAT to distract you and to take your pals away and steal ideas and money, then he will take off leaving you with nothing.. that is the plan.. You will be answering for him and he will be off on his island with all your money...

First day I met these investors I could tell this was the piece of the puzzle my wife and I were missing. 3 weeks after joining, we began our first fix and flip ever. Love the management here - They do what they say! Would you rather do one deal with somebody you may not be able to trust or many deals with people who want to invest with you? My wife and I prefer the latter and continue to work with them. So many reasons to recommend this organization! They are going places and we want to go with them while building our own portfolio. Something for everybody! Definitely check them out no matter what level of investor you are.Tell them I sent ya and perhaps we can do some deals together!

I lost $5,000 to register to fix & flip properties, plus a monthly fees in which I never received help. Also, I had to give $5,000 no refundable to register in a group for fix and flip. Never I will make business with them again. Be careful.

Absolutely the best group of investors to work with! They provided me the education and easy to follow system to be a successful investor. I closed my first deal in 60 days.
